They will microwave your food because it's been sitting LONGER THEN ALOUD re dip already cooked cold fries just to warm them up and tell u there fresh! We'll put special grill sticker on food that they knowingly know has what was asked to not be on there just too I guess make themselves feel like a job well done but if you've ever ate there you know there was no job well done!! Definitely need a health department visit maybe I'll make a call!! I seen you redipping fries!! we need something else in Mantua wonder who the owner is paying to be the only fast food restaurant in town? I mean not even a Subway anymore!! The owner should definitely be ashamed of owning an establishment this way a shame on you!! If anyone in town would see you they would probably dog you cuz your restaurant is horrible!! I would love to!!

February 5 at 7 AM stopped to get a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, and was told that I could not get one made because the register was messed up. The lady that told me this was completely rude beyond rude.

I went through the drive thru so I can't talk about the atmosphere McDonald's food is , you know , same old McDonald's food . The galaxy the window was lively ! Lol , she was so nice and she had them make my food fresh .she put a smile on my face 😊

Got my order wrong twice. It was simple I wanted a quarter pounder with just ketchup, onions and pickles. Came out plain. Girl at drive up said I had to get to end of drive through line. I said no way then she said ok wr will bring out to you. This one had everything on it . I gave up Just through it away after a couple bites. Plus both were dripping with grease.

Careful of the McDonalds in mantua Ohio. Went for a pickup. Inside was closed. I'm at the speaker and lady is yelling at me asking if I'm stupid does it look like breakfast. I explain door dash may call to confirm they can't fulfill the order. She then says she will call the cops on me. Of course I left! But be careful. She was yelling and threatening me for nothing.

I know it's not their fault but the top dogs of the corporation need to get their ordering stations changed so they are more user friendly.Whoever programed them must have been smoking something.

I went pee and got food, nobody got hurt. I'd say that's a 5 star rating!@

Placed an order on the app for this location. In the follow up screen that shows the order details it even showed it was for this location. They said even though they can see that it was placed for the correct location but cannot find it in their system, they refused to make the order and told us to call McDonald’s Customer Service to have it handled. There is no number to call, you can only leave an email for them to get back to you at some point. Since it was through the app and had used points, I could not cancel it(the app policy) and have now lost money. I expected better from the business as a whole to fulfill the order since I had the proof in hand of what was ordered and when and for where.

Great customer service! Had to stop by because of a flat tire and employees went out of their way to help. No complaints with the food as well.

Waited over 30 minutes for food after being told to pull into a spot to wait for fries. We were forgotten about. Went inside and they were rude and annoyed. They began to get my food together and said I would have to wait for fries yet again. I kindly asked for a refund and was given one. No apology given. Poor customer service.

I usually don’t have to much complaints but left out parts of my order. Was rude and not friendly at all.

Close at 9 and don't open till 7am. But that's pretty much everywhere in mantua. I don't think you'll be disappointed

Ordered a large fry and asked for fresh, got to the window and they were already ready and I asked if they were fresh and was told yes. Made it down the road to realize they were not fresh and if anything they were double dipped because I can taste the difference and had very few hot fries and by the time I made it even half way through the fries they were rock hard and this is not the first time this happened. I ask for fresh for a reason and expect fresh, not double dipped. Mind you, apparently they now have a voice mail and they don't answer their phone.

This is apparently a large fry from my local McDonalds The previous time that I had been there a week or so ago, my chicken nuggets were so over cooked, they were basically not edible. Upper management was standing right behind the counter, and even with them in the kitchen, they still couldn’t put out a respectable product.
