Reception was rude and had no concern she just looked at her computer acting busy her name is Lorraine ( she had short copper/orange hair) if Lorraine ain't her name . Great doctors very good doctors and the other reception brown hair very lovely . Saying she is very busy ! Stupid reception good doctors , but I’d rather go else where

The lady with white hair at reception is so rude. Rules apply to customers and not staff . Was told to put a mask on to enter then the other receptionist ask to take the mask off cause she couldn’t hear through the mask . The first receptionist stood behind her not saying anything. And none of them were wearing masks . Seems as though she was just trying to be difficult. Not the first rude encounter I’ve had with lady with white hair

Rude and unwilling to help receptionists and the doctor we saw isn't as knowledgeable as you would expect from a doctor. My new doctors and previous doctors have been far better and more attentive too. Was an enrolled patient here and was turned away on two separate occassions when I was sick as they were fully booked and I was told they don't accept walk-ins. Even though this is my closest clinic, I'll happily drive the 20 minutes to my new doctors for their awesome service. Just not worth the effort here.

The receptionist with white hair was a bit rude. I understand that health centres can be busy at times but it doesn't give staff the right to treat others impolitely.

Disappointed how they treat patients. I went there last Saturday as I was sick. Arrived there at 0830h, clinic was closed as they open at 9am, but receptionist was there. I grabbed her attention but she wouldn't even talk to me to tell me that they're fully booked or wouldn't accept any walk-ins, or just talk. She literally waved me away.

No disrespect to the long time staff that worked alongside Dr Greg Judkins, the recent and I mean within the past year...the reception staff are not very welcoming and should try to smile once in awhile their face won't crack.

This is the best clinic I have found in Auckland. Awesome doctors nurses and support staff make for a pleasant experience.

Told me to give them a call the next day for an appointment. When I called they said none available go to A&E. Now I have to pay extra cause I'm not signed up. Why have bookings when there's never any available 🤦‍♂️
