    Two updates below: “Where’s the rest of my ice cream???” Are we doing this on purpose or does the evening shift think they’re doing people a favor by under filling these cups? And the fries low as well? I’m getting the vibe of ‘not paid enough to care’ and ‘management is getting stingier’ in regard to a lot at this Dairy Queen. Will update with pictures from every visit past this post. 4/5/23: ‘slightly’ more ice cream than last time, but still light… 11/10/23: ice cream was filled plenty satisfactory. Food was prepared to instructions and decently so. Honestly the ice cream was the whole reason I needed to come back here and amend this because finally this is meeting expectations again. Returning two stars back to this review.

    Best DQ around. Staff makes sure they don’t short you on fries or chicken strips unlike other locations. Order is always correct. Blizzards are mixed thoroughly and if you ask for extra candy, they make sure you get it.

    Updated- Most recent visit was complete disaster. There machines must not be working correctly. Completely melted blizzards were handed Over by ignorant staff. Ice cream Melted in the side of my car and all over the interior. I’ll not be back to this dump. It’s a shame because they were one good. No way these could have been turned upside down like the guarantee says!! I always got DQ when I'm in the area since we don't have many where we live. This one gets most of our business when we're here. Can't go wrong with a blizzard!

    Went through the drive through. First burger pictured on the right was soggy and inedible and smothered in only ketchup no pickles no mustard??? like it was microwaved at a gas station YUCK. Second burger after being asked to pull back through to get a new one looks completely different bun and all. Bun was cold and super dry, toppings were great but couldn't even eat the bun it was basically stale. Was told they didn't have Sunday coupons and i wasn't feeling ice cream so my six dollar meal deals consisted of fries today pretty much. Such a shame what has happened to this place….

    The staff is alright. I give them credit for being fast, if nothing else. It's DQ, so you know what to expect and this one delivers on that promise decently.

    This location is hit and miss. Sometimes the service and food are good and others are not. There isn't a middle ground with this location. It's either great or disappointing. Today, when I went, the service was horrible. I went through the drive-through and didn't get any dipping sauces. They left all my dipping sauces on the counter, so I had to go in, wait in line, and get the dipping sauces that were clearly sitting out to put in the bag. By the time I left, my ice cream was all melted. Plus, something wasn't right with the gravy or chicken strips today. Large chunks of fat that were hard in the chicken, every piece, and the gravy was just wrong...

    Went through the drive-through today for a chocolate soft serve craving. The service was quick and the staff was kind. Great DQ location.

    I went to this Dairy Queen to use the 85 cent blizzard coupon, but it would only let me use the online order function. When asking the manager in charge if there was anything he could do, he said that it was too bad and he didn’t know technology. He said I couldn’t place the online order either because online orders close at 8:30pm and it was 8:50pm. Overall, not willing to help and would not recommend this location.

    The worst customer service 😒 there employees really don't like their job. The food is terrible 😫 and Blizzard didn't really have any M&M's. Cold Stone is so much better.

    Stopped in at the drivethru, within 5minutes had ordered and got my sundae. Very pleasant too. I asked about the hours and was told 10am to 10pm every day. They have food and you can dine in but i didnt.

    I have always enjoyed coming here after a sporting event during the summer. the service is usually pretty quick though the drive through can get crazy long at times. there is plenty of room inside and the staff have always been friendly to us. i am sure we would come back again.

    Bad service. I was not able to get my small blizzard deal on the app because it was "malfunctioning". It would not show a barcode or let me order in the app. Another customer was having the same exact issue and we were told "there is nothing we can do". They would not honor the coupon.

    Worst experience I have ever had just now ! I came in my coupon for a 1.00 coupon cone and she gave me a hard time said I had to show in app asked for chocolate and she claims they have no chocolate ice milk ! Ask about birthday coupon she said they don’t offer anything didn’t thank me did it offer a napkins or let me order a pup cup! That gal should not be behind the counter very unprofessional!I will never go back !!!!

    Really bad experience. The cashiers were both very rude. They ran out of chocolate ice cream because the machine broke. Instead of putting up a sign they rudley tell people its broken, and theres nothing they can do. They got my order wrong and when i asked about it, it was my fault and got a very judging look. One of the people making food apologized and made my order right.The only bright spot was the people actually making the food. They were moving all around the place getting orders done hence the one star. The way the store is set up is also chaotic. You walk in and have to walk through a sea of poeple to order because everyone in the way waiting for thier food. The fact that they also just make the desserts and throw them on the top where everyone is standing no room to get through is a pain. Glad i dont live close because would never go to this location again.

    I obviously haven't been to Dairy Queen in a long time because I ordered a Medium Chocolate Cookie dough Blizzard with Malt flavoring and it was $7.08 - Really? I mean, if it tasted fantastic and was loaded with cookie dough, ok, maybe I would be OK with the price but it was mediocre at best. Very few chunks of cookie dough. This is a one-and-done. I'm going back to Culver's!!

    Serves 1 car at a time and by that I mean car one orders, pulls up, gets served, and leaves all before car 2 gets even GREETED at the intercom. Like I don't mind waiting but a "hey we're short staffed please hang on" bc idk if the intercom isn't working and the car in front just said screw it and pulled up. But then I finally get to order after the car in front of me is already minutes gone and it STILL took 8 minutes after that to get my food. To their credit, the food was hot and fresh besides a soggy bottom bun which I don't even want to know why bc I still ate it. But a "hey we don't understand the concept of a drive through and are allergic to caffeine please wait" is generally customary in the drive through. Not to mention the actual drive through lane conflicts with the parking so bc it took so long I almost got trapped behind the end of the line to get out.

    Food was great, wait time wasn’t bad, but, the cashier in the drive through was extremely rude. We got 2 cones for our kids and we got blizzards. We asked for a small stack of napkins (because kids and cones in the car) and were told rudely “I can give you some” and were given 2 napkins. Not sure if that decision was coming from the cashier or management stand point. Either way, ridiculous giving only 2 napkins for 4 individual ice cream treats.
