Today I went to talisman hair studio, and I cannot stress how big of a disappointment it was! I went in, and they booked me with one of their newer stylists. She failed to give me the haircut that I asked for ending up with my hair being choppy and all different lengths. I noticed just how bad it was once I got home, so I went back in to get my hair fixed. The owner Kari fixed it to where it was better than before, but she still did not give me the haircut I asked for. I brought pictures for both stylists of exactly what I wanted and I now I have to go to another salon to get it fixed. It is very disappointing when I already spent over two hours at this salon. What a waste of time. It was very frustrating after all that I had went through with the first stylist. They were not apologetic and did not care for me to get the style that I had asked for. I do not feel that Kari cares about her customers. In the end, I didn’t pay for the haircut, but their attitude and terrible customer service decidedly ruined my day. originally came to the salon because of the amazing reviews, but after today I will never step foot in this salon again.

Had an appointment with Brooke, hair turned out fairly well. Wanted it half bleached, and half colored. Took a while but Brooke made it a very comfortable experience. Took care of my hair much better then a previous location I had my hair done at.

Likely the best men’s haircut in the west metro, and certainly the best service I’ve ever received. Katie L is an incredible barber! She knows how to make a man’s hair look it’s best. Very caring and unrushed service, and she constantly checks in to make sure she’s giving you the cut and style you want. If you’re a man who wants a real, grown up haircut forget the mall and forget those “men’s salons”. Go see Katie at Talisman!

Shanna!! My new main. I moved to the area almost two years ago, and I’ve been looking for a new hairstylist to fill the shoes of the stylist I had for many years (with NO luck) until Shanna😁 I can honestly say I did not have one complaint. She did an AMAZING job on my full foil, treatment, and hair cut. I’ve recommended her to my (VERY picky) little sister and she loved her outcome (shocking news) and will be going to Shanna again for her hair. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Amazing place to get a haircut! Really nice staff and stylists. Have worked with Megan and Brooke, both wonderful people to talk to and take their time to really make sure you are having a relaxing time and you get the haircut you want. Will be coming back here for all future haircuts. Thank you!!

This was my first time at Talisman Hair Studio, and Brooke was my hair stylist. She did an amazing job. She is a perfectionist! She is not happy unless she does exactly what you have asked for! Everyone at the studio is very sweet and you feel pampered. I would refer to them in a heartbeat!

I’ve been on the hunt for a new salon since mine closed. Needless to say, this isn’t the one. Rushed service, 5 second consultation before she rushed me to the bowl, not happy with the cut I was given as it wasn’t even close to what I wanted, and feel like I wasted my money as I now have to go pay someone else to fix it. I wouldn’t return even if you paid me.

Always a welcoming and friendly atmosphere! Kari knows how to perfectly work with natural curly hair.

The owner Kari did my hair. She was so professional and friendly! She expertly added dimension and depth to my hair. It turned out so beautifully. I will forever recommend this place to anyone who needs color services. Maddie took beautiful before and after photos of my hair! I’m so grateful!
