My family went two days in a row. The first, we noticed the portions were smaller than usual. My bowl also had Chipotle sauce added for some reason. The second day, when we wanted to give them another shot, saw smaller portions and chicken added to a vegetarian meal. I've seen that taking orders correctly seems to be an issue as is making them correctly. Sadly, this is 90 percent of the point of a place like this. We won't be back to this location, for sure.

Food was delicious and consistent as always. 97% of the time we get exactly the same quality and quantity as every other location we eat at. Can't wait till I get the chili bread bowl next time, now that the cold weather is coming back.

I love the self serve kiosks and rapid pick up. Staff are friendly and helpful. They bring the food to your table and take dirty dishes away for you. Food is good. Lots of options for breakfast and lunch. No drive through at this location. Down side is the parking can be difficult at busy times.

In years past, I always enjoyed the service and food here. Lately, the service has been poor. Last time, I ordered/paid ahead for a latte. It was not ready at the scheduled time. Staff was chatting and stocking napkins for 10 min, so I just left w/o it.

The newly updated Panera is very bright and appealing. It seems much friendlier and inviting. The coffee was hot and well stocked this morning, but the microwave seems to have disappeared. I ordered my souffle ahead for pick-up because there is never one in the case when I get there. I'm used to being able to warm it up and sit a spell while I visit with my parents, but this morning was not able to do that. With so few breakfast options in MG, I will definitely be back for another visit.

Hands down, the best Panera I've been to in multiple states. There's a parking lot to the rear of the Panera and street parking in front and along Main Street. The dining room is large, with many seating options. Four digital ordering stations (3 by front door, 1 by rear door) are an efficient alternative to standing in line to place an order. Everything is clean and orderly, and beverage stations are monitored and refilled/tidied regularly.

Excellent atmosphere. Food is alright. Service was slow with us standing at the register for several minutes before being helped. Went back up to get dessert but ended up leaving after several minutes of waiting instead.

They made my food before my drink , left my sandwiches sitting out for a while before they even realized it needed a drink , then didn’t even call my name when it was all done was sitting there looking wondering if it was my food I had to get up and go see and it was cold by then but what didn’t make sense to me is they called everybody else’s name with no problem to let them know their food was ready , their food is typically good , people are typically nice there was no more pagers I didn’t like the service today I know it’s busy but still call everybody’s name and treat everybody with respect regardless of your assumptions

The food has always been good. You have to order your own food from a kiosk, which can be a little time-consuming if you've not ever done it. Sometimes, the people behind the counter can be a little dismissive but have never been outright rude. The pickup window is not always stating the food is ready or we didn't hear them. Anyway the food is always good, I never had anything I didn't like. The turkey chili in a bread bowl is worth coming for.

First time eating there. I had french onion soup in a bread bowl. My husband had broccoli cheese, which was good. I didn't care that much for my French onion but the bread was delicious.

Counter person was very nice but it took 20minutes to get 2 simple egg on brioche sandwiches- both of which were very plain and didn't even come with a slice of tomato.

Always a good joint for any meal

Let's do better about understanding taking orders and training employees on how to read them. Also the new Buffalo Chicken Take Sandwich was DRENCHED in Buffalo sauce lol... Ordered that and some broccoli cheddar mac and cheese, with chips and the sandwich. When I got home I noticed I got a baguette with regular mac and cheese and a sloppy sandwich... Not particularly thrilled. Had I wanted a baguette I would have ordered the broccoli cheese soup to dip this stale bread into.... Accuracy matters? So does attention to detail... 2 stars only because the cashier was polite at least and the charged lemonade stuff is quite refreshing.

Amazing service today. Accidentally ordered my pickup order to Elk River location. I couldn't get ahold of Elk River Panera to cancel. I spoke with the team at the MG Panera who got manager Lisa. She was great! They fixed everything, & I got hot yummy food quickly! Thank you!

This Panera is so nice! It's beautiful, clean, and the staff was friendly! Food was good and prepared as I requested. Plenty of seating and great service. Looking forward to going back here in the future!

self serve kiosks are the best part about any Panera. yesterday i tried their breakfast and it was decent. better than other breakfast sandwiches I’ve had, it was actually really good for fast food

I love Panera's hazelnut coffee and shortbread cookie! It's my go to snack. I do also love the soups and salad options!

Didn't get what I ordered for rapid pick up. This store needs to train their associates better. The only good thing about my experience this time is their parking availability.

Food was good, as always. We did the mobile order saying we were in the store but not once did anyone let us know our food was ready, including the app. Construction around was awful so getting into the parking lot wasn't easy but that's obviously nothing they control.

Very small salad portion. Paid $13 for the salad, after fees, taxes, tip, over $18.00, and my salad bowl was half full. Missing an ingredient that was not listed as being out. One handful of salad the rest toppings. This seems to be normal for this location. Disappointed.
