Fries were a TOTAL waste of $5! Oil soaked, under cooked but still somehow seemed overcooked, soggy, hot mess! Wish I knew what everyone was talking about with "best fries" 😂 such a joke! I tasted one. That's as much as I could handle. The ONLY reason it's getting stars is because the cheeseburger was good. Place was a mess too. Tried to contact customer service online (I want at least my $5 back!) and the page won't even open.

Over $17 for a double cheeseburger and fries yet they ask for a tip at a fast food restaurant. They don't even bring the food to your table. Wild these days. The fries aren't even crispy or fresh... Literally every other restaurant is better.

The burgers have gone down drastically! The buns are always soggy. Just horrible. Worst of all the peanuts are always stale. That was one of the big draws for me. Now every time I go the majority of them are so stale they leave a bad taste in your mouth. Please bring back fresh peanuts!

If you're looking for a "Have it your way" Burger, and the King isn't doing it for you, try Five Guys! They've got a decent selection of burgers, dogs, fries, and desserts with a large selection of toppings and mix-ins for those looking for a feast! Be careful ordering a lettuce wrapped burger, they have a tendency to learn everywhere.

Five Guys used to be great. I understand inflation but their prices just keep going up and their burger sizes keep going down. $20 for a normal burger and fries is insane. Their overfilling fries has been cut back and sometimes the cup is just full of the short, hard little skin strips instead of good fries. I really wish I could give more stars but everytime I try to give Five Guys a second chance, I'm just disappointed.

We ordered a large fries and was given literally the amount of the large cup and no one extra like how they always do it. Both of our burger was missing onions when we asked for it. Since the new management and team started here the amount and quality of the food has gone done. This location use to be my favorite out of the one in the area.

The food is good, but not great to reflect how expensive it is. I mean the fries are good, but not $6 a piece good. It's a burger 🍔 and 🍟joint just thought it was a little pricey.

The burgers were the way I remember good burgers used to taste, unlike some other chains who have cut corners to save cost. For 2 little (read single) bacon cheese burgers, one small fry, and 2 large sodas plus tips, it was 35 dollars. Being on a fixed income will affect how often I can visit

Meh. "All the way" cheeseburger was OK-ish. Buns were soggy, despite me literally waiting to grab the bag and the short walk to my table. Wasn't super flavorful. Very greasy. Fries were alright. Not anything special though. $18ish for a mediocre burger and fries. Service was, fine-ish. Won't recommend to friends.

This Five Guys has become our go to place when we want a good hamburger. The people here when we go are always great and helpful, the place is always clean, and the food is freshly made, and it tastes it. The biggest thing you may want to ask it light salt, they are more than generous with the salt shaker, but the fries are awesome no matter what. So, if you are looking for great food, that is made fresh, and great people this is the place you need to go.

This was our 1st time at five guys. This place was very neat and clean, the staff were very kind and polite. The manager even came to speak with me. The food was omg incredible. Their shake was delicious, we felt in love with the bacon cheese hot dog. And we also enjoy the BLT and the grilled cheese with the 2 extra patties. Before we left we check the bathroom and was very clean smelled like fabuloso..so fresh I loved this place and will return for sure

We had a fantastic time celebrating our anniversary. The team at Five Guys work like a well oiled machine. The dishes we enjoyed were on another level of tasty.

The burger are sold separately than the fries and drinks. so by the time you get a burger drink and fries it's over $20 dollars! there charging restaurant price for fast food meals. and no trays only paper bags. it's good just not worth the money.

Great food, fast service. Got doubles when we ordered singles, but at 5 guys I consider that a bonus, lol.

Poor customer service. Giving out correct tickets with completely undressed burgers. Employees do not answer the phone when they are open even if you call 5 times in a row.
