Staff are amazing! They could not have been more helpful and caring. The manager, Danillo helped save our reservation when our flight was cancelled. Everyone else displayed the same work ethic of service. The room was comfortable and spacious, nice bed, good towels (the importance of good hotel towels are underestimated), nice kitchen in the room. The breakfast is above average for US hotel buffets. We will stay again next year.

Quite nice, tucked on the west end of the Shops at Arbor Lakes. We rented a small suite, bed, pull out couch with kitchen. Breakfast is provided and is well appointed, not the same old same old. The dining and sitting room are very comfortable, there is outdoor seating and grilling areas, an indoor pool with jacuzzi. I do recommend and we will come again. I wish we'd booked another day.

2 room suite: Issues/poor observations: -Chosen for having EV chargers - They weren't turned on and the front desk did not know how to turn them on. They finally turned them on at 7am which was a bit late for an overnight charge. -Some rooms face the interstate and would be a bit louder noise levels (our room was not this way) -AC is extremely loud and could not sleep with it on. Even turned off there was an air sound like a white noise machine on medium, at least I could sleep, but again, not quiet. -Ceilings are medium height yet the showers are installed at the lower point in the wall so anyone over 5'5" is ducking to get under the water. Quality items: Clean rooms/grounds - well kept courtyard Great breakfast selection and quality. (See pictures for details) They are renovating but none of the renovations caused any inconveniences or annoyances. I did not use the pool or fitness center. The location is convenient. Overall nowhere near the level of what they charge for rooms at this time.

My kids and I stayed for about a month due to our home being flooded. Staffs are nice, had a lot of options at breakfast, the happy hour is nice too. At night, didn’t get much sleep cause people were partying in the lobby. Another thing I didn’t like was that housekeeping comes every 7 days. One of the staff had called me and said they were renovating the hotel and they were starting with my room, so they moved me to a new room to the back of the hotel, then when I got to the room, it was so dirty, the TV was on, bed wasn’t made, plastic on the floor, trash everywhere, I had to walk all the way to the front desk to let them know this. Staff walk back with me to the room, saw the room was messy and had the housekeeping clean the room, but this took 3 HOURS? They had me and my baby sitting in the car.

I hope with the hotel renovations that they upgrade the room interiors. Better beds are needed as well as the STENCH of the rooms smell musty and old. Definitely hate staying at places that have a smell

This place looked nice, but once you get inside it is nasty!! The hotel stunk so very bad! The rooms were not clean at all. I highly reccomend that you do NOT stay here. The location is not good either. Spend your money somewhere else like holiday inn or a Hilton. This is not the typical staybridge that I have been to. This hotel gives staybridge a bad name!

Staying here while my house gets fixed, great service, good variety of breakfasts option in the morning. Only giving three stars because of the foul smell on floor 2. I’ve been here for 3 days thought it’d be taking care of and also room 3 stars because of outdated appliances.

I travel for a living and since COVID hotels seem to be the last service sector to recover. No secret there. Some brands seem to be better than others. This hotel was the only one left to book in this region for my stay. The desk person was fine at check-in, the food service person was more concerned with smoke breaks. Coffee was empty and breakfast was not over. Thankfully, you can walk to a couple restaurants nearby. The room was OK, as usual the bathrooms are the weak link. You wonder whether they change sheets, but if you see other people's hair in the tub and sinks you know they aren't properly cleaning. Soap scum and rust on the fixtures - gross. Attached are a few pics to prove my point.

Staff and Lobby are amazing. Pool area is great! The bad thing is that all floors other then the first floor Smell like Marijuana. I had my young children asking me what that smell was. Our room was somewhat clean, couch was smelly, overall room smelled of marijuana as well. I’m pretty sure Pot is not legal in MN… Definitely a big turn off. I won’t be back

The suite we were placed in smelled bad and the upholstery on the couch and chair were very dirty (and worn), I had to place towels on them before sitting on them. There was an open hole around the faucet in the shower. Bed was not comfortable. We asked to not be placed by the construction going on in the hotel but we were placed right next to it! I expected much more from this hotel for the high price on a weekday! I would not stay here again.

Nice location, laundry is free, breakfast is alright as far as continental breakfast goes. Would be nice if you add donuts once in a while. Room service is knly once a week and i hated having to constantly ask for more towels for our family of 5. The front desk staff treated me more like an interruption most of the time if we had to ask for more towels etc. Our room smelled like smoke and weed, though its a no-smoking hotel, so that was gross. Pool and hot tub area was nice, but wouldn’t plan to use it on a Saturday night, there were like 50 people in there.

Really enjoyed our extended weekend stay here for a family event. The hotel was being remodeled, but the staff was very friendly and the noise and mess, if any, were all kept away from us. Breakfast area made for a great meeting spot for everyone, and there is every dining option you'll ever need within a short distance. I really appreciated the EV chargers and signage. This is such an awesome amenity and it was the reason I picked this hotel. Will stay again when we come back.

4 stars only because they are currently under remodel and there was a technical issue (not their fault, just a matter of inconvenience, however they got us checked in early; we have been on the road for over 25 hours with a busy dog so they moved as quick as they could to fix the technical issue and get us into a room, front desk was extremely helpful and friendly!). They have been extremely accommodating as we needed a ground floor unit because of our dog. They ran into a few technical issues that ended up being fixed while we explored the city. The bed is comfy, the pillows are firm, the room we started in and the room we ended up in were both clean. We were told we may have to move rooms again as they remodel but we were promised that they can try and keep us on the bottom floor. So far, we are happy with how things are going with the hotel.

Updated lobby with fireplace and lots of tables and chairs to relax in. Had a birthday get together and used part of this area. Staff were very friendly. Nice complimentary breakfast. Pool was heated. Nice size hot tub, although it needed a little fixing as some jets didn't work. Also dog friendly! Room nice and had a kitchen. Had a basic suite. Not large but nice.

Terrific place to stay. Felt like being home away from home! Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous and I loved the pillows.

Staff is friendly enough but I wouldn’t stay here if you are concerned with sleeping. Lobby was loud during the day with adolescents playing catch among other patrons and my room at 2am sounds like I’m staying below a college dorm full of elephants. Will not stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else stay here if you have other options. Will also recommend my company remove this location from the list of hotels we use.

Clean. Nice size rooms. Stayed here for 2months for a work assignment. They have social hour during the week which is cool. They serve wine and small dishes during this time. I had issues with my door not opening correctly but overall this was a good stay.

Staff are extremely friendly! We immediately felt welcome and they were able to joke around with us which was a plus! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had so many options, very clean and organized. We will be staying again at this hotel! For the price, you are around so many dining options and it’s in a great area.

This hotel was in a great location, near many restaurants and shopping if you need anything. It was safe, all the locks where in working order and decent lighting in the parking lot. It was clean.

Lovely stay for us in a last minute emergency situation. Staff was all excellent. If we had any questions or requests they were quick to respond. Room was clean and welcoming. Access to washing machines was a blessing for us when stranded longer than intended. Location was fantastic and walking distance to anything you could need. Common areas were also very nice.
