Im sad my hair could have been done better was all bad i Pay 60 bucks to get my locs done and they just twisted up my new growth and not the whole dreadlocks. And then one of them said do it yourself next time.. bad business & ive been there before so i know they can do do better. Always laughing talking in baby language about people's bad for business

Too many people braiding hair and no AC. No waiting area. One person starts a quarter of your hair and then leave to do another person head. I made an appt and still waited an hour and a half with no braids. I left and found better service and accommodations at Natasha's.

I have been wearing braids for several years. I’ve had 1 long term braiding shop, 1 shop I have been using for the past 6-8 months, and a couple I’ve tried in the beginning. This was my 1st visit because of another scheduling disappointment by the shop I’ve been going to for 6-8 months. I’m satisfied so far. It wasn’t actually the braids, price, convince, etc. Towards the end of my service, 2 other clients were talking about which braiders were the best. The owner or manager overheard them and quickly said “ALL of them are good...”! Now that’s a leader! You can have my business. How you defend & treat your people, speaks to me.

I went in to get triangle knotless, she parted my hair good all the way around except for the top. she left 2 big rectangle parts, due to her laziness my braids look dumb. I don’t kno what was so wrong about finishing my hair correctly especially when i’m paying $230+.

I called this shop at 5:55. Trying to get a dame day....(ughh I know it’s a stretch) the woman in the phone (when you Google their shop, the same number) said they stop walk in at 6. But I will call them I know they will take you. I told her it will take me 40 mins to get there. I pulled up at 6:42 and the women were walking out and told me it was to late for a walk in. I understand their policies and theses woman have lives too. But that miss communication took time gas and energy for me to make it on time 4 cities away.

I called for a 9 am Sunday appt. The lady said we open at 10. I agreed. I was there after 30 minutes I called and left them a voice mail message, then started calling other shops open. I found one that was willing. As I was getting my hair braided at another location they called me at 12:03 I just swipe them off. Thanks but no thanks

I have had my hair braided here 3times. I love the braiders especially the youngest braider. She always makes my tribal braids look amazing. I would rate the place higher if the shop was cleaner. If you need sparkling (this is not the place for you...😂😂😂). If you just want some amazing braids....they got you. My braids are never over $200 and that includes the hair (which they provide).

Horrible I wouldn't go back that's the nicest thing I can say.... first and last time everyone getting they hair done said they wouldn't ever come back... one chick told them to just stop and she gonna pay something and leave.... if you thinking about coming to the shop don't

My niece and I both got our hair braiding. The woman that welcomed us was warm and pleasant. The braider that did our hair was quick and gifted, my only issue is that both of our ends started to unravel by the time I got home and my real hair was sticking out at the end of each braid (which is hard to see when you have cornrow feeders straight back. I spent a lot time fixing it myself. The reason why I still gave them 4 stars is because the atmosphere was peaceful and kid friendly, I’m just gonna bring my own edge control next time
