I called and made an appt for Sunday morning. I was called back within 2 minutes and asked if I could come in at 12pm on Saturday instead. I reluctantly said yes. I arrived on Saturday at 12pm. There were 3 braiders still busy with 3 customers and there were 4 customers including myself waiting. For whatever reason I was the one asked to come back at the time I originally requested on Sunday morning. I wrote down my name and phone number and expected a confirmation call on Sunday morning that never came. This business has bad time management and does not respect the customers’ time. Go elsewhere, there are plenty of better options that won’t fall through.

Tina did my butterfly locs and they came out amazing. She really did a thorough job! She was also extremely patient and professional. I will definitely be seeing her again when it's time for a new style. It was worth the time and reasonably priced for the work she put in.

I had an appointment on September 25, 2023, at 6:00am. I arrived at 5:53am and the shop was still closed. While I understand I was early, I waited until 6:07am and then called. The stylist arrived 10 minutes later and started at 6:23am. Despite a few hiccups with timing, she did a good job. The stylist does do the twists slightly differently compared to others I have had do the same style on me in the past. She braids it a little and then performs the twists. She also doesn’t knot the ends. She does still dip the ends in hot water. There were also some communication issues regarding pricing. Initially, I was told $200 over the phone. Upon completion, she told me the price was $260. I told her that wasn’t what she told me when I called and she agreed to accept the $200 plus the tip. I believe this business has the potential to improve by implementing clear pricing and communication practices. Posting prices visibly could enhance the overall experience for customers in the future and ensure everyone is on the same page from start to finish.

She is a very nice person and have good customer service and she goes a great job and my hair is short and I have got some fox locs 30 and inches long and I love my hair an me and my baby daughter will be back to get our hair done and she will get you together and help yo hair grow out back to healthy nice hair and she work very hard an super fast

Tina is a fabulous braider. Her work is neat and she's quick. I've been to her on 3 occasions and her work has been on point everytime. She has gifted hands.🙏🏾🩷

I love this shop. It's spacious, clean, and welcoming. Tina gets you in and out! I went in this morning at 7 and was done before 10AM. You can conveniently book an appointment online, or walk in. Some styles are pricey, but you get what you pay for! I'm always satisfied, rather I'm getting knotless, box braids or bob braids..... This is my new go to spot permanently!

I love my hair so much!!!!! I couldn't have asked for a better stylist!! Customer service was great!! Not to mention, I was so last minute with booking my appointment, but they were able to take me in!! I'm definitely coming back!! And of course, I won't wait until the last minute.
