The lady who worked on my 5 y/o son's hair was very unfriendly and unprofessional. For whatever reason she acted angry and irritated (as if she doesn't like kids) - something we've never seen at other hair salons. Her skills weren't good either - she couldn't shape the hair the way I asked (again, something other hairdressers had no problem with).

I took my 2 year old in for his first haircut and this woman did an amazing job. She did great and I could tell she had experience working with curly hair. She was so sweet and friendly with my son, that even tho he’s pretty shy, he said thank you and gave her a high 5. Truly a great experience and I do recommend.

Zero customer services at all, i did hair cut for my son the price was $17 before but, with out telling me she charged me $27 when i asked her, she said $10 just for line which i not good.

Very good. They took a walk-in on Sat. They did my men's hair under 30 mins. I'm not saying it's a race, but that's pretty damn good. They also took my daughter to do her kids nails about the same time. I definitely recommend this place

I visited Top Cuts in Maple Valley for the first time yesterday. Lynne, the owner and the one who worked on my hair, was absolutely phenomenal. She cut and highlighted my hair. I have to say it was one of the best cuts I’ve ever had, and the highlights were perfect. She’s detailed, meticulous, friendly and great at what she does. The service was all you could ask for. I couldn’t be happier and recommend her highly!

I had an absolute amazing experience here I came for a last minute hair cut and they fit me in a made sure I had exactly what I wanted very friendly people my dad got a haircut last minute as well and they weren’t mad about it at all. Both haircuts turned out better then expected highly recommend this place!

I love this place! All staff are fabulous! Ms. Lynn, the owner is the best! I discovered this place 3 years ago when I took my oldest son for his first hair cut before he turned one. Today I took my 9 month old son for his first hair cut and she did amazing. My son did not cry at all. She does amazing ladies hair cuts and I my eight year old daughter loves her too! I do not right reviews unless it is truly earned.
