Theresa is my hair stylist and she is so good to me! I love to put my hair up and she fixes my hair if and when I want it up or down! She is always smiling and greets everyone as we walk to get my hair washed! She has been my hair stylist since I got married to Neil 6 years ago. My daughter introduced her to me and I follow her wherever she is working because she knows how to fix my hair the way I like it! On the 28th of October she did my hair for my 80th birthday celebration and husband loved it! Thank u for having a wonderful person working in your salon!

I was looking for a queen size duvet, none were available. I ended up ordering from Amazon

They're holding on and doing their best. I wanted a 1.5 gallon stock pot but they only sold full kitchen sets for $300 and the largest was 4 quarts! I saw an MTV t-shirt displayed on a dummy, but they were out. The box stores are all trimming and slimming down, VERY much. Pay attention.

I'e always enjoyed shopping at JCPenny's but did not enjoy it this time. I cannot afford to shop for clothing very often however I prefer to go directly to the store rather than purchase online. This was my first time in this JCPenny's in a while. I couldn't believe how much the store had changed. First the second floor entry to the store from the entire of the mall was closed off. I had to go to the lower to get to the lower level in this store. I wanted to make a purchase in the houseware dept. but the selection was limited for most items and what I actually wanted which was a kitchen timer not carried at all. Returning to the lower level I decided to look at clothing. The larger womens selection in clothing was disgusting. There was little to choose from plus the only dressing room was across the store from the department I was in. Very few almost nonexistant sales help. I want to make my purchase, one on sale sweatshirt. The only cashier was at the exit to the parking lot yet I needed to walk again across the store to the mall exit. The experience was not pleasant and I doubt I'll shop at this JCPenny's again. However, the cashier was very pleasant.
