I just love grabbing food only to have to constantly tell the workers to put more rice in my bowl… I mean if I’m paying over $10 for a damn bowl stop trying to give me a scoop of rice… then on top of it I pay an extra million dollars for a a small scoop of guacamole only to find a big huge guacamole seed… how in the entire hell did yall miss that! I don’t even eat out anymore thankfully, but this establishment need to get it together

Standard Mexican food options with none of the flavor of a typical Mexican place. They are SO stingy here, and the customer service sucks. I waited over 30 min for a simple online order, a quesadilla, and they only gave me one half of it, and 1/3rd the way full of watery sour cream. Just gross. They need better employees

Online orders get screwed over and they will still be stingy in person and you usually have to ask for more and that might get you 4 extra shreds of lettuce…this location keeps going downhill.

Easily the worse chipotle I’ve been to in my life. This was the smallest burrito I’ve had in my life! If u can fold a burrito this easily than someone didn’t so their job. This is a burrito from Chipotle not a Xmas gift. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE. I will be taking the time to post this review in every possible site possible. Not only is this burrito small but it tastes slimy! Then I ask for limes n this young girl with a physical defect with her teeth had the rudest attitude ,just cause you’re missing your upper row of teeth in your 20’s doesn’t mean you should be a rude. Claimed that limes are only meant for cooking n not given to customers! I never heard that in my life going to Chipotle. This place is a disgrace n the entire staff working 12/12 from the hours of 4pm-5pm should be ASHAMED if not relieved of their duties. My wife just said her carne asada dont taste like the last order we got from a different location!!!

This review is specifically to the young man. Michael with glasses he has the most outstanding customer service I work for The largest hotel chain globally as an executive. And I would be blessed to have somebody like Michael on my team. He goes above and beyond. He is never not working at a 110% capacity. He is a phenomenal employee. And the reason why I keep going to this Location VS the one that's closer. Every time I go, he has a smile on his face even while he is busy. And has a long line he gives a 110% to each customer. Each time always greets everyone and genuinely makes the experience For every guest A 1000% better!!! Thank you, Michael, for being a shining star and being the definition of giving Exemplary customer service. And making each and every customers experience better each time.

This Chipotle is very good in food quality, but I will say that every time I've come here, rush hour or not, it's slower than any other Chipotle I've ever been to. I think there is a lack of efficiency on the food line. That being said, the atmosphere is great, and the food is amazing. There's some messiness in food preparation, but nothing of a health concern. The staff is nice, though, and are quite responsive to the orders I have placed. The soda fountains are a bit unkempt, and I'm not sure how often they clean the sods syrup dispensers, but that's a non-issue to me as I only usually get water. The napkins and utensils are always fully stocked in good order. Overall, this is one of the better Chipotles in the Twon Cities area. I'd definitely choose this one in the Maplewood area. Oh, one last thing, the parking is also really easy and it's very easy to find your way into the resteraunt. Cheers! I hope your next visit is as grand as my visit was!

I went with my woman, cuz she likes it... big mistake to me, cuz we were in line for 30 minutes. The people were making door dash orders instead of helping people in front of them, then, like I knew already, the food wasn't good... lol too many people in the service industry with bad work ethics.
