The receptions in that clinic are horrible. I had to contact the clinic 3 times in last 8 months and every time I had a very awkward experience with the receptionist. It is really frustrating you calling your doctor when you are sick and you have to argue with the rude receptionist. I called the clinic to visit my doctor as I had a very high fever which is kind of emergency. The receptionist who answered the phone was Azadeh, She was very rude, unhelpful. She said: “ there is not any doctor available, this is your problem and hang out right away as she had something to do. Obviously it doesn’t take long for doctor to give me a prescription for my issue which they have my background. The Dr I met was nice but you have to go through lots of horrible things to get to the doctor.

Dr.Gharadaghi has been our family doctor for many years and has been wonderful. We received a letter last week that she could no longer be our family doctor (understandable as she is busy, but disappointing). 3 weeks ago i made an appointment, which i waited for a call for, cancelled with no notification. I called the next day and the receptionist said that Dr. would call me the same day. Again no call. I called again the next day and the receptionist was very dismissive and no apology for terrible service. She should not make promises without getting confirmation from Dr. first. Waste of time for patients with urgent issues. She blamed the online booking service when it was her that made the appointment!! I am not surprised about the negative comments about the receptionist. The whole system here is flawed and disorganized. I feel bad for doctors and patients as their staff is not communicating properly with them in the booking process.

I'm a patient of Dr. Golbazi whose really good physician and always helpful. Unfortunately I can't say this about reception desk staff, they are mostly rude, unhelpful and they don't listen to you at all. Even you have a good doctor you don't get the right and in time treatment as you have to first make an appointment via reception desk and that's always a big challenge. Would recommend to consider completely new staff at reception desk.

I am immensely grateful for having Dr. Golbazi as our family physician. His kindness and thoughtfulness are exceptional, and he addresses all our concerns with remarkable patience and expertise. His professionalism is outstanding, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the thoroughness and clarity with which he explains everything.

Like other people's experiences, I had a poor encounter with some of the employees, who were not friendly to sick individuals at all. The doctors, on the other hand, are always pleasant and welcoming. The problem with this clinic is that the doctors accepted more patients than they could see in a month, therefore making an appointment is hard in less than a month.

By far the worst medical clinic and practitioners as of late! Not only are the staff disrespectful, but also the clinic has moved onto making a beauty business out of medicine rather than providing care for their patients. For the past 5 years I have not been able to see my family doctor since every time a medical need arose, laughingly the staff would suggest the soonest appointment would be in 6 months, suggesting I should see a different doctor instead. What a great practice!!! Who would need a family doctor then?!! Now that I have finally moved on to choose a different family doctor and medical clinic, they are impudently forcing me to pay a fee of $50 to send my medical history to the new doctor. What a total brazen shamelessness!

I had a terrible experience at North Shore Medical Clinic. The reception was incredibly rude and unhelpful, making it difficult to even check in for my appointment. Furthermore, the staff was racist towards me as an African Canadian, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The only redeeming factor was Dr. Arash, who was kind and professional. However, this one positive experience was not enough to make up for the terrible customer service at the front desk and the racist behavior of the staff. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, especially not to people of color.

Dr. Mahshid Gharedaghi is a fantastic and knowledgable doctor. She truly cares and goes above and beyond. Her new front clinic staff are much more professional and nicer to deal with too. Thank you

The worst medical clinic and service ever. Horrible experience with appointment and receptionist! Waited two hours after scheduled appointment and couldn't make it. The top of that false promises from receptionist that saying wait 10 minutes doctor will call you! Are you out of your mind? I already waited one hour! What is the point of schedule then? Where is your customer service attitude? Shouldn't you apologize first for wasting busy person time? the receptionist who named Azade, IDK how she is working at that position!! Stay away if want be stress free! Not recommend at all.

The patient should call and call to take the doctor opinion for the test result and never answer. They don’t care about patients.Really disappointed.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Dr. Sanaz Gharedaghi is a fantastic family physician! I'm very impressed with her knowledge and expertise.

It’s is the worst medical clinic I have ever been. The give appointment after 2 months and after two when I come to visit the doctor according to my appointment time I have wait in waiting room for 49 minutes and then they asked me to go to one of the rooms to see the doctor and I have wait for 55 minutes for doctor. I don’t know what is the point take an appointment and waiting for two months.

Poor client service. New hired receptionist is rude and aggressive. Booked an appointment a month before, and waited 30 minutes after the actual appointment time. I have been a cancer patient for almost 12 years and if it wasn’t for my family physician, I would have definitely switch to a new doctor.

The worst, ugliest and most rude behavior I have seen in a clinic in my entire life was here, every time I went here, the reception area is very disrespectful to people, they talk very badly and give bad answers, I have a problem with my foot and I made an auction and I was on crutches, I arrived around 5:00 exactly early, and because it is difficult for me to stand, I said to the reception, please open the door. They didn't open the door, and when I went inside, I said, "Why are you talking to me so badly? They started arguing with me, and all the receptionists insulted me, and my doctor called me twice and wrote a notebook for me. He told me to come and get it at the reception, but they said that the doctor didn't give us a book!!! I sat for an hour and the doctor came and the doctor, even though he had not seen their bad behavior and was not there, made a wrong judgment and told me that it was your fault. And he removed me from the list, anyway, when I came here to write my opinion and saw that all the people are upset with the behavior of the reception here!!!! Dr. Babak Nouhi is a very good, polite and patient doctor and they helped me to fill out the disability register and I was very satisfied with him, but unfortunately they made a wrong judgment and removed me, but I wish him the best.

This 5 star is for doctor Mahshid Gharedaghi. She has been my family doctor since 2013. She is one of the best doctor in the city. She is very friendly doctor who put me at ease discussing my issues and I very much appreciate her help and advise. I am blessed that she is my family doctor. Doctor Gharedaghi I can not thank you enough for the excellent care that you provided and for being such a knowledgeable , nice and reliable doctor!

Dr. Gharedaghi is AMAZING. She is knowledgeable, kind and caring…one of those physicians that you already feel better as soon as you talk to her. Office staff are also very supportive. Even with their very busy schedule, they always helped me with emergencies, specially during my pregnancy.

I have never had a doctor so caring, knowledgable, patient and kind. Dr. Golbazi is always listening, making sure I am feeling better after using the medication, follow up with me and always answers to all my questions. I feel lucky to have a doctor like him and I recommend him to everyone.

I am so happy to finally found a very good medical clinic. Both receptionist are very friendly and respectful. My personal experience with Dr. Golbazi and Dr. Gharadaghi is remarkable and both doctors are very knowledgeable and very responsible. Thank you all

Dr Mahshid gharedaghi is by far one of the best doctors I have ever known. She is very helpful , compassionate and knowledgeable. She is so beautiful inside and out and never seen anyone as humble and down to earth as her ! She has an extensive knowledge on where to introduce you if you have a complicated situation. She does anything in her power to speed up the process if needed . I owe this woman a world! A true doctor indeed who loves what she does and cares. Front desk are very helpful and supper friendly. I have seen people nagging complaining a lot with their unrealistic expectations and please we need to understand that everyone can do only so much given what they are allowed to in different situations. If you have a doctor appointment please expect delays - same as many other doctor appointments we now go to. Our health care system is way too overwhelmed now and everyone is doing their best. I have seen some people are not understanding this issue and still think it’s all about them and their pain. It’s the system sometimes and not front desk or doctors. Honestly , to anyone who complains so much about things, good luck finding a good GP and a place to take you now given that our city is lacking many doctors. I made an appointment with Dr. Mahshid Gharedaghi (my family doctor) a week ago because I had actual real serious health concerns and just less than a day before my appointment I receive an email that my appointment has been canceled because the doctor is no longer available anymore. Dr. Gharedaghi doesn’t bother to show equal care for all her patients as a doctor should. I find it extremely unprofessional of her and the medical staff at this clinic to cancel patients appointments without giving them a call to reschedule asap. Some people have actual health concerns and these appointments matter to them. You people simply don’t care. Dr. Gharedaghi simply can’t be bothered by her patients health issues. Really unprofessional and unethical and simply appalling.

Dr gharedaghi was my family dr for 10 years . In last couple months every time I made appointment with her she canceled for no reason . I had to move to her sister and her sister prescribed me my medication with more doses but she forgot to send it to pharmacy. I called the DR clinic. All of the sudden dr mahshid is there . Wow what a honour !!As now she has attitude to me for some Reason. She declined to fix up her sister messed up and guess what ?? Her sister is in vacation. And now I’m here fighting with my pharmacy to give me my pills and they not giving me my pills cause they want dr send them fax. Which these dr are not……. I think COVID made everyone crazy! Now so disappointed to bring up her name as my family dr

I have known Dr. Mahshid for more than 10 years. She is very nice and caring. She listens very carefully and addresses my family's needs accordingly. I've heard from my friends that other family doctors resist referring to specialists or writing prescriptions or tests, but Mahshid has always been logical and does not resist or fight with patients to prove herself. She always explains the condition and does everything that is required. In addition, she has a very good office crew. She always respects them and cares about them but also takes care of the patient's experience and supervises her crew. I noticed a couple of changes in her office that have improved my experience. For example, I feel more comfortable talking to Asal and asking her for help. She is nice and cares about people, even though she does not know them personally. Recently, I needed a medical tool, but I could not find it. I went to Mahshid's office and spoke to Asal. Although she did not know me in person, she helped me find what I needed. It was not her job to support me, but I was very grateful that she did, and it made a big difference for me. The most important part of working with a doctor for me is trusting her with taking care of my children, which Mahshid does!

My daughter is Dr Gharedaghi’s patient . Dr Gharedaghi is the best and has always cared and helped my daughter. I walked in the clinic with my daughter with no previous appointment and had the pleasure of meeting Asal at the front desk. Although the dr was not available, Asal attentively listened to my concerns and put her utmost effort to support me. Her dedication and willingness to help were remarkable.

Let me start of by saying, Dr. Sanaz Gharedaghi is one of the best Doctors I have ever had. Unfortunately the Front office staff is the worst I have ever experienced. Very Rude, not helpful and always wrong information. have had issues multiple time with the staff here. Its Sad because the Doctors are so great, but the front staff are ruin the reputation of the clinic.

Dr. Mohajerani is the best. She takes care of her patients eagerly and with the best advices depends on the circumstances... Asal is a great receptionist too. Being their patient for almost 8 years, I have nothing to say rather than 5 star feedback.

I have had only positive experiences with Dr. Golbazi and his staff. He is extremely attentive, listens carefully to all concerns and questions and has very good bedside manners. I feel fortunate to have myself and my son be his patients. The front desk staff are also very kind and friendly.

Most rudest receptionist ever, the Dr is great but I haven't seen her in few years and I called 2 years ago and they were suppose to talk to the doctor and get back to me to see if she will take me back as a patient as I haven't seen her in over 2 year's, never heard back from them, today I called same thing we will get back to you only if she say yes like really. The receptionist was really rude, I had to repeat myself and kept spelling my name over and over for her to get it. I really like the doctor but I think it's time to find another doctor.

Dr Mahshid is so caring and knowledgeable, she does a great care of all my family, front staff specially Asal is so lovely and friendly. Highly recommended clinic.

Honestly not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My doctor (Dr Nouhi) is fantastic, and I've never had any issues with the receptionists - they're all lovely. Highly recommend this clinic.
