Small & noisy can hear upstairs movements & neighbours(& worst is the outside road traffic), also shower in a bathtub & water pressure varies. So for business I wouldn’t recommend. Staff are great that’s the only thing positive.

It was great pleasure staying at your hotel. Unfortunately it was just for one night but everything was upto standard. I wish if you could maintain the good standard. Once again thank you for the good hospitality.

The accommodation is quite good, the rooms are great. Not really satisfied with the food/menu offered at the hotel. The location is okay, in the centre of Maputo (Baixa or Downtown) with a great view of the City. The hotel is surrounded by various structures that define the cultural diversity of Mozambique dating back to the Times of Portuguese presence. Taking a walk down the 10 November street is relaxing. Had a great time in Maputo!

My stay at Tivoli was very great. The staff are very experienced and friendly. With no regret, I can still return to Tivoli Hotel to stay at any time.

I booked and paid online for bed and breakfast. However, when I arrived, I was informed that breakfast was not paid for, and I had to pay again. Be careful with online booking, lest you can get conned, like I was.

It' was hard since no one could speak English on the first night . I don't like rooms with only bath tabs .at my age they are risky. I prefer showers

Pleasant stay overall. Room very clean and neat. Staff at reception very helpful and efficient. However, fresh flowers at reception would have made us feel more welcome...reception kind of lacks that feeling without fresh flowers. I would have loved to have more towels in the bathroom. Dining room could do with air conditioning. We would have loved bran or muesli for cereal at breakfast. I didn't understand why each time we left our room, someone would come into our room, and we would notice on our return that someone had been to our room. We didn't understand why that was.

Being in the city centre is best and short walk to shopping, waterfront , boat station, and govt office

Clean, excellent internet and great staff

Staff were friendly and professional, the room neat and clean; fit for purpose.

English language is not my preferred but I will try. It always a good feeling when I am in Tivoli hotel every thing is perfect but just need improve the TV channel amount on the room where I stayed. Thank you it will always be a pleasure to comeback there.

I found all the hotel staff I interacted with to be welcoming, helpful and supportive. Right from the check-in to the check-out experience. I arrived on a Sunday to deliver a 5 day training workshop and the venue was ideal for the training workshop. The food was freshly made and well prepared with enough variety provided each day to suit different tastes. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Even next to a busy road it was very quiet at night. Airconditioned rooms. Room service available. In all it was a very pleasant working trip. The hotel is in a good central location. Lots of banks around and eaterie depending on individual tastes.

A potentially capable hotel that can easily meet the internationally reputable standards. An improvement in the catering staff and services in general will bring the hotel to required standards. The security at the entrance also require some discipline and elegance. Improving in the conference room size would be better (It was too small for our group)

Very clean hotel and the breakfast was great. Liked the addition of cooked cassava to the menu. Its just the size of cups in the room. Too small for tea lovers!!! Otherwise my stay was good.

Thanks for accormodate me, it was very nice be there wiht lot's of funs. everything went from the day I check in to the check out day. The only thing I can advice is about the arrangement for food. I think the food stuff with pork should be placed very far away from other Halal food

I booked and paid online for standard room bed and breakfast. The payment that I made also included pickup from the airport to the hotel. Upon arrival, I was told that breakfast was not included!, and neither was there any pickup from the airport. This was a con job!
