Bad service no vegan options, lot's of cockroaches. I'm so disappointed that even though I told them that we are vegans and we don't eat animal products. Bad service even rating one star is but worth it. Though the rooms are clean

Definitely a no no hotel. Beds are horrible. Coakroaches in many rooms. Very musty smell all over. Bathrooms are very small and filthy. The whole hotel needs a thorough clean up. The lifts are extremely small and only two. Breakfast was an okay variety but it lacked many items. No honey or butter. The location is in the middle of a very busy town centre which makes it crowded and unable to find parking. The parking gaurds outside are very helpful.

Terrible, full of cockroaches, unfriendly staff, wrong billing, horrible, noisy and filthy location, limited and same food daily, bad cooking. Will never ever go there in my lifetime.

This is a hotel that is placed conveniently in the city centre of Maputo. If you drive there, like I did, then you are very strongly advised to pay the locals a little money to look after your vehicle as car theft is rife. Ask the hotel to recommend secure parking in the area as there is plenty traffic to get enough parking spaces. The hotel includes breakfast with the room rates but offers only halal products so you cannot get proper full English breakfast. There is also no bar. All rooms are fully air conditioned. The hotel is a stone's throw from the new bridge to Ponta do Ouro.

Good hotel and good service

A beautiful new hotel in the centre of Maputo with affordable rates and a awesome restaurant on the top floor serving buffet breakfast and a fantastic dinner menu. A fantastic coffee shop downstairs with the best coffee in town and fresh pastry. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable they thought of everything.

My stay was just okay. I was disappointed to see so many cockroaches in the hotel. Management needs to do something, that’s not good for our hygiene. The single beds are so finished and uncomfortable.
