I have never seen such a small bed in my entire life. If you are not thin you will definately fall. The rooms are clean though. The location has zero view . If you are looking for basic ,this is your place. Not for couples.

The hotel staff is friendly, especially the receptionist. The rooms are clean and modern. Yet, the restaurant on-site does need to do better in terms of the service and the food. The meal I ordered, while very affordable, lacked any flavours and no condiments were also available. The fish was good though.

I honestly can only say good and highly trained workers, good room service, world-class restaurant and the kitchen where the food is prepared and preserved .... incredible, it is very clean, and very well prepared to prevent, contain and fight the Corona virus pandemic. I highly recommend it and you will not regret it

The staying was good but their rooms are cramped, as for their single beds are horrible they are super slim can't even turn on the bed.

Stayed for two nights. The rooms are very small, there’s very limited space, the beds are small too. But its a nice cosy room. Only one lift was working. And it took forever you would wait a good 10 minutes for the lift to stop on your floor. So we used the staircase for most of our stay unnecessary involuntary cardio. On check in I was given keys that don’t work had to go up to my room the staircase to the 7th floor initially because of the lift that doesn’t work, went down to get the keys sorted went up again using the stairs only to find that I was given a room that already had people in them so I had to go down again. The staff was friendly though. Though they seemed confused but they were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. There was a wedding on the day of check-in and we went told it was very loud the whole building which was disturbing. But I enjoyed my stay besides all those hiccups

The rooms are clean and decent for the price. The service is great! The rooftop pool area is also great. No complaints.

Staff members were very friendly , understanding, and helpful to us even though i struggled with the Portuguese language. The food served was amazing, especially the chicken geeeeez, it's to die for. Woow

Check in went well except for being locked out of the room one too manytimes, had trouble with WiFi on day2 of our stay. Rooms were cramped up. Kitchen staff were very friendly.

This facility it's a must see visit and unwind in. Their hospitality is so humbling and breathtaking. Their chef's dish for the day would get you finger lickin. It poses five star treatment. Staff is very kind friendly always helpful and wearing smiles on their face. House keeping is making sure that the facility is kept as sparkling clean as possible. I give this facility 101% Dalmatian rating woop woop 🙌🙌🙌

Beautiful but beds especially single beds need attention
