In my opinion among the most beautiful spa's in Cartagena. Even though we were not staying in the hotel, after our massage we had access to the entire pool. My wife and I watched the sunset and enjoyed a few beers on the terraza - which was on the second level above the main pool deck. We had a wonderful and very relaxing time.

My husband and I did the Day Spa Pass, and it was an amazing experience. Our spa day began with a refreshing cold tea, we then changed into robes in their locker rooms. We had a body scrub followed by a one hour long massage. It was so relaxing! Our scrub left our skin so smooth! We then got to enjoy the pool and spa which were absolutely beautiful! The staff helped us get lounge chairs under the shade. The drinks and food at the pool bar were great and the attention they provide to clients is superb. Thank you to everyone for an amazing experience!

i wish i could give them more stars! they were absolutely amazing - their facilities and services are the best we’ve seen of Cartagena. more importantly, the massage was the best i’ve ever received. they were happy to accommodate the pressure based on my requests. their spa services were so amazing that it made us want to stay at the hotel (unfortunately the hotel was fully booked for the remaining days of our trip). i hope to visit again when i’m back in Cartagena!

This spa was everything I hoped for and more!!! The staff is top notch. I worked with Carina on booking appointments before I arrived. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable to my 101 questions. Carina helped me pick the correct treatments that would suit me and schedule something unique to Colombia. I went on 2 separate days and both women who worked on me did fantastic. I think I had technicians Sonja and Sidya. I could not be happier with their services and would recommend this spa while visiting Cartagena.

An amazing experience. Staff is friendly and professional. The spa experience was wonderful. I will be coming back to this hotel and spa again!!

The location is well marked, easy to find. English speaking guy at the front desk was extremely kind. Had a 60 min full body massage and 30 min Thai foot treatment... very relaxing and quality!

If you ever come to Cartagena and have time get a facial by Ana. Great facial!!!

It is one of the best experiences I have ever had, we did a chocolate and citrus spa and it was spectacular, the attention was unbeatable!!
