Fakhry is well known for its broasted chicken and you’ll know why once you’ve tasted it! I’ve tried the charcoal grilled chicken yesterday and it was really delicious! It is located on the Highway of Mansourieh and you can quickly recognize it.

I remember passing by Fakhry in Hazmieh all my childhood and being swamped by the smell of fries, but I never ate there. Recently, I've been wanting to try Fakhry and I happened to be around Mansourieh looking for a sandwich place. So we stopped by Fakhry and were "encouraged" to sit down because it takes the same time to prepare sandwiches to go or for seated customers. That slightly forceful attitude aside, everything was good. Our waiter was friendly and as fast as he could, considering he was manning the whole place. We had the lunch box and enjoyed the hommos and pickles and sandwiches (though the broasted sandwich could have used more flavors). The fries were average and the coleslaw salad's mayo was too thick. Portions are ok, honestly the sandwiches could have been bigger considering the price.

When we went for dinner the other night, we were the only ones in the restaurant. The place is cozy and comfortable. We ordered broasted chicken which is very delish. We also order a greek salad which is also great, but the hommos wasn't yummy at all. All in all it was a great experience, with an acceptable price tag.

When you want to buy a grilled chicken at Fakhry Mansourieh it seems that you have to specify "in one peace" if not they will give you their left over of 2 halves. This is what happened to me after waiting 1/2 hour on Saturday November 30 at 3:30pm
