We bought a package for 2 families in Alva Donna antalya Beware, if you are not Russian do not book in this place, it was a horrible experience. And nakhal, you service Lebanese and Arab customers, do your research, don't just send your clients to random places, we chose your most expensive package in Antalya and we really regret it. Also the plane tickets did not mention the terminal and we went to the wrong one. Over all, would not book with nakhal again.

They offer a large variety of tours bookable online or by the phone. Payable at the day of the tour with no deposit needed which is nice. They generally leave a relatively professional picture of their services. However their prices are in the high side, the biggest issue faced with them that they have managed to employ to the most reckless drivers of whole Lebanon. You are really afraid for your life with them and unfortunately their bigger vehicles don't come with seat belts.

I called three times to be told every time that someone will contact me for details on flights to Georgia which never happened. So I had to go to Nakhal physically and skip work to have my booking rushed to find out later that my flight to the country I’m visiting was actually late arrival and early departure which makes me lose two days and waste money just so they get you on the MEA flight. Nakhal needs a major revamp with its customer service. This is not how customers are treated especially in this sector precisely; hospitality.

We did three tours with Nakhal and while they were good, this seemed to depend on the tour guide and size of the tour group. Two of our tours had very big groups which were difficult for the guide to manage and we moved very slowly and didn't always get much from the guide. One of our guides didn't speak very good English (I think) and so wasn't able to tell us much about the places we were visiting. We could have done that day ourselves as we weren't sure what the guide brought to the table. Prices are a bit high compared to what we're used to in Europe, at $100 a day, but at least this included entry and lunch. Lunches were really good all three days; lovely venues, and really tasty food in generous portions. We really enjoyed them. A few things I would suggest: When I was emailing with questions, I never really got any answers-i just got the stock response every time which wasn't helpful. We liked the souks in Sidon and byblos but we didn't have any free time to enjoy them and buy anything local. Even 15 minutes would have been fine. Limit the size of the groups. We had approx 40 people in our group twice and it was impossible to leave on time or stay together as a group so we all lost out waiting for people to arrive or be found. I much preferred the tour that had 22 people-it was more fun and more manageable.

Amazing tour to Baalbek and Château Ksara with Fadi and to Tripoli and Batroun with Natasha. Incredibly knowledgeable and passionate guides.

An absolutely brilliant day trip with Fady yesterday. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about the history and geography of Lebanon and I would also suggest that he is a natural teacher as we all learned so much. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions were answered in depth. It was a real joy to visit Baalbek with the group and this experience will remain with me for a long while.

We did the day trip of Anjar, Baalbek, and Ksara and it was a great experience. Punctual pickup from our accomodations, comfortable van, a good pace of moving through the sights to see, and an incredibly knowledgeable guide, Natasha - she has a background in archaeology and education, and brings each location you visit to life with so much interesting information about the history and meaning of what you're looking at. Plus the lunch that's included is incredibly delicious! All in all, very good value for the cost and an enriching and educational experience.

It's about nakhal travel agency and its very bad service!!! First of all they're impolite from the customer service to the floor manager. They don't answer or call back in case of any inquiries. I told the floor manager that I want to work with a different employee, she called the same one and take me with her to the office and talk to me as a liar in front of her. Then they booked for us the worst place ever in the huge plane so we had a terrific flight to sri lanka. Once arrived they sent us a driver he didn't accept to show us anything giving everytime different excuses (you should check in, it's far, it's not worth it, it's not nice, etc.) everytime he just want to drop us in the hotel. Last hotel was a 5 stars hotels and too expensive (based on booking and the agency there) when we arrived there wasn't a receptionist, no electricity, toooo durty, room in a very bad conditions. So we asked the agency to call the hotel and find another one. Nakhal agency didn't answer the phone nor the messages. They left us with nothing in hand and let us do it by ourselves. We tried to send several messages on whatsapp and they didn't answer and didn't solve any issue. I have all the messages, they asked to pay the new hotel and they didn't reply anymore. WORST TRAVEL AGENCY EVER!!

Fady Beaton was our guide and he was amazing! Not only does he have a degree in archeology and was involved in number of excavations in Lebanon, but also he has tremendous knowledge on the societal fabric of Lebanon and is happy to engage into deep, informative discussions!

Top tour operator in Beirut. I had a very good experience with Nakhal from beginning to end. Quick responses to my initial email enquiries. Easy booking and payment. Hotel pickups were great, always there ahead of time, clean vehicles, and no touring round the whole city while you collect from hotel to hotel. The tours themselves were very good. Knowledgeable guides, and just the right mix of guiding and free time. Chosen restaurants were also good. All in all, highly recommended!

I have taken Nakhal tours for within Lebanon one day trips three (3) times and would highly recommend them. Booking online or by phone is very easy- they email you a confirmation. They picked us up promptly, bus was clean and air conditioned, and payment process easy. Buses to actual destinations were clean, comfy and smooth. Guides and drivers are excellent and very professional. They speak various languages. It was fun being with other tourists from all over the world. Pace of the trip and meals included are excellent. Meals vary by destination and are meant to introduce typical food from the destination area. All plentiful, delicious and overall excellent. Would highly recommend Nakhal Tours.

Bad management ! The trip is very worth it and the guide is nice. But the manager of the company has no flexibility and the bus won't wait for you if you are few minutes late, even if you made a phonecall before to inform him ! Also...the bus can leave earlier ! The departure could be at 8h15 am although it is said to be 8h30. And don't expect to come back after 4h30 pm because, probably, the employees do not want to work more than 8 hours a day or / and will nit be paid in this case. Only your money is wanted here ! Also, all the day long, you will be stressed to rush and rush. Forget this tour' agency !

My aunt recommended Nakhal, and it was a great experience. Booking was an easy process and the service was excellent. We did 2 day tours in the week we were here, and I would definitely go with them again. Fady Beayno was our guide. He is EXCELLENT and I would ask for him to be my tour guide again. As an archeologist he weaved the history of the sites, the geography and the architecture into the tour in such a way that it brought the sites to life.

I did the Beirut, Beiteddine and Deir Al-Kamar today. It was a great experience. - I tried to book the trip last night, but the session timed out and I couldn't make reservations (perhaps the company can work on improving their website). However, I called the booking number at 7am and they actually picked up. Within 5 minutes everything was arranged and they picked me up from the lobby at 7:45. - Despite the crazy Beirut traffic, the whole day went as scheduled. The captain/driver Abbas was experienced so he kept us safe. - Mia was an excellent tour guide! She was courteous, professional and knowledgable. We were a mix of English and French speakers and she patiently repeated everything in both languages. - Lunch included mezza, main dish, fruit and Lebanese coffee. Both the view and the food were enjoyable. Perhaps the restaurant could keep the variety of the mezza but reduce the quantity as a lot food was wasted. Also we had lunch a bit later than I expected. I didn't mind as I usually have late lunches (1pm+) anyways, but maybe give customers some heads up so they bring a snack if needed. - Overall, I highly recommend the company.

very very good guided tour! I went to two trips with them during my stay in Lebanon. The two tour guides in each trip were very knowledgeable and attentive. Answer whatever question you have in your mind during the whole journey. The bus driver is a pro! even with the hilly road and other bad skilled road user. I feel comfortable along the way to all the sightseeing location. The lunch was good too! Highly recommended! Go to Baalbek for sure!

Best travel agency in Lebanon. If you're planning on traveling go book your tours with Nakhal. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

They have ready made packages, with good destinations and hotels , prices are NOT negotiable even if the prices are higher than most of the tour agents in Lebanon. So, to have good deals, only select destinations that are only specific to Nakhal with their charter flights.

We went on two Nakhal Lebanon day trips in March 2020 (booked via Viator) and completely recommend this company! We did Aanjar, Baalbek & Ksara, and Jeita, Harissa & Byblos. The tour guides Natasha and Georgette were incredibly friendly and well-informed, both expert archaeologists. The tours were well organised and everything was taken care of: hotel pick up/drop off, lunch, all site admissions, driving around Lebanon etc. Some unforgettable experiences - thank you Nakhal!

A great touring agency. The tours are really nice, you can pick 1/2 days or full days. Lunch at a good lebanese restaurant is included in the full day. The guides have all been very friendly and knowledgable. I took 3 tours this january and all 3 were great. I would highly recommend Nakhal and use them again upon my next visit!
