This
place
forgot
what
customer
service
means.
I
took
my
family
that’s
about
7
adults
and
6
kids
there
and
ended
up
paying
more
than
17
million
L.L
that
included
entrance,
food,
desserts
and
some
drinks.
The
place
was
extremely
dirty
like
the
bathrooms,
cooking
staff
and
tables.
The
food
was
horrible.
They
only
do
the
wave
twice
a
day
which
did
not
make
sense,
it
should
be
done
more
frequently
so
people
can
have
fun
as
groups.
I
guess
it’s
another
way
to
be
cheap
and
save
money.
When
I
finished
I
got
shocked
that
they
had
the
showers
closed
with
a
sign
stating
“
Closed
due
to
COVID
“
and
this
is
in
July
2022
which
there
was
no
COVID
emergency
and
none
of
the
staff
was
wearing
and
PPE
such
as
gloves
or
face
mask.
It
was
just
an
excuse
to
save
money
from
their
end
on
clean
water
even
though
they
are
pricing
everything
in
$.
I
drove
here
from
a
far
place
and
was
going
out
for
dinner
after
swimming
only
to
be
shocked
that
I
can’t
even
shower
and
I
need
to
keep
that
filthy
water
on
me.
This
place
prices
everything
on
$
and
does
not
care
about
customer
experience,
they
want
to
save
every
possible
penny.
BTW
-
I
ended
up
breaking
the
locked
shower
door
and
taking
a
shower
by
force,
so
I
advice
you
to
do
the
same
if
you
need
to
shower.
