Nice please but need some respect from the people who enter it, cause most don't respect the rules and sure it's not the management fault cause they tried their best...

I used to come here all the time but would NEVER do it again. Let go of all the rides and leisure, showers and restrooms are unacceptably filthy. One wouldn't know where to start from and better spare the description. For a water park charging a 20$ entrance (approx 600000LBP in this situation one should get a better service.

This place is extremely overpriced. The entrance itself is too expensive. But that's not the end. U still have to rent the floaters for another huge price. Then u pay an amount almost equal to the entrance fees to buy Goggles. The funniest part though was thay 2 boxes of fried potato are worth 70,000. Greedy!

The place is nice, although doesn’t live up to international theme parks expectations but does the job. Staff are friendly and welcoming. My only issue is that you can’t wear the water shoes in the slides for unknown reasons but i would still come back again every time. Best of luck to the owner

This place forgot what customer service means. I took my family that’s about 7 adults and 6 kids there and ended up paying more than 17 million L.L that included entrance, food, desserts and some drinks. The place was extremely dirty like the bathrooms, cooking staff and tables. The food was horrible. They only do the wave twice a day which did not make sense, it should be done more frequently so people can have fun as groups. I guess it’s another way to be cheap and save money. When I finished I got shocked that they had the showers closed with a sign stating “ Closed due to COVID “ and this is in July 2022 which there was no COVID emergency and none of the staff was wearing and PPE such as gloves or face mask. It was just an excuse to save money from their end on clean water even though they are pricing everything in $. I drove here from a far place and was going out for dinner after swimming only to be shocked that I can’t even shower and I need to keep that filthy water on me. This place prices everything on $ and does not care about customer experience, they want to save every possible penny. BTW - I ended up breaking the locked shower door and taking a shower by force, so I advice you to do the same if you need to shower.

I called them a few days earlier before our visit and they only talked about the entrance fee being 90000 per person. When we arrived there, we were shocked by other required fees and we were so disappointed. We ended up paying 160000 per person, which I think is too much. We were 7 family members, so imagine how much we paid. The food there is like plastic and comparingly expensive. The river water was full of leaves and not clean at all. Moreover, one of our family members bumped his head on one of the slides and was not given attention at all, even though he informed the staff of the problem. The slide was closed for almost 2 hours and reopened again after that. Very disappointing Rio Lento. I shouldn't even start about the difference between Google map's pictures of Rio Lento and Rio Lento's condition now.

There are lot of opportunities to improve this place. You can assume they are struggling with expenses because it is very large to maintain. It has deteriorated over the years. Toilets are terrible 0 / 5 Rides not all open, it was a saturday and 3 key rides were not open all day. 2 / 5 Inflatables need maintenance, air leaking from most. You could see some kids struggling during the waves pool, but kudos to life savers who immediately jumped in and supported them 2 / 5 Food is way overpriced for its quality 2 / 5 Entrance Prices 3 / 5 I hope next year is a better experience.

Never to be repeated. The worst Waterpark in Lebanon. Waterland is much cleaner, use them as an example.

This Water Park is the best for kids and families alike. great variety for all ages even though the food is a bit pricey .

At first the pool is dirty , water smells so bad , and so expensive for nothing , food is not that quality, services very normal , unprofessional services and food and clean i hope you will fix it before your lose your fans

The price mentioned doesn't match charges on entrance. Kind wird situation when you are going all of the way and such a surprise awaiting you. For big families, it makes a big difference. Whatever is not really clean, especially in kids pool. Either than that you have a good choice of food and snack for kids as well as helpfull staff.

This place is way too overrated and overpriced. 1) The pool is extremely dirty and no one is there to clean it up. They should invest in building more pools solely for adults (without having to pay any extra fees). 2) The only near-to-acceptable thing is their slides, but these also need major maintenance. 3) You really can’t buy anything because of how overpriced this place is. A snack that costs x LBP in any supermarket is almost 3-4 TIMES the price here, which is extremely unacceptable. This is pure theft. I believe the prices should be reconsidered because it’s very uncalled for. What a disappointment.

After paying the expensive entrance i expected to get a locker for free but i had to pay 150k for locker rental and only had one pool for adults and its not that clean they sealed off the good pool they once had and made it a different place where you have to pay for entrance and most of the rides were not even on and the seats were dirty so naturally i went for a refund after 20 mins of entering and they refused!! Seriously do not recommend

Nice place for kids and families.

The pools are nice and clean. The food is horrendous you’re best off sneaking in your own. There’s one too many rules for the pools, all women must wear a hair cover, no floats are allowed in the water. They need to relax their rules a bit

It is not cheap. Also, once you pay the entrance you will be surprised that you have to pay for the water tube. How am I going to a "water park" and I have to pay not just the entrance but also the water tube? So, if I don't pay, I don't play with the slides, I just admire thrm. It is not logic at all. This is the first water park that I go to and I have to pay for the water tubes. Also the hygiene is not good at all: there is a bad smell, and there are unfished work, and you can see some garbage in some places. Only the big slides are nice and free to be used, but I didn't see much kids going there only to the slides with water tubes.

Overpriced, dirty, trash everywhere, not all sleiges are working, those which are working are either in need of repairment or extremely dirty. Dirty toilets, dirty changing rooms. Only staff is friendly and I think they suffer too.
