2023.09.22 Breakfast was at SUD. I like the place. Indoor and outdoor seating. Good service. The food was yummy. We got the omelet with ham and emmentel, Manouche zaatar, American coffee (Great), and Pain Perdu. (One comment to management: The servants should always keep the long sleeves to avoid mistakes and not to roll up their sleeves. You dont need to see their arms hair in the plates)

Sud is lovely and charming. It is always full so you need to reserve your table. The service was verry good, friendly staff waiting for you by the side. The food was great. We had the miele pizza, it was so tasty! The fries were good crispy and gold. Pain perdue is my favorite dessert 😍👍👍

I really love the ambiance and the style of this restaurant. Their food is special and tasty and you can’t find it anywhere. However the portions are getting smaller, with a higher price.

We heard so much abt Sud restaurant so we decided to give it a try . The restaurant is nicely located in a small courtyard in Naqqache area. It’s nicely decorated , very colorful and vibrant Rating 4/5 We were recommended to try the following dishes : - Parmesan Wheel Spaghetti : it had no flavor , we didn’t taste the Parmesan cheese. Rating : 2/5 - Pork Tacos : tasty and delicious , Rating 4/5 - Steak and Fries : it looked tasty BUT it was so bad , it actually tasted like fish , the steak quality was very poor, chewy . Rating 1/5. The service was not ideal , the waiters noticed that we barely touched our plates , still they didn’t care to ask if we liked the food … they were always chatting together and didn’t notice the customers needs.

Very good restaurant for gathering with friends or for going out on a romantic date. The food is delicious, the menu is rich and satisfies all tastes, with a selection of good cocktails and desserts too. The prices compared to the quality offered by the place are very convenient. There is an indoor and an outdoor area, the atmosphere is relaxing and the staff are friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this place 👍🏻

One of the good places we go is the sud resto bar good food the atmosphere was great. Staff are welcoming we arrived without reservation ( you should reserve) they did their best to let us sit. Food was delicious the pasta with cheese 🫕🧀 is a must.

As I went to have lunch at this place, I was surprised that it took the people responsible to help us have a table some time to realize that there are new customers in the place. The lady at the bar didn't care and she was always on the phone. We had to wait around 2 to 3 minutes standing there until someone came and helped us. The waiter was so friendly and very professional. He was very attentive to details. The appetizer was so good. The Mac and cheese with truffle cream was so delicious. The goat cheese pizza was good tasting. This place is always worth a visit.

A hub for foodies and others with a huge area and various seating options. It is advisable to book as they are usually full. The food was good but the service takes a while and we had a few extra items that were not ordered come to the table, so check your bill. If you want a good selection and average food the it’s acceptable.

The outdoor seating is something else, another level. Loved every second there. Service was good. We had bruschettas as a starter, 8 pieces, more basil would have been better. The parmesan wheel spaghetti is honestly overrated, instead i recommend the linguine cream and chicken. But, the mushroom pizza is amazing, ask for olive oil!

Sud a place not to be missed. the place is vast with indoor and outdoor tables with a respectable distance between them so you feel comfortable and independent although it is crowded. the staff are really very responsive despite the pressure we ordered drinks salad pizza and main dishes the pasta is great the ravioli and the maks .... dishes with black truffle sauce are great, the pizza was good although the edges were" burned " probably thats the italian style the goat cheese salad is nice too and i enjoyed the ciabatta bread with its dip the prices are really fair in return of what we've ordered . to be repeated for sure **** SUD

This restaurant has a very nice ambiance and as well as good service,pasta parmesan wheel was a little bit dry.Pork tacos were very flavorful,the truffle pizza,the goat cheese salad all was so yummy.

Sud has been my go to place, in the last few months, whenever I want to have dinner with my friends. The food is always delicious and affordable, the atmosphere is nice and the waiters are helpful and friendly!

We tried the open buffet brunch, and it was great, the huge variety was amazing, from filet to oysters and the dessert at the was splendid. Well worth the money. All in all will definitely do it again.

Situated in the middle of the Gardens with indoor and outdoor seatings, original decoration and great atmosphere with the low light ambiance, welcoming staff and helpful waiters, it took a bit of time to order but the food arrived quickly and was very delicious, highly recommended.

We ordered the parmesan wheel pasta and the linguini shrimp pasta, portions could be more generous , a buzzing but nice place, service was fast and waiters are friendly, overall we had a nice experience

First I thought it was just one more place with overpriced, mediocre drinks. But they've really got their game on!! Amazing cocktails and great music. And the balcony seating sets just the right mood. Not only is it a great place to hang out, the food they serve is also excellent! They may call themselves a restobar, but their food is better than many of Beirut's more popular restaurants.

I love the food there. People are nice and friendly. Quality/price is pretty good, specially during the open buffet (brunch)

So SUD is not a new place but they constantly update their menu and add specials. This time I went for their brunch that’s heavily advertised on social media. Going in to the Gardens in Naccache, it’s a ghost town. Every other restaurant has closed down. There’s only SUD left. That may be the reason why the elevator is not working anymore - but they should consider the people with limited ability to move especially since the entrance to the Gardens is all stairs. Now going in the restaurant, there wasn’t a host greeting us. We just went in and sat down. The waiters are friendly but it shows they’re not happy with their work. One waitress had her hair down, handling food. Not very sanitary. We ordered our brunch items, we asked to cook the eggs differently in of the dishes and the waiter said it’s not possible. They serve a bread with balsamic oil which is a nice touch. We ordered 3 main dishes and appetizer. Honestly there aren’t many egg based dishes. The scrambled eggs with salmon wasn’t that good, the egg was not that warm and lacking flavor. The brioche was super tasty. Would definitely order again. And the mushroom bruschetta was more of a pizza with tomato sauce, cheese and fresh mushrooms. And lastly, the buratta was good. The pesto sauce and tomato combo was good, could have had more salt but the customer can add that later. I liked the idea of being able to order from the breakfast items as well as the regular items before lunchtime. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience but I wouldn’t go there again for brunch. Might try the other dishes, the pizzas were looking great.

This place is one of my favorite , they’re still number one with maintaining a perfect quality and delicious food , at very affordable prices ! And the pain perdu is to die for !!

The food at SUD is amazing. There’s nothing I’ve tried and not liked. My only complaint is the service, they are so busy that servers run past you before you get the chance to get their attention. Having said that I go to SUD nearly every week because their food is incredible. Highly recommend!

We ordered the Tartufo pizza, Parmesan Wheel Spaghetti, Black Angus burger, and a Margarita pitcher. The truffel pizza was really good, the spaghetti was nicely presented (in the Parmesan Wheel Spaghetti) but didn't taste that rich in Parmesan and the portion was on the small side. The Margarita was really good and so is the black Angus burger. I didn't like that the bill came out more expensive than the menu listed price, I mean since the menus are all digital now, what is stopping you from updating the menu prices? I give the place, music & vibes 5 stars, the food 4 stars and I deduct a star from the total because of the menu mismatch. Total: 3 stars.

Tasted so many risotto dishes in different places in Lebanon. The best one is at SUD for sure! Seasoned to perfection, fulfilling portion and great presentation.

Sud Restobar is Dbayeh is a must visit! The outdoor seating section is really nice and beautiful. Loved the vibes. As for the food, we ordered goat cheese and strawberry salad and pork tacos. The salad was really good, it contains lettuce, rocca, basil, and strawberries topped with hazelnuts and goat cheese served with balsamic sauce. Love it! Tacos has a delicious taste with its soy sesame mayo sauce. As for main courses, Parmesan wheel Spaghetti is not to be missed! And we tried chicken drumsticks and fries with special sauce. We loved this meal too. Recommended!

I really like this restaurant. I used to go to the Mar Mikhayel branch but it's closed after the Beirut explosion so I'm trying the Naccache one. We had man'ouche and pancakes for breakfast. Both were very delicious. The pancakes were fluffy and the fruits fresh. The staff was very attentive and made sure we're comfortable. I recommend the place and hope they'll be able to reopen soon in Mar Mikhayel.

Disappointing, three years ago Sud was my favorite restaurant in Beirut but the branch on Mar Mikhail was far superior to this one. Still, the truffle pasta tasted great but the portion was to small. The ceviche was below average.

Nice place. A bit too noisy but the music is good. As for the food, bread and blasamic sauce was served at the beginning and then we ordered the Miele pizza (which was delicious), the salmon tartare and avocado (a bit oily but not bad), the glazed half Chicken (juicy and tastes really good), the Lamb Truffle burger (average), the Goat cheese salad (needs some balsamic sauce and a bit oily) and the Beef Cocotte which was super delicious and is a must try!

Sud is the most underrated restaurant! Every single item on the menu is delicious! Specially that they joined the zomato gold family, dinner there is so cheap compared to what you're getting in return.we had the grilled octopus and the steak fries dished... Amazing! SUD, has a warm and cozy ambience,, the circular glass room on the top floor is a beautiful place for an interactive dining experience, the staff is friendly, especially Nasser he is amazing, very friendly and polite. and helpful. If you are a fan of fondue and raclette you have to give this place a try their offer is delicious and fairly priced. However I would change the grills, the quality isn’t good, which causes some annoyance during the dining experience, it quickly stops grilling the meat which requires it to be changed really quick, and several times during dinner. Their eclair is also tasty. As for their weekend brunch, I have two words MUST TRY. The buffet is rich it caters to everyone’s taste. They have duck, bbq, shawarma, omelette, pasta, Lebanese, pizza and dessert stations. One can’t also not pass by the healthy corner which is beautiful and tasty. As for the regular menu, the beef cocotte and mashed potatoes it is a must try.

I’ve been wanting to visit SUD for a while and when I finally did, I was pleasantly surprised. Delicious flavorful food, great prices & quality, and excellent service. Our waiter- Georgio- was very professional and very passionate, recommending the perfect dishes for us: Truffle Pizza (9/10), Parmesan Wheel Pasta (7/10), Steak & Fries (9/10), and the most perfect dessert, Pain Perdu (10/10). Upon hearing it was our first time visiting SUD, he offered us the dessert for free. Definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu!
