One of the busiest Starbucks cafes around Lebanon. Always packed with people. The staff there is very friendly and their food is always fresh due to high turnover. I think it is the only place in Lebanon if not the world where they don't mis-spell your name :-) Even when busy, the place seems to be spacious with lots of room to sit and relax, work or just have a conversation with someone. ~FREE WIFI AVAILABLE~

A bit cheap on the filling! Come on guys! It's coffee and water, fill up the cup! On the other hand, it's a nice place, cozy and spacious with an outdoor seating. Open 24/7 and convenient parking stalls (nearby park meter).

The branch has been renovated, now it has more space, the new design is better than the old one.

When you want to spend some overnight time with friends or loved ones or even alone, one of the greatest options is Starbucks especially Zalka and Sassine Branches. Let's speak of Zalka's now... After the renovation, Starbucks Zalka added a whole new set of coffee brewers, available only at Zalka branch, which added a great show and made the place beautifully alive. That was a good move from Starbucks and it's highly appreciated. We visited as usual and we were just 2, yet we made the show happen by ordering the 4 of the newly added coffees. The show was awesome, people went taking photos and we sincerely enjoyed those 15 mins. Unless you are coffee expert, I don't think you will recognize much difference in taste but there is a huge difference. So I recommend speaking to one the staff (make sure he is holding the coffee expert position) to advice you about which one works best with you. On the other hand, Starbucks Staff are well trained and helpful in general, they make you feel at home. The self service concept makes you feel at ease and the outside terrace seats are awesome. The indoors area makes you feel like being in a study hub and I personally like that. The place is clean, the prices are acceptable and the whole experience is always at its best eventhough I prefer the Italian coffee concept rather than Starbucks' American concept, but still I always enjoy the whole experience. I only request from Starbucks to add more coffee beans options such as Kenya, Ethiopian, Eden Moka and even Blue Mountain Jamaica. And reduce the price of the Cups and Mugs etc. Keep up the good work, you are a hell of a team... Good luck

Most famous coffee shop in zalka area, relaxing seating and great atmosphere

I just tested ice late coffee it was really good.

It’s everyone’s favorite coffee shop. It’s not mine though. While the coffee might be good, there is better, and while the sandwiches might be ok, it’s below average. As for the desserts, these are generally just bad. A few friends and I ordered 4 different kinds of dessert, none of which was good, so much so that I had to return the cheesecake. They were courteous enough to accept, but even the replacement wasn’t great. Overall, I think they’ve made the experience and the ambience so nice here, that people are willing to overpay for mediocre food and bad desserts just to enjoy the nice atmosphere. The 3 stars could’ve been lower if it weren’t for the nice setting and good coffee.

Barista is very racism.. i was in line, but he asked for the woman next to me first. Good thing the woman said he should take my order first. He took it in a rush. And my matcha latte is not even half of the venti cup. There’s almost 1 venti cup ice inside with a little matcha latte. It’s just so sad that there are still discrimination and racism despite of what is happening here. It’s not just because we are foreigner here, we dont have the right to be treated As one of you.. shame on that barista…

i would like to talk about the new lighting in this branch, it is not suitable for working there. concerning the coffee, for its obvious price, i would expect it to be somewhat decent but it always seems to disappoint and let us not talk about the internet connexion, it sucks! however, i do have to mention that the food tastes good for its price and the background music always keeps me coming back for a chill hang out.

This is the only Reserve Branch in Lebanon. The place is very spacious and great to have a chat or finish some work. They have the Clover machine and other coffee prparation ways for you to enjoy amazing coffee. I would highly recommend trying the Syphon method.
