The fish tacos were really good. I was surprised that the beans and rice were SO GOOD. Usually they're really plain and seem to be a secondary thought. This place has a true, good dish. The Jalapeño Chocolate ice cream was good too. Very different, and even a little spicy. The glazed pecans really set it off.

Small dining room and long wait times for overpriced, mediocre food. Waited 40 minutes to get our dinner after ordering. I don't think we'll be returning. There are other Mexican restaurants with better food, at a better price, just a short drive away.

This is a great place for really good Mexican food! The service was excellent it is a very clean place. The margarita’s were amazing, the elote corn we had as an appetizer was really good and main dish even better. This is a place we will go to again when we are back in the area.

Great service. The calabacitas.are by far the best we have had. Just how our mother made them. I have owned 2 Mexican restaurants in Mexico and Tucson. And as a trained chef I know good Mexican food Cudos to the chef and the staff.

I stopped in to have lunch and has the taco salad. The taco salad was amazing! It was also quiet and I was able to read and do some work while I waited for my food though the wait wasn't that long. The waitress was very communicative about checking-in and gave me updates on my food.

This place is fabulous great food and the chicken tortilla soup is the best and would recommend the prickly pear Lemonade.

The best Mexican food we have ever had. You can tell a lot by the chips and salsa, which were phenomenal, and everything kept getting better. I had the surf and turf special, my wife a combination, the kids got tacos and tostadas. Every aspect was legendary. I felt they under-charged, so I over-tipped. They deserve to succeed and open 20 more stores.

Food was delicious. The lunch specials are great ($10-15). Family run small cafe. Will return!

La Olla is a small restaurant with booths and tables. They have a bar shoot you want to sit there. Service was quick and and we received our food just as fast. The menu was good and all the dishes I have tried have been very good. The portions are typical of Mexican restaurants and you either leave stuffed or with a to go box. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. It was a great experience.

The server was spectacular! It has been a while since some place new wowed me. The food was yummy. Just wish they offered a mild salsa. Sometimes, my pallet doesn't tolerate medium. The food was good and the 4 star rating is pretty accurate.

Was told this was a go-to place. It was okay. They do their Taco meat in patti form, and mine were raw in the middle and not much flavor. Not some place I will likely go to again. I understand that everyone feels different about their Mexican restaurant, and this wasn't for me.

This little place is absolutely amazing. The service was excellent. Trista was so sweet and an amazing waitress. She made sure we were well taken care of. It was a tad slow to get the food, but DEFINITELY worth it. I had the pork and shrimp and it was to die for. It was one of the best meals I think I have ever had. I couldn’t recommend this place more. You have to go check it out!

Even the salsa rocked! So much flavor! I can't remember the Spanish name for the side, but as a side, get the zucchini, cheese, etc. Dish. Everything was great and the service was too! Photo is the side. Already devoured the main dish.

Enjoyed a nice dinner here. The food was as very good and the people were friendly. I had a combo with a tamale, enchilada and a fried taco. Salsa was fresh and good too.

Disappointed. The chips were the highlight of the lunch. Chile relleno wasn't bad, the rest was over salted, and lacked flavor. This might be great for some, a lighter Mexican; not spicy, lighter flavors, and 'soft'. This isn't what I like, but everyone has their own needs when it comes to food.

Delicious food! Came on recommendation of a local person. Be patient, the waitress took care of the entire restaurant and did an amazing job of keeping our drinks refilled and fresh chips and salsa (with kick) on the table until our food was ready!

La Olla is our favorite local restaurant when we are snow-birding in Marana, AZ. The service never disappoints. Their complementary chips and salsa are outstanding, especially if one beefs up the experience with the guacamole. All main courses that we have tried are delicious and portions are generous. Seating is a bit crowded (it's a relatively small space), but that's not enough to influence our overall view of this great restaurant.

The food here is outstanding. Love their chips and salsa and their guacamole. I, most recently, had their fried, rolled, chicken tacos. Paired with an extra side of guacamole, salsa and the refried beans as toppings...oh my. Service was impeccable. Small restaurant with tight seating garners the 3 star rating for atmosphere.

Excellent meal! Best of my trip. I had the combo platter with the steak Taco, Shrimp, and Carnitas Enchiladas… everything was delicious and spiced perfectly. Very impressed with the service and quality of food. Prices were reasonable as well!

Simply the best Mexican restaurant on the NW side. Excellent service. Margaritas are good. Great location on silverbell rd.

Looked all over Tucson for great fantastic Mexican food while visiting my mother-in-law for a week. This quaint little restaurant is the place. Loved the unique flavors and homemade dishes. We did the big touristy restaurants with typical run-of-the mill Mexican food and rice and black beans as your sides. Not impressed. This place is different. Elevated flavors. Highly recommended.
