Every single time my husband and I have tried to get a haircut there, at least 5, it's been a disaster. We checked their website. Said they close at 7. We get there, sign on the window says they close at 6. We ask the one hairstylist on hand, which is all they EVER have, and she says "we close at 5." We tell her the discrepancies, she shrugs and says "don know what ta tell ya!" Today (Friday) I went in for a haircut/color at 3:20PM. I waited 10 minutes for the one stylist on duty to notice my presence, while the phone was ringing non-stop with NO ONE answering. Finally, she looked around her watch and said "um, I have time for a cut but no color, if you come back in an hour." So, are they more worried about the time they close, the customers, or work/money??? I will NEVER go there again. Worst customer service experience over and over EVER.

I took my family in this week for haircuts and Vanessa was the stylist for all of us. Not only do we all love our haircuts and the services we received, she couldn't have been more professional and amazing. I have two small children (the youngest being 2 1/2) and she was so great with them. She listened to what we wanted in our haircuts and executed them with precision. I would absolutely recommend Vanessa to family and friends and will be going back to see her.

Janessa cut both my and my 5 year old daughters hair and she did amazing. Super friendly and very patient. I’m so happy with how my hair looks and feels after my visit. We got right in and it took no time at all. The prices are definitely a bonus on the whole experience for us.

Lilly has been doing my hair for 2 years now. Always does an awsome job. I appreciate her warm, loving personality.

Had an appointment with Sherry, called to verify got there 15 early walked in no one spoke to me two ladies behind wall. I said to them I have a 1:30 with Sherry and they pointed to the seats. I waited never saw Sherry at 1:45 I asked when will she be back they said "Oh she does not work today I said ok well can someone else cut my hair one pointed to the other and said she will when she is finished with the person she is with now. I said OK. Then she went in the back after she was done. I said is she going to cut my hair and the girl long dark hair said she is going to lunch. I said ok. She said I will cut your hair but you will have to wait until I am done with this lady. Now it is 1:55 and still waiting. I walked out and I feel that this company needs to know how rude and disorganized this shop is I will never go back and be sure all my friends know about this incident.

Today I got haircut and eyebrows wax by Lily. She amazing person. So kind . Loves what she does.

This is my go to place, Lena has done my hair twice. I have thick hair and unfortunately, I don't have the opportunity to do my hair often (once a year). Her color skills are incredible! Today my daughter and I donated our long locks. I needed gray coverage and some subtle highlights and lightening on my hair. The color is PERFECTION! Her time takes a bit longer than I'm use to from previous salons but it's absolutely worth every moment. My hair is never fried or damaged. She gently colors without harming healthy hair. Lena is the color girl to go to!

The manager Vanessa is the best. She is so helpful, makes you feel so comfortable. She does such an amazing job. She usually cuts my boys hair and always does a great job. Today 12/30/20 she cut and colored my hair and Im so happy with it. I highly recommend Vanessa. Best place to go.
