We had a wonderful dinner on a beautiful patio with a fabulous waiter, Ramon! His service was impeccable. He was so helpful with the menu. Our Cactus Ahi appetizer was the coolest and tastiest ever! Check the photo! Really fun and jaw dropping presentation that was sooooo good! My steak was a perfect cut and cooked to perfection with a subtle sauce that really brought out the flavor. My wife had a seafood risotto that was so creamy and stuffed with fish and shrimp, scallops and mussels. Yes, the dinner was high end but they really did a nice job and the service and setting are off the charts!

Another amazing place to go and eat at the Ritz Carlton at Dove Mountain. The food was out of this world. We ate there 4 times while staying at the Ritz. Steven was the beat waiter I have ever had. He was so knowledgeable. Thanks Steven for making our experience even better. Definitely a place to go check out!

Dinner with a view. Fine dining experience, but lacking the fine service. The restaurant was comfortable with views of The Saguaro covered Tortolitas. Our steaks were delicious and prepared as requested. We were celebrating a birthday that was acknowledged with a delicious complimentary chocolate dessert. There seemed to be enough staff, but our waiter would disappear. Our first round of drinks took 15-20 minutes to arrive and never had a chance to order a second. Then he left us waiting on the bill. The valet is a nice touch though.

Decided on a breakfast before hiking the Alamo Springs Trail. The omelette’s we’re perfect, but the real star of the show was the Belgium Waffle. I can highly recommend, it is large and perfect for sharing. Great service and breakfast experience.

We had thee best evening here! It was my Birthday and my husband brought me here for a dinner we hoped would fair better than anything we’d experienced prior pandemic! Well, it rocked. We are both excellent chefs so it’s easy to disappoint us. Our waiter was Ramon and he was the most personable, and knowledgeable waiter we’ve had in sometime. Thank Goodness I asked him about the entrees because I was going to order something that would’ve been way too much for me to eat. And I got the tenderloin and it was amazing. My husband got the lamb and I couldn’t stop asking him for another bite. The lobster appetizer was to die for and our bottle of wine was delicious. My dessert said happy birthday and was adorable as well as delicious. Our waiter made our evening along with just lovely, lovely food. Everyone was ridiculously accommodating. Will return soon.

CORE kitchen and wine bar, is the time name of a world class 5 star restaurant. Absolutely loved the menu, it had less main dishes then you have fingers on your 2 hands, making the decision is easy because there is not a single doesn't that isn't tasty! The ambiance induced the feeling out sitting in a candelabra, fabulous dining experience! A must see location just for the city and mountain views alone!

Very high end but you get what you pay for. The food and service were superb. It was the best dinner we had while visiting Tucson! Pictured: Kurobuta Pork Tenderloin with peaches - absolutely mouthwatering! (Aside, their breakfast buffet is also amazing- great mixture of American breakfast staples with Mediterranean inspired fare of olives, smoked salmon and cheese!)

A bit disappointed. Ambiance is great and service was generally very friendly and good. I was just a bit disappointed by the food… Avocado Cactus was very pretty, but the tuna was drenched in sauce and tons of mayo. The pork was nice, but slightly overcooked and unmemorable; I also found all the fruit kind of awkward. Dessert was a highlight with the peanut cheesecake. Can certainly have a nice evening here if you are staying at the hotel, but moderate your expectations for the location and price.

Amazing view of the outside desert life, kind and professional waiters and waitresses, delicious food. Thoroughly enjoyed the dinner and breakfast choices!

Beyond a doubt an amazing place to enjoy a nice dinner on the patio with some great wine. The atmosphere is slow and quiet and it really mellows you out to sit back and enjoy everything that much more. The food is amazing, the service is on point, and the overall vibe is just perfect for a relaxing night out.

I highly recommend Core Kitchen if you are looking for a fine dining experience in Tucson. This place is definitely an experience. My wife and I came here to celebrate her birthday, and the restaurants fine dining atmosphere definitely made the night feel special. All of the food was incredible, I personally recommend the Ribeye, who knew that the side of carrots and mashed potatoes could be so unbelievably delicious. They also threw in a complementary birthday dessert. Thank you and we'll definitely be coming back.

The setting was nice and the service was great. The food was very average. The filet was somewhat tough. The pork tenderloin was salty. The asparagus was tough but the sauce on it was great. The mashed potatoes were also great. The RAZZ dessert was the best part. Chocolate mousse with red powder covering it in the shape of a raspberry. Wine selection is very good and prices overall decent. If you’re looking not to leave the hotel to est, you won’t go wrong eating here.

This review is for breakfast only on Thursday, 12/22/22. We stayed at the Ritz, so we ate breakfast here out of convenience. I certainly wouldn’t go out of my way to dine here. It’s expensive (not surprisingly though - it is the Ritz, after all) and the food was okay. The service was stellar. Samarra was our waitress and she took great care of us! It was 50 degrees out and we ate outside. They have heaters. Highly recommend eating outside! The views of the mountains are just gorgeous. I got the Build Your Own Omelet ($30). You can put in any and all fillings listed, for no extra cost. The omelet was huge and tasted fine, but honestly, I’ve had better on cruises. The hash browns were like a latke and tasted good! The dressing on the greens was a little weird and the greens themselves were bitter. The toast was good. My husband got Egg Any Way ($29). The only difference between that and the BYO Omelet was that it came with 2 eggs and choice of protein. The price was outrageous. For breakfast, I would go out of convenience, but maybe I’d do the buffet next time ($38 normally, but they raise the price for Christmas and New Year’s).

Well learned not to go on a holiday, because the price goes up 35% with less service and $22 charge for a tiny mimosa. If you don't plan on stuffing yourself full of omelet and avocado toast, just go to other decent places.
