Terrible experience. Driver delivered to the wrong house. Contactless delivery does not work!!! I ran over to the neighbor who had the pizza and was on the phone with the store to tell them of the wrong delivery. The person on the phone said it wasn't their store or driver, despite the fact that she called the number on the receipt. He took no responsibility. Pizza was cold. The last time I ordered from Domino's, it took over 1.5 hours to receive the delivery. What happened to 30 minutes? I vowed to never order again but decided to tonight and got bit again. Never ever ordering from any Domino's again.

I ordered online (17 orders in the last 10 months to my address) the website auto-filled an address that was not mine nor an address that was even in my profile. The pizza was delivered to the wrong address. I called this store to advise them of what happened. The General Manager said since it was placed online it was my fault, since they personally didn't make a mistake. I could get my order only if I was charged again. The address I intended to have delivered is my default address. When placing the order I noticed the address was wrong and changed it to the correct one. The order still shipped to the wrong address. Now I am out my lunch and the $40. I called corporate and he said that he will have a representative of the Franchisee for that store call me, and it will be up to them to "make it right". I guess I will need to find a new pizza place.

I always liked Dominos compared to PJ’s and PH No comparison. I ordered 2 Brooklyn pizzas with a variety of items and was 100 percent pleased with the ordering, delivery and taste. Definitely will order from his place again. No question!

The lady said my order was 10.55 for my speciality chicken before the 20 percent discount so i was charged 9.55 for 1 and online it says they cost 7.50 each..She way overcharged ne so thats why they get this bad review.

No clue what art school this Domino's recruits from but their pies are beautiful. I ordered a chicken and hot sauce pizza about 10 minutes ago and whoever threw the hot sauce on there is a generational talent. Their exceptional ability, personal initiative, and total dedication to duty reflected great credit upon their self and upheld the highest standards of the food service industry.

Ordering was fast & they came up to our window to deliver it curbside which was nice. Sadly the food was horrible though - my husband found HAIR in the pasta, the sausage on the pizza was not fully cooked and tasted horrible. The feta/spinach cheese was good but my husband and I were sick for days after eating this food. Will not be coming back.

The lady that waited on me was very polite. She offered peppers, napkins,and plates.

I had received a coupon for a free medium two topping pizza that I was trying to redeem online but the minimum delivery amount was $16. My order did not meet the requirements so I called the location and spoke to Heather who was able to honor my coupon and saved my day. She really did everything and more than what I asked and made me feel like I am valued as a person. Thank you so kucb

Ordered a 3-topping pizza. At least half of the pizza only has one topping on it. Asked for crushed red pepper. Didn't bring it. Asked for plates and napkins since we're in a hotel. Didn't get those either. Never ordering from here again.

Ordered delivery tonight and our pizzas arrived partially crushed. The pan pizza was on the bottom with everything on top of it and it crushed it down. There was no little plastic pizza table inside and the cheese was stuck to the top of the box. I also ordered a garden salad and got a caesar salad. I'm not sure what happened between the store and my house but for as much money as I spent tonight, I expect more than crushed lukewarm pizza.

This location has terrible customer service! Not worth your time or $, go to the LA Cholla/Orange Grove

This Domino's store is really bad. I ordered online and it said 20 mins. I went to pick up my order exactly 20 mins after I ordered and they said it will be 20 mins after I already paid. I said I ordered 20 mins ago so I said fine ok. I went to another store to get a drink and when I came back 15 mins later they were barely putting the pizza in the oven so I didn't get my ordered until 55 mins after I ordered online. I could see if they were busy but they weren't. They had a few workers in there but I could see them playing around with one another. They need better management at this store. Don't go to this one unless you feel like waiting around for a long time for 2 pizzas

When I ordered my small pizza and parmesan bread twist, the young man behind the counter asked both of the cooks for approx time they said 20 min. He checked with me to be sure I was OK with it, I assured him that would be fine, but when I returned 20 min later to pick up my pizza they had not even STARTED my order. I waited 36 min for my order. Totally not acceptable.

Domino's changed their recipe a few years back, been great ever since. They get it. Quality matters. Update: Now they lie about how long their delivery takes. It's really 600% longer than promised. They don't get it anymore. Quality matters. Oops.

Pizza was great and the staff is so friendly.they make sure you have everything you need and are very polite!

I never went wrong with Dominoes, but sadly their "Dominoes Tracker" is often malfunctioning, meaning that you'll never know when your pizza is at the door.

Always extremely fast and hot. We order at least a few times a month and have never had a problem.
