resort
services
are
very
poor.
No
proper
wifi,
android
TV
not
working
due
poor
wifi,
dirty
muddy
water
now(
no
water
in
taps
for
more
than
3
hours),
pool
not
operational
and
other
issues
also.
1.
Water
was
not
available
in
taps
from
1245hrs
to
1545hrs.
After
that
the
water
that
finally
came
was
totally
muddy(images
attached).
They
didn't
have
any
other
alternate
source
to
provide
good
quality
water.
We
could
not
even
brush
our
teeth
properly
due
to
this.
2.
WIFI
was
very
poor
due
to
which
even
the
android
tv
was
not
working.
3.
There
were
frequent
power
disruptions
and
no
automatic
power
back
up.
They
had
to
turn
on
generator
manually
and
staff
were
reluctant
to
do
so.
Had
to
sit
in
restaurant
without
power
for
nearly
15
minutes.
Similar
issue
occured
in
our
rooms
also.
4.
One
of
the
restaurant
serving
staff
had
a
very
bad
attitude.
Even
no
menu
card
is
available
in
restaurant
or
in
room
for
room
service.
It
took
nearly
an
hour
since
taking
order
for
food
to
be
served
in
the
restaurant.
5.
The
resort
has
good
ambiance
and
spacious
rooms
with
good
quality
fittings
done.
But
maintenance
of
same
is
not
proper.
6.
Swimming
pool
is
unserviceable.
The
resort
Manager
Mr.
Akhil
was
the
only
responsible
person
available
throughout
.He
offered
to
change
the
room
at
around
2100hrs.
Went
with
him
and
inspected
another
room.
But
the
muddy
water
issue
was
present
there
also.
All
other
staff
were
totally
unprofessional.
It
was
a
really
bad
experience
with
the
stay
at
the
resort.
Even
hotels
half
priced
this
are
giving
better
basic
facilities
and
hospitality.
The
owners
of
the
property
need
to
hand
over
the
day
to
day
management
to
a
professional
team
for
sustainability.
