Unfortunately I had a terrible experience at this private practice. I went for a consultation to better understand which procedure would best suit my needs. At the end of the consultation I was asked to pay 300 euros even thought website stated 150. After a few days I was hoping to receive some more information regarding the results however instead of receiving an informed response my queries were met with a very rude email stating I should look else where for a practitioner. I then proceeded to email back to explain my concerns and again it was met with an emotional reaction which was unprofessional, uncompasionate and irresponsible due to the added stress it caused. I asked simple queries and they weren’t able to answer them directly and honestly. I would avoid this practice at all costs! I have left feeling vulnerable, taken advantage of and had added stress. I went to this practice for refuge, support and guidance and received the complete opposite. I wish they could have offered some kind of compensation for the mishap however they refused, so I felt compelled to warn others to not go to this practice.

Family treatment and Don Antonio and his team are all professionals. It is without a doubt my favorite dentistry, in addition to many other treatments they have.

El Dr. José Antonio Azagra es uno de los pocos dentistas que quedan en nuestro país que tuvo que estudiar tanto la carrera de MEDICINA como ODONTOLOGÍA, por lo que tanto su entendimiento del aparato bucal y su relevancia en la salud de todo el organismo no tiene comparación con otros profesionales que desvinculan el tratamiento de la boca del resto de nuestro cuerpo. El trato que he recibido de tanto el Dr. como de su equipo ha sido fantástico, ya que me proporciono todo el tiempo necesario para examinar mi caso a fondo, educarme con detenimiento sobre el estado de mi dentadura y las razones/ causas de porque se habían producido mis problemas actuales, y como prevenir que el deterioro fuese a más. EXCELENTE NUTRICIONISTA – La especialista Odette Gravier es única en su profesión por sus conocimientos tan amplios gracias a su formación y trayectoria de tanto la farmacéutica y tratamientos tradicionales como de los tratamientos alternativos y naturales. He conocido a pocos profesionales que estén tan bien formados y hagan una evaluación tan completa del paciente antes de tomar una decisión sobre la estrategia a adoptar con el paciente. Además, ella es capaz de comprobar el progreso interno de un paciente, no solo por los síntomas visibles, sino también las carencias, la reacción interna y el progreso de cada individuo gracias a testajes de bio-resonancia y de sangre muy completos y poco comunes. Además, ofrecen tratamientos auxiliares muy poco conocidos. ¡Dejarse llevar por la Dra. Gravier significa ganar en tiempo, en salud, y sobre todo prevenir aquello que puede estar en camino antes de que se manifieste!

Acudí a esta clínica porque quería hacer un programa depurativo para mejorar mi salud. Estoy encantada con los resultados. El trato es exquisito y la clínica cuenta con grandes profesionales que te asesoran y resuelven cualquier duda. Totalmente recomendable! desde que entras por la puerta notas que estas en un lugar diferente. El trato, la energía y las ganas de solucionar y guiar son palpables desde el inicio Las técnicas de higiene bucal del doctor Azagra y su equipo tras sus años de ejercicio medico no te dejan indiferente. Recomiendo que le vengais a conocerlo! Eso sí! Hay que venir receptivos a cambiar muchos conceptos obsoletos, no encontrareis lo habitual.

Mi experiencia ha sido magnifica. Fui por un problema digestivo y me atendió Odette, que en seguida se preocupó por ponerle solución, estoy encantada con ella. Recomiendo a todo aquel que tenga problemas que vaya a esta clinica porque no es fácil encontrar grandes profesionales como los que trabajan ahí. Probé mil cosas antes de ir y le debo tanto. Estoy tan agradecida con ella que no tengo palabras. Mi valoración es máxima. Una infección fea en un premolar me llevó por recomendación a esta bioclinica el mes pasado. Aquí - en ese tandem virtuoso que forman el Dr. Azagra y Marta- he encontrado no sólo conocimiento profesional de gran calidad sino un trato personal digno de mención: He sentido cercanía y escucha para poder expresarme, me han dado disponibilidad telefónica extra consulta, he sentido interés real por solucionar mis preocupaciones y recibido información valiosa preventiva que no se acostumbra a facilitar. Desde el minuto uno notas que cuidan no solo tu boca sino el resto del cuerpo con consejos y sugerencias de salud general. Valoro de manera especial el haber recibido una explicación motivada a cada uno de los trabajos realizados (me he animado a sanear la dentadura con varias reparaciones) además del ajuste de tiempo que me han hecho en su agenda para adaptarse a mis tiempos. Me siento muy contenta por el resultado técnico realizado en mi boca. Por todo ello esta Bioclinica no se merecía una valoración breve de bueno/malo. ¡¡Feliz de haberos conocido!! 2 years ago I did several treatments at Bioclínica and then moved to Seville. There were 2 years of suffering: First, the Bioclinica dentist treated me for a cavity and later in Seville I had my first infection. Second, he made me 2 crowns with orthodontics, but since the crowns were too white, he told me that in the end I would have to do 2 whitenings at 300 euros each. Then I had another infectious focus and in Seville they had to remove the tooth and its crown, telling me that the orthodontics had been poorly done. Third, the bioclinic dentist put a bridge on me (which are 2 crowns joined together) it was supposed to be better but the truth is that food gets under it and if another problem arises, you will lose the 2 crowns. Today I still have discomfort in the joined crowns and another crown that the same dentist put on me. The overall result of their treatments is very bad and when comparing the prices they are high compared to those of most dentists.

I have some fillings that Dr. Azagra gave me twenty years ago and they are still intact. His work is of the highest quality due to his extensive training and extensive experience. Furthermore, the treatment you receive in your consultation is unbeatable both from Dr. Azagra as well as his assistant Marta. Thank you very much for your kindness and warmth.
