Wonderful experience. I went there with family. It is classic casual dining. The menu is wide and people so friendly. During the late evening a dj set is on stage. The food has been good and very good beer. The desserts, mainly the chocolate fudge, was so good.

On the Banus waterfront… definitely the best looking and very busy restaurant on the strip! We were looking for a place to eat after a busy day walking around Ronda! This looked interesting and we were not disappointed. Big place so not so tough to get a table at 7 pm… but later would be tough without a reservation! The service and food were both great! Would definitely recommend this place.

Devious food! Amazing views. Best looking restaurant on the strip! We had the Argentinian Steak with Mac & Cheese, the meat was absolutely brilliant and the Mac & Cheese was authentic! Also had the Smokehouse a Burger with fries which was spot on!! 10/10 Oh and the Sangria went down a treat 👌🏻👌🏻

I had the Peruvian beef. Pretty nice! Massive portion. Very busy so the service was slow and it kind of lacked atmosphere, weird music and music videos playing. I think they have different cocktail menus during the night and during the day.

Sadly disappointed as the reviews were promising but unfortunately the burgers came out bland and unseasoned and the chicken poppers the same. Only the macaroni cheese was ok. Service was friendly but as with any restaurant/venue in puerto banos be prepared for a lot of TOWIE folks.

Chose this restaurant as few others in the area offer vegan main meals. This venue did at least offer one vegan main meal (bean burger). Seated in a packed and awkward area even though there were plenty of empty tables at the back but we were told we couldn’t sit there. Service very rushed. Was expected to order as soon as we sat down without even looking at the menus and once we had chosen it took ages to order as the server who had first approached kept meeting my eyes, then smirking and turning away, walking around a busy restaurant doing nothing. Had to find another, much more polite server. Food came quickly but was freezing cold and practically inedible but ate it as I was starving. Bean burger a complete slop on a plate, fell apart in my hands. Saw some other guests drinking some delicious looking cocktails but I’d definitely avoid for food. A fast food chain burger would’ve been hotter, tastier and cheaper.

Wonderful views, tasteful and amazing food. It’s a classic, to come to Puerto Banús, and have something in Jacks Smokehouse.. it’s the kind of restaurant that is never empty. Brunchs and Lunchs are amazing, and also if you want to enjoy a drink in the evening . A Must in Puerto Banús !

We really liked our dinner at this restaurant. We have been twice during our stay in Marbella, Our waitress was very kind and helpful and spoke good english, and price - quality was good. The atmosphere was very nice and it is located with a view on the port. We will definitely come back next time we are in Marbella.

Visited for lunch - great welcome from the staff who were very attentive throughout our visit. Ordered Potato Skins for Starters Smokehouse Burger and Combo Sliders for mains. The burgers were delicious; the fries a little overdone but this didn't spoil our meal. The restaurant is very clean - noted that the staff brushed up under the tables as each customer left! Great location by the Marina - prices were very reasonable considering the location. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit - would come here again!

Terrible New years Eve experience. Very expensive, with 0 decorations, looked like a normal night, not what you would expect. Food was below par, the menu wasn't very explicit, and they forgot one of our dishes. There was live music, but the sound was very loud, and they only came up once each the entire evening. There was no champagne to celebrate at midnight, and no firework display as per the flyer. All round a very boring night and I would not recommend for a special occasion.

Really good salads and pizzas. Lovely servers and very family friendly. Great view from upstairs too.

Amazing, I mean amazing 🤩 food and super value!! The staff are super nice and friendly. Great location!! The only small let down is the venue doesn't quite match the super service and food... But worth going,!!

First time at Jack’s smoke house, did not disappoint! We walked past unexpectedly and had to go in for the stunning decor, music and atmosphere! We were so happy with our decision and can’t wait to visit again! The food was incredible and staff were amazing. Hamza and Suzie really looked after us, they had such good energy and vibes and were so attentive all evening.

We ate here on a Wednesday night in April, we ate at approx 19:30. We got a table for 3 straight away. We ordered chicken fajitas, hot dog and fries and chicken burger and fries. We did not wait long for the food to arrive. All 3 dishes were very tasty. The service was good and there was a good atmosphere about the place. We would return

Went to Jack's for lunch with the girls and it was a wonderful experience! The restaurant was very accommodating for us as we were a large group, the service was great. The atmosphere was super fun and we enjoyed the music they played. Prices are reasonable, we had a sharing platter and some fries as well as delicious cocktails. Our waitress, Suzie, was amazing. She was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere in Puerto Banus for food!

We stopped for lunch yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. When we arrived around 2pm it wasn’t too busy - the restaurant was very clean, good choice of food and reasonably priced for the location. Food was served promptly, very hot and tasty, will definitely be back.

Great place to sit down and take a break. The lunch was super delicious and the prices were fair given that you're in Puerto Banus. The customer service was impeccable.

Nice place in the marina in Puerto Banus good food and drinks at nice reasonable prices. Nice clean place and the facilities well maintained we would compare it to TGI Friday's but better worth a visit

The brunch menu is nice, amazing food, my favourite eggs Benedict taste great, the service was a little bit slow enough though the restaurant was not full.
