The staff at this location are rude. I had been here a couple of times during the summer, usually I order take out, this time I asked if I could get a plastic cup with ice so I can drink some water while I wait since the waiting time is like 35-40 mins. Someone named Marta was so rude, she didn't even noticed that it was a take out and she came to me in a very rude manor saying that it was prohibited to take a glass or drink water unless I buy it from them. What? Really? With customer service like this they have just lost a recurring customer. La experiencia en este local de Telepizza deja mucho que desear. It's so great and delicious pizza ever

I have used this place for many years when it was at a different location here in Marbeya everything is always very good the pizzas that very fast they get delivered to your house when you called I never had any problems with it the food is always fresh and hot whatever I ask for gets delivered on time. The pizza is a very tasty the delivery people are always very kind and very helpful for people who take the orders are always very helpful and very kind. The food is always delivered on time and I’m very happy with the service would always use it much better than Domino’s Pizza

Ordered online for delivery, didn’t receive anything. Horrible customer service, wasted half an hour looking for a driver who was not there. Would not recommend to ANYBODY!

I ordered 2 pizzas online yesterday and they were both great. The order was ready for pickup when promised too.

Took away a lovely hawaiian pizza 🍕 last Monday and it was delicious. Nice light base and very tasty. Staff very nice too 👍

I wanted to try this pizza. But will never come back again. Pizza cheese is like bechamel sauce, hey where is the real cheese? my Hawaiin pizza, it's pineapple tasted fish. awful.
