Extremely obnoxious staff wouldn't let us in even though we had Hermes Berkins and rolexes 😂😂 absolutely fuming went to Louis Vuitton instead

I was in the store in Puerto Banus just few days ago to buy a bag and it was the worst experience in my Life. I adore this brand but the staff was very unprofessional and completly disrespectful. They did not represent the Brand identity at all. I think that they should have more training and learn something from they colleagues in Italy...

So rude! A couple at the door pushed in front of me despite the signs about waiting for guests to leave before entering - this couple ignored my protests but that was okay, the man on the door let them in anyway and proceeded to tell me to wait - even though I had already been waiting. I pointed this out and was allowed to enter (thanks so much) only to be ignored in the store whilst this couple who pushed in were getting serviced. Awful.
