Charming staff, a lovely room (deluxe double), clean facilities, wonderful massages. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a shame the steam room was off for the duration of our stay but it was otherwise great. A room service menu would have improved my stay as I had a cold and couldn't take any food to the room.

I was disappointed because They don't speak English.... you can't communicate with them and they are very rude. And you can't pay by credit card for the spa, we didn't have cash and they even try to find a solution. The jacuzzi outside was full of leaves and dirty. For the cost of the hotel and the spa I pretend the appropriate treatment.

Two times I visited this Hotel when I passed from Ogyanovo both times it was fully booked during the weekend..

Excellent SPA hotel. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and mineral water in the bathrooms. The food in restaurant is very tasty. The pool is very big and clean. The service employees are very kind and helpful. Strongly recommend.

Very big pool with warm water. Outside pool with hot water. Spa area isn't very close to the pools. Very clean and warm rooms. Good service. Life music in the restaurant. We would go again!

Great place with mineral water. Suitable for calm vacation with or without kids. Very helpful staff. Food is delicious. Perfect breakfast included. Inside and outside pools with mineral water on 30 degree celsius. Outside jacuzzi on 39 degree celsius. Highly recommend.

The parking employee was extremely rude. Started screaming at us for parking at the end of the parking lot even though he told us to park somewhere there when we asked him. Then we paid 15 leva per person and we could only use the outside pool, even though on Google it says there are multiple pools available. Very disappointing overall and too expensive for what it is. "Valentino Castle" is in the area and for the same price you can use all the pools AND the spa. Go there next time.
