    Usually have good sweet tea (only once I had to come inside for fresh tea because the tea was not good/old) and Iced coffee is good but the staff is not the greatest anymore. The usual smiling faces are gone now with new employees and they need to be more careful with the mobile orders. They get confused and then don't apologize when they make errors. This location is better than the other one on Sample Rd though.

    The team was excellent at customer service. Great job and well made coffee. This location has benches with umbrella just incase it rain in which it did but I had a covering. Great ambience and fast service from Jennifer who works the drive thur with efficient service. What a great team behind to ensure everyone is served with a smile. I love the new flavor Butter Pecan. You can dine in or take out. This place in very in expensive compared to other locations.

    Got there 7:30pm in the drive thru. Waited five minutes and no one helped me. Went to park and get inside the store for one of the employees to be busy talking with a Publix employee instead of helping us. Waited other five minutes for her to help us but instead she kept talking and didn’t help us. We decided to step out and on our way back to the car we saw the back door open!! How is that allowed ! Terrible experience, never coming back to this DD location.

    I truly used to love this location until the woman with the gold teeth started working there. She is beyond rude almost every time that I go there and God for bid an order gets messed up, she makes it feel like it’s your fault. There’s been times where I have ordered mobile pick up and they had NONE of several of the items that I ordered and once again made it seem like it’s my problem and my fault that they don’t have what I was looking for. When I asked for a refund they told me to go through the app and I left with nothing. Today I go there they messed up my order twice and then I got attitude from the woman working there while I have my daughter in the car. So unbelievably unprofessional and customer service is seriously lacking! Order your coffee with a side of attitude … I am not the type of person to make a review but this is the third time now that I’ve had a bad encounter with the same woman and I’ve had enough of it. It’s such a shame because almost every other person in there I’ve never had an issue with, just this one lady!

    The worst place to get coffee, might as well go to Starbucks where quality customer service is provided. Just left this location and it has to be the most disorganized branch. Paid for my coffee got my change and everything and was waiting for my iced coffee when another person came to the window asking if I was the person that ordered food and a drink then I responded no and proceeded to give my order of iced coffee again, the she input another order of iced coffee where I informed her that I already paid for my order and was waiting for my coffee. Crazy thing is not only was she charging me for another coffee she doubled the price, when since a iced coffee with cream and sugar cost $5.69. She walked away then another employee came to asked for my order again, started to ring me up once again when I informed her I already paid for my coffee and was waiting when she proceeded to inquire who I gave the money to and where was my receipt which 99% of times u never get receipt from them. I informed her to go ahead and check her cameras that's not my job to sit around and figure out which employee did this and who didn't. Very disorganized branch and this should not be tolerated where customer has to keep tabs on who is doing their job. Very disgusted and will continue to support Starbucks and other local coffee shop because this is a joke.

    How hard is it to make coffee? Drive through service is ridiculous it sucks! I’ve been in town over a week and every other day they mess up and act as if I’m the one to blame. They can not guide you on the app either. This location needs new management

    Making hard work look easy! Ordered an Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte with lovely customer service. An overall pleasant experience while taking an afternoon coffee break.

    Worst experience at this store. I usually place mobile orders and most of the time part of the items will be unavailable. Recently I placed an order and they didn't have that item so they replaced with something else. I asked the cashier to cancel it from the order but he refused because they have to replace it with something else. DO I NEED TO EAT SOMETHING WHICH THEY LIKE???

    I get it, this location is not in Boca or Parkland so there isn’t really a clientele for Iced Refreshers. But to be out of the drink almost daily doesn’t make any sense to me. It’s mostly frustrating when I place an online order and when I arrive I’m not only told that the drink I ordered isn’t available but also that I would still be charged for it.
