This complex has mold. I don’t really know what much else to say except I hope they hire a professional to come and fix this immediately. Not spray paint and cover it up as before. It needs to be treated entirely. This is bad for health. highly priced rent for mediocre quality living. Painting the pig should be their new name should be because it looks nice on the outside but so many cons due to new management. And each time you write a review “their response- we can’t identify you as a current resident” 🙃 sure!

This neighborhoods new management is complete trash. As well as the maintenance. I've lived in the community for several years and at one point I thought there was hope. Blue Isle management was what it was previously known as. The management was never available but the maintenance team was always prompt and communicated about issues or maintenance orders. This new management came in and has completely disregarded the previous tenants. Initially they came in with fliers and community gatherings. With many notices on the changes to come. The only things that have changed are on the outside of the apartments. The gate has not worked for longer than a month in my 4 years of living here. The dog park has never been flea treated. The grass has been the same since moving here. Our pool has been dirty for a month. Ask management what is going on, and they say it's being renovated. The residents received no notice. When the renovated the roofs no notice. However, when it's time for them to renovate your apartment you receive a 48hr notice threatening to cut your locks to gain access to your unit if you're not available. And that your things will be moved or discarded if they interfere with the work. My gym key hasn't worked since management has switched over. All I've been told is that, i'm not the only resident that is having the issue. But it can't be fixed until the gate issue is fixed. So the pool and gym are not amenities as a resident. Management is dismissive of concerns brought to them. Only focused with new renovation and tenants. I have been in the office making a statement and completely disregarded to address a new potential resident. Apparently New residents receive goodies bags and are shown these newly upgraded units with all new appliances. What they don't tell them is that the unit is old and probably has mold that has been painted over. They show them the new kitchen but don't mention the washer and dryer unit has never been replaced. And at best it's refurbished from another. Don't expect anything to be fixed if you're not working from home. Maintenance doesn't communicate and if your not home when they knock once your out of luck. The ring cam has them literally knocking one time. I've put in several maintenance work orders over the last few months and the only ones that has been fixed have been things fixed during renovations. My closet has had water damage as well as mold growing. They came to stop the pipe from leaking and that was it. When you go to the office, they tell you they will have someone come by. I have several of the same maintenance orders still open to be completed. I wanted to give a detailed review because as a resident over this management's treatment. Issues not being properly addressed. Living in a half kept up unit and being charged for amenities that I don't have fair access too. Cant even get the maintenance request answered. Save your time and Money... Find a neighborhood that's worth the money.

Worse experience I have ever came across. They will treat you nice and friendly and when you turn in an application they will not answer your call. They are always busy and always assisting clients and when I pulled up to the property there was no one in the office but the staff. Please do not waste your time believe everything they are saying about this property. I was denied and still haven’t gotten my full refund because of the management wants to be nasty and lie to be about helping with my application. I will be suing if I don’t receive my money back with in the next 2-3 days.

I have lived in this community for 2 years. Initially when moving in everything was fantastic. The original management company seemed to have things under control, usual issues when dealing with these management companies. This new company that took over not too long ago has started renovations and really fixing up the community, which was nice to see. It’s been over 6 months and those same renovations are continuing. I have been woken up morning after morning from constant noise under/near my apartment with no warning of the work being done. They will send emails to warn people and then the work doesn’t start for a month after the warning, doesn’t make any sense. The trash compactor is constantly over flowing with garbage. Rat nests everywhere. Cops constantly searching this neighborhood, never feel safe walking around at night. The “gate” has not been operational since I moved in, every time it is closed someone breaks it. Would be nice if they paid someone to monitor the gate like a guard. New management raised my rent over $400 when they took over because they “lost” our re-signed lease paperwork. They are doing cheap renovations to charge a ridiculous amount of rent to make extra revenue. The previous management company found my original lease paperwork and I have it. This company would not honor it. It’s truly been an up and down experience, with more downs. Would like to see people who actually cared manage this place because it was great at first.

Only gave it one star because I had too. Ofc staff is a joke. Trinity is the only one that tries to help, and she isn't even authorized to do so. Haven't had a mailbox key since last October. They finally put a new lock on. Key doesn't work. Haven't been able to check my mail on two weeks. They don't care. Maintenance is a joke as well. All they do is raise rent. They DO NOT CARE.

Not only have I been waiting for over a month for the mold in my apartment to be dealt with, Now this morning they towed and moved my car illegally for asphalt repairs that were not supposed to start in my area until tomorrow. This new management is absolutely terrible and I’m keeping this review up until our issues dealt with. I’ve called multiple times and come personally to the office multiple times. You guys won’t care until you see this review. Called yesterday btw asking if anyone is coming and Trinity said she’d send someone over. Like usual, no one came

I really liked this place and applied for an apartment. Unfortunately we were denied, no biggie. BUT they will not stop avoiding us to refund our money!! They own us the refundable app/admin fee of $300. The one time I spoke to someone, trinity said the company would call me after the weekend and let me know if check was mailed. It’s been a month since denial and nothing! They will NOT respond to my voicemails, call, texts or emails!! Don’t let them fool you with refundable fees if you’re thinking about applying! I will remove this when I get my money!

Love this neighborhood. Everything was so smooth and seamless to move in. Office staff made it a wonderful experience for us and our new home, they were so helpful, thorough, and encouraging! It was just fantastic. Goes above and beyond. So kind and we are thankful! The apartment is nice and cozy. We love it :)

I’ve been living here for almost two years. The maintenance team and management keep the property clean, safe and secure for the residents. Also pet friendly. I’ve made many friends and we look out for one another. Great place, great friends, great fun.

I have been a resident of cirq 5100 View since 2015, the place is very clean and quiet and I love my apartment. The maintenance staff is very efficient and the new manager, Ms. Lara, is very polite, pleasant and very diligent.

They have an amazing staff in the Leasing office, Graciela, Trinity, amazing people that makes you feel that your concerns matter to them. I had a few things to fix in my apartment, and Graciela sent Mario, he did an excellent job and explained everything to me, very kind, professional and respectful.
