The customer service was superb. The receptionist ladies were very helpful in making sure that my insurance card was active, because it’s that time of year where I had to pick a new Health Plan. Everything worked out fine. 👍

I was in pain and I was able to get an office visit the same day. The staff, the Doctor, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Thomas takes his time doesn’t rush very laid-back casual atmosphere so happy to have found them. This is my new doctor!

Overall I would have to say I was satisfied with my first time experience with Dr Nathaniel’s office. The wait was not too long to see him and Dr Thomas has a very good “bed side” manner, pleasant greeting and even shook hands which for me is very important. I felt comfortable explaining my symptoms and he was easy to communicate with. He actually examined my knee inistead of just talking about it. He genuinely showed concern for my pain and discomfort. I actually liked this doctor’s energy and would highly recommend him as an orthopedic doctor. The front desk staff and technicians were all friendly and professional also.

I was able to make an appointment and be seen within two days. Office was clean and staff was friendly. I went in with elbow pain which I've been dealing with for years. They did an X-ray to make sure nothing was broken. Then Dr Thomas came in and examined me. To no surprise, I have tennis elbow. He went over all my options and we set up a treatment plan and PT. Coming back in 6 weeks to reevaluate. Doc also gave me a follow up call a couple days after my appointment. Hopefully we can find a non invasive solution to be pain free!

Dr Thomas took his time with me and explained everything. He didn’t rush through the visit. He answered any questions I had. Office staff was also very nice.

Dr. Thomas was able to see me on short notice, making the appointment online was easy. After taking X-rays he explained the situation and the treatment plan for the following 2 weeks. After a week things are looking good.

Dr. Thomas is the most compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable orthopedist that you can ever ask for. You can have complete trust that he will provide you or a loved one with the highest quality of care.

Dr Thomas is kind and nice and young. He is not the dr for me. He gave me a knee brace that was too big (I weigh 107, he gave me a size large). Not helpful. Then he concentrated in my hip, shot it wit steroid injection and made everything worse. After shot in hip I asked about my knee (my main complaint) and he said if it was still bothering me to call him. He already told me knee replacement prosthetic was loose and concentrated on my hip. After shot in hip my whole leg is worse. I can’t see this doc anymore. He is too inexperienced for my issues. May work for others but not me. He lets his staff boss him. He told me they have more power in office than he does. Then he is not running his office correctly! I was not impressed.
