A Very nice view point on the way to canyon lake. Can park vehicle there and spend some time witnessing the breeze and view.

What a stunning view! This is a calm place to stop and relax while on a road trip, maybe have a small picnic on the roof of the car.

Beautiful view. It is less than 2 miles to the lake. No restroom at this location.

The Vista has a good sized parking lot, a great view and a few placards telling stories about the area. It's also a great spot to take a breather after driving through the switch backs of the Apache trail & as I found out today amazing to watch storms build over the mountains

We came on a Sunday, and, although it was very busy, we were able to find a parking spot on the first circle. The beach area is very large, and every group had plenty of room to themselves. The bathrooms were kept up well, and the litter situation was also better than I expected. Great place to hang out for the day. A weekday would probably be better for smaller crowds.

What can I say? It’s a really pretty view! And the driving next to the lake is really satisfying. I saw a couple of people oil painting the view next to the road, and I couldn’t agree more with them. It’s so beautiful.

Nice and quiet place to stop by and take a quick break for scenic views. This stop gives a good view of mountains as well as the Canyon lake. There are plenty of parking spots and a nice shed.

Absolutely beautiful spot to stop and take in the incredible views. The only sad thing when we visited was that someone had decided to deface all of the signage and property - please don’t be an a-hole and do that to public property.

So amazing, as long as you get there early and enjoy the drive and the scenery. Just amazing....

Decent view but nothing special. There was quite a bit of graffiti and a lot of litter. Nice parking lot and a good place to pull off to get away from tailgaters on the winding road leading up to the location.

Take a break here before you head down into the mountains. Nice vista view to sped about 20min. A binoculars would be a great way to explore. I loved the drive there and the rest of the way to Tortilla Flats! The stop there was perfect to take in some of the views and I would highly suggest going up the road a bit to the ATV trail going up into the hills. We hiked about a mile back and got some great views. Beautiful area and great place for a picnic!
