    Very surprised to see the only way you can order at this location is with their "Kiosk" which are filthy dirty and covered in fingerprints. Obviously never cleaned, funny how not so long ago no one could use the "Kiosk" because you might catch something...Now... Don't even bother cleaning them! There is not even a menu board on the wall behind the counter. I guess this is how they gently force you through the drive thru so they don't have to bother with anyone inside the store. Perhaps they should just close the inside and dining area for lack of interest and be drive thru only.

    Honestly this is one of the worst locations to visit after midnight. I ordered a kids meal, hot and spicy, and a fry tonight. Literally nothing was correct and everything was cold. I had to go through the drive through multiple times to try and get it corrected since the lobby wasn’t open. By the time I got home it was still wrong. The food at night is not fresh and the staff does not care about anything other than their personal conversations. I drive for Uber eats as well and there is a warning for this location because they get the items wrong so often. Dealing with this location is exhausting and not worth it.

    If I could give 0 stars for this location I would. I just got parked and waited 20 minutes for 3 shamrock mcflurries they in tiny cups and look like trash for the amount they charge. Now my food is cold.

    Waited in line for 30 minutes to get my double Quarter ponder and it was raw!!!! (See photo). When we went to get it resolved the drive through line took another 30 minutes. Then i was told by the "Manager" robert that "Next time don't eat half the sandwich before you tell us its raw!" Yeah thats right Ribert told me that after he admitted it was RAW!! HAMBURGER RAW!!! terrible customer service and the employees all had stuff to say toy wife and i that was absolutely rude and terrible and when i got upset they went to call the cops. TERRIBLE restaurant and it should be shut down by the heath department. All of the employees should be fired. I wouldn't even hire that group of people to deal with customers at All. If i could give -1000000 stars i would. Didn't even get a resolution. Donated to the McDonald's ignorance academy fund.

    Gross....there was a bite out of one of my McDouble patties. Plus really sloppy work...how hard is it to align two burgers patties straight?

    I don't expect much from a cruise through. The people in the drive through where awesome. As for the food these pics don't do justice for how horrible it was! A blind person with one arm could have done a better job @7dollars an hour. This is a pathetic display of today's youth and how this company controls their employee standards.

    I was craving a crispy chicken sandwich after driving past Popeyes, but had promised my grandson McDonald's. So I decided to get a crispy chicken sandwich there. The happy meal was fine, but my sandwich was a dried out, overcooked piece of not crispy chicken, on a bun with 2 pickle slices. No offer of sauce, no napkins, and my medium drink turned out to be a small. Disappointing.

    First I didn't visit the place 4 Days ago. It was some three months ago. I will never eat at any of these restarts again. It's the worst so called Mexican food I have ever experienced. I wouldn't feed it to a starving dog. Could probably find something better to feed it in the dumpster behind Safeway.

    Went through drive through and didnt even get to finish my order because they were rude and acted like taking my order was just taking up her time. Never going back. Go to Carl's Jr. Down the street. They are always friendly and helpful.

    What can you say about McDonald's? It fills a need for everybody sometime. Average or maybe slightly below average fast food. Is it just me, or is everything getting smaller? A Big Mac or a Quarter Pounder used to be a lot of food didn't it? Those were the "big" burgers. I would hate to see what a regular cheeseburger looks like from McDonald's!

    Worst experience by far. I ordered a mcrispy and a medium fry the other day and I ended up waiting 30 MINUTES in line for just TWO THINGS. Mind you, a car behind me ordered a whole bunch of stuff and got their food before us. My boyfriend and I were really upset by this because we have been waiting quite a long time and seeing cars come and get their food, we became frustrated. We could not wait any further after 40 minutes so we went inside, wanting to see what was going on. They told us it’s still cooking? BUT LO AND BEHOLD THEY DIDNT EVEN DROP IT YET! ARE YOU SERIOUS? SOMEONE SAVE THIS PLACE CUZ WTH! No one gives a flying f here! At that point, we gave up and left. I will mention that they did give us a refund and 2 apple pies. But it doesn’t excuse the fact it’s RIDICULOUS to have customers waiting 30+ minutes FOR TWO ITEMSS. Unacceptable!!!

    The morning crew is okay but the night crew seems, lost and confused, lazy and not friendly. And the food during the night is not that good. I've had thw same guy in the drive through 2 weeks in s row now. Both times i ordered an original mcrispy. The first time he rang it as a mcchiken and a spicy mcrispy meal (??), And the second time I asked for the origanal mcrispy no pickles and he argued with me that it didn't come with pickles 😂 I told him it does, because I've had it before. Not only that but they are in the picture on the menu and on the bag the sandwich comes in. And what do you know... my sandwich had pickles on it! What a joke 😂

    I had a question about an app deal, and the person at the window was very helpful and kind. They ven tried to see if they could make it work for me. At the payment window - smiley and friendly people. At the pickup window, again smiles and gratitude. This was a great experience! They had a long line in front of me, so they were busy, but they were still nice.

    This is the worst MacDonald ever. They mess up my order so many times before. Also a couple of days ago I got kids meals and asked for extra ranch. They refused to give it to me. I talked to the manager about it and she told me kids meals only come with one ranch. I don't want free stuff I was willing to pay for it but she walked away and didn't care. I keep going here because it's on my way home but not anymore.

    This location by far has employees with the lowest intelligence. Your order will be wrong 99% of the time and also take longer than anywhere else. The employees might as well file for welfare as that would be a better way to serve society by being taken out of it.

    At 1am, there aren't a lot of food places open, so naturally, this location was packed with customers. Management, however, deemed it appropriate to have only one employee working. If that isn't a safety violation, it should be. The employee was handling it like a champ, but no one should be forced to work that hard, and (since I know corporate cares more about customers than employees) I have to mention that this made the wait time pretty damn long.

    I’ve been to some horrible locations before, but man did this one top it off tonight. I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes on my food. I went inside to get my food and the workers (minus like 3) were actually working. I ordered a chicken sandwich… guess what I got.. a sandwich with no chicken and a burnt bottom bun that’s it… sauces on bun with lettuce but tomato on the side and no chicken… and this is why they deserve to stay minimum wage.

    yeah I don't know if this McDonald's is any better during the daytime but I know don't go there after dark every time I go there and get my special order because I'm allergic to some of the ingredients they put the stuff on there anyway. they just can't seem to get it together on the night shift. I wouldn't even gave them one star but if that's the only thing it would let me do it wouldn't let me give them a quarter of a star

    Pulled into the drive thru around 2:15am and placed my order, then when I got to the window I was that pain in the butt customer adding things and adding things. The boss or what appeared to the boss Jeremy was patient and calm through every request and got me in and out fast but maintaining is excellent customer service… THANK YOU JEREMY !!!

    Good food. Friendly staff. But due to a recent theft I give one Star. Employees ignored me when I said I just handed her $11 cash and got charged $10+ to my card on a $18.50 order and didn't get offered a receipt. So I lose money because that employee and staff failed to care about the customer. Happened Aug 22, 2022 at 10:32 pm. During a small rush. Do not go here with cash if you don't want to lose it to shady employees in the first window. Hard times for everyone and we gotta resort to petty theft. I make 9.80hr plus tips. She just stole from a lower paid person. And yeah I know who took it and will not be returning to that store.

    I love this McDonald's. The crew members here are amazing. I don't know if it's because I'm a regular, but they are always so pleasant and kind. I have never had an issue with my order and the food is always hot so I know they just made it.

    Don't bother. Hamber happy meal a disappointment once again from this location. Was hoping after the remodel the food might be better but no. Not returning to this location. I'll try another, luckily there are many to choose from.

    My boyfriend and I went to this McDonald’s last night (this is our new one we go to because we just moved around the corner) you could see they were clearly understaffed so we had no issue waiting a little bit longer than usual, the what I assume manager? I told her I liked her nails they were long and marble like (she was black I think sorry that’s the only way I could describe her I don’t mean to be disrespectful) she was VERY nice and kept apologizing because everyone’s orders were getting messed up she kept running back and forth to serve customers at the front (where we were) and help with food.. I just wanted to say thank you miss ma’am but you DO NOT need to apologize for anything you are doing your best and I personally thank you for even showing up to work knowing you’re understaffed. Keep up the great work! :) 💛

    Worst McDonald's Ever food was cold & nasty! So I went to have it exchange with no attitude because that never helps anything 😒.So I go in, there this guy's asking for food & money . I asked the girl if she could just give it to the man and this little girl really said no I'm just going to trash it I would rather do that .not only that she was very rude and should not be working with the public she had judgement & hate all over her face .when another employee came by he asked what happened he knew who I was talking about and said he would have done something different sorry that happened he gave me my new order I left and it seem like they gave me the same food .I won't be back worst McDonald's & staff ever! They think they are invincible to homelessness and that will never happen to them they will never need someone to help because you have a small time job at McDonald's!👀 who raised these kids there being set up for failure with the wrong perception and bad attitude they have about life. Sad I hope they know that the world doesn't discriminate on how your life can go. People ,bad choice's ,bad attitude have a lot to do with it.God bless the man that was standing in front .I hope he gets a hot meal that he won't have to get out of the trash ! Oh and I only had $3 to get my own food so that's why I didn't buy him food or this story would be very different ☺️ don't turn a blind eye help the homeless 1 person at a time they need you they have lost themselves and found survival mode 😔 Peace be apon us all.... ☮️

    The longest I have ever waited for my food at a "fast food" restaurant - 20 minutes! I would have left if I hadn't already paid. The drive thru was a disaster. Twice they tried to give me someone else's food.

    Drive through is very slow, but the french fries rarely disappoint. Some of my fries were cold, but I was so hungry that I didn't care.
