    My husband and I both see providers at this facility. We are not happy that we have to see someone different every time we have appointments. No one stays long enough to be seen twice by the same provider. Prescriptions are not sent when refills are requested,orders for home health care products aren’t sent properly, or on time, and even not at all. lab appointments are made, but when we arrive, the lab has no orders. This has been an ongoing problem and doesn’t seem to be getting any better. It’s very frustrating. One positive I will say: the front desk staff is very polite and listen to my concerns.

    Had an appointment with Olivia who helped us complete the registration process for obtaining new health insurance. She is very kind, knowledgeable and a very good listener. Her assistance was much appreciated! We really enjoyed working with Olivia.

    I’ve only been here twice. Both times I had a pleasant experience. My doctor is very patient and personable. You don’t always find someone who takes the time to listen to you and understand what your needs are, but she does. My only complaint is it takes too long to see her as an established patient. I wish telemedicine was an option for minor illnesses.

    The nurse was very thorough during her exam. She was very sweet, patient and asked a lot of questions. She also gave me some great info on taking care of myself out here in AZ because I just moved here from NY. The only problem I had was I was given a bag of specimen bottles to use for collecting my poop and had no instruction on how to do so.

    I give this Five 5 Star⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Rating of my own Accord because of the truly compassionate and professional care I received which really was a very different experience that I've grown custom too as a poor person and also as an elderly patient. Sadly, too many care providers have become cold and indifferent when providing health care to citizens who have no income or are elderly . Becoming jaded and even rude looking down on us because we are poor and elderly. NOT SUN LIFE HEALTH, They have shown me and those with me courteous and even actual compassion, helping me fill out forms when I can't see to do them myself. They've even called after visits to follow up on how I'm doing and even making helpful suggestions about how to access even more help. I have never received such care from any other place or state . I have nothing but good things to say about their care and concern . And their friendly and kind treatment from arrival to departing. They are Angels and I give thanks to God for each of these dedicated care professionals.

    I got to my appointment maybe 5 to 6 min early, was in the waiting room for 20 min before I went back. They took my vitals and info and told me the doctor was with someone and it would be about 20 min wait. I sat there for over 45 minutes. At that point I had been there for over an hour and had not seen the doctor. I went to the counter and had a5 min conversation with the receptionist before the nurse came to find me. Appointments are meant to hold time. An hour wait to see the doctor on a day where they are ‘on time’ is not acceptable.

    So far everyone has been courteous, efficient and professional to allow the doctor to see me. Dr. Perry is a breath of fresh air here in maricopa as we are new in town since January 2023. Looking forward to a healthy 2023 and beyond!

    Very nice and polite staff! They are very positive and supportive! Never a line and not much of a wait!! I visit this maricopa city office twice weekly randomly for psi testing and they are very thorough and professional. I have a positive experience every time I need to report for testing. So yes they are testing again in the city of maricopa for psi FYI they don't test on Mondays only Tuesday through Friday and they stop testing for psi at 3pm on testing days. You'll live it here in so grateful for the convenience of being in town again!!! Thank you so very much for coming back ❤️

    They really follow through here they're great with their staff especially the medical assistants, which sometimes unfortunately, that isn't always the case. No offense. But they really have helped me with my mom who I am her caregiver and times get rough and they know how to " read the room " and that speaks volumes to me

    Nurse practitioners are overwhelmed with the number of clients. At minimum two more qualified Nurse practitioners (honestly they should hire licensed general med DOCTORS) are needed to fill the caseloads they take on. Maricopa has a higher population than Casa Grande yet their business model in not set up as such. Better to stop taking all new clients (tell providers they are FULL) until they can fix these issues)

    I had a very good appointment with my Dr. Terry Wilcox & staff!! Very professional, very thorough, very clean, excellent service with the front desk!!
