    I've been here a few times and the experience has always been a bit up and down. Most recently we went to see Sonic 2 with the entire family. As usual, the food was delicious and we had no complaints about the menu or execution. The servers were very polite and professional while we ordered and throughout the serving process. However it feels like the timing and details of the service could be done a little better. In a movie packed full of families with children of all ages we ordered meals and drinks for small children and the drinks came out without lids. We had to request them after the drinks were brought out. Also the servers came back to close out checks right at the climax of the movie. This seems to be the standard process as it has happened to us in multiple movies here. I would love to have the voice to close it out at the time of placing my order. While not a big deal for me during Sonic 2, this has been a major annoyance during a more fast paced action/thriller for adults. I really do enjoy the "dinner and a movie" experience but it feels like this theater leans more towards the dinner side.

    Tonight is the last night I’ll be coming to this theater. The service is consistently trash. I either never get my food/drinks or help, get it extremely late, or some other issue. I come here VERY often, but it’s always something. & I never complain. A week or so ago I came here and ordered food and a drink before the movie started, at around 8:50 pm. 40 minutes later, no food or drink so I asked about it and they told me the kitchen was closed. How, if I ordered food and never got it? Also 50% of the time the theaters are dirty. I come to this theater because they have reclining seats and food. That’s literally it. Furthermore, this is a place with auto gratuity so apparently that means it doesn’t matter the level of service they give. I am very simple and not difficult and do not ask for a lot. But you will ask the staff here for simple basic things (like napkins or utensils) and spend the majority of the movie never having them. Mind you, I mostly come on weekdays when the theater isn’t packed. Why can’t I get bare minimum service? I came back tonight to watch another movie and ordered nachos.. NACHOS .. they came out an HOUR LATER and it was a half plate of nachos that someone threw together. I sent the nachos back. I’m starving and I came here for dinner. It’s annoying that I didn’t get to eat. Management and staff need to be trained properly because a lot of the staff don’t know what they’re doing. It’s becoming a consistently bad experience.

    We had kid's playdate to watch movie today and it is amazing! Soon as we arrived, the staff greeted us and very easy to access our booking for our movies. The seating is very comfortable with little table for drinks and popcorn. It looks like there is the bar and restaurant outside the theater for food and adults drinks and it looks so fun for girls night out! Definitely need to come with my girlfriend.

    I thought I’d take myself on a solo date the other night and that this establishment would be a great option. I arrived way before the movie had begun and found my assigned seat. A server had came by to take my order. I ordered a drink and some food. They brought my lemonade within minutes, but the food never got to me. I started to see those who came in WAY after me get their food while I still didn’t get mine. I had stopped THREE different servers to see what was going on with my order. They all would tell me that they’ll check on it, but would never come back. 45 minutes into the movie, I’m still starving, my server comes by with a check expecting me to sign and tip for items I didn’t receive. I had told him what was going on and he informed me that the kitchen was closed and that he’ll JUST refund my order. Frustrated that I waited all this time, I told him I’d like to get a refund for the movie as well. I follow him out of the theater and he takes me to a manager. The manager went ahead and refunded the order, but said that he couldn’t refund the movie ticket for some odd reason. I then asked the manager for his name and corporate’s number. And that’s the ONLY time he acted concerned. He started asking the type of questions he should of in the FIRST place like what happened and etc. He then directs me to another register, although he didn’t verbally say it, he gave me a refund for my ticket. Along with my refunded receipts, he had given me a ticket voucher. Sure, I appreciate the ticket voucher, BUT I DON’T appreciate the fact that my concerns were ONLY heard due to the fact that I had to mention corporate. It shouldn’t of had to escalate that far to fix their wrong, plus I feel as if the ticket voucher was meant to hush me. I won’t be returning to this location.

    I’ve driven by this location several times and this was my first time at this here. I decided to treat my daughter to dinner and a movie and she chose Sonic 2. We went on a Tuesday. Overall we enjoyed our experience: the staff was friendly, the movie was enjoyable, the food was good, and the reclining seats were comfortable. The only concern we had was there was food on the floor that could have been a little more cleaner. However there are signs all over the building that indicate they are shortstaffed, and are doing their best to keep up with the public demand, which I appreciated that. My daughter and I would come back here and visit for another dinner and a movie anytime, and I would definitely recommend to friends, family and visitors to experience.

    A wow experience a wow place to enjoy a great family evening. The food though was not not so tasty but the overall experience was great. The servers were quick and fantastic in their service I would rather say accurate in the deliveries. The ambience was great and their speed was at par in what they did. The theater by default was super duper. Worth spending your bucks for a great evening fun filled leisure.

    Ordered my food before the move even began, didn't get my drink until an hour into the movie, then watched everyone around me get their food while mine never came. When I brought this to the manager, he didn't ever offer to get my food for me, just refunded my food and said have a nice evening. Movie was great, staff was very nice. I'd recommend eating before coming here.

    At the top of my list for date night destinations. I had a strawberry margarita and the mushroom Swiss burger. Sooo good along with the sweet potato fries. My husband says the spicy buffalo sliders were pretty good but not as spicy as he expected. Came to support the Little Mermaid. I loved every minute of this film. Service was amazing. We had our meals and two drinks a piece and spent under $100.

    This was my first time coming here and I really enjoyed it to say the least! It was a very clean, friendly, and relaxing experience. The waiters were very nice and fast; knew exactly what to do. The food itself is good, but extremely pricey. The screen quality itself was nice. The seats recline too! Overall I do recommend coming here but make sure you have money to spend if you want to eat here, haha!

    The seating could be more comfortable and the wait staff never came to refill our drink after we requested it twice. Also, the beef and chicken Nachos were not tasty the meat was hard and for the amount of money spent food and service could have definitely been more pleasing. I was not satisfied and neither do I have to go back for a return visit. 1st time visiting and it wasn't anything exciting to make me want fo return.

    We had a family movie night and saw Spider Verse 2 today, and we had a wonderful time. It looks like they were short staff as it took a while for the bartender to take an order. There were plenty of attendants, but the bartender was solo. The seats in the movie theater were perfect they reclined and had a table attached to call an attendant and hold food and drinks. It took a while for the drinks to come out. The food was decent, but my coconut shrimp was too crunchy, almost hard. Other than that, I really enjoyed myself. I would recommend making it a family affair.

    Lacey my Bartender was the best. Very professional, knowledgeable and experienced with those bottles. She was sweet, polite and really nice and friendly.

    I went to see the new Thor movie. I wouldn’t recommend to come when they’re busy because the service will fall flat, but I started going when they aren’t busy, and it’s far more enjoyable. The food portions are a little small for the price, and tickets are expensive, but it’s a nice treat for yourself.

    I liked so much my experience in this movie teather I went two times here and was a excellent mood eat inside the same movie room, I ate chicken tenders and pizza slices in two different times I remember that I watched Batman (2022) and another movie. The attention it's amazing but sometimes a lot of waiters interrupted the see to the big screen of the movie room so I recommend you sit in a strategic sit hahaha, the rest of the experience was good, a little bit high the prices of the food but for the good quality and the experience to eat real food during you're watch the movie it's unique 😀👍

    We will not go back. Check your food with your cell phone light. Our dish was nasty. There were fingerprints around the edges of the bowl. The bowl looked unclean. They don't bring your order(s) out in the order they were placed. Someone who ordered the same thing you did, but 15 minutes after you, can get it first depending on where your server is. If he/she snooze, you loose. If you think the servers care about any order mistakes, guess again. They get aggressive and aggravated. Do not, I repeat, do not ask for a remake.

    Thank you so much for hosting our premiere of “ Finding the Perfect Guy” all was amazing!!! I have a good memories and the best is I will come back for the film festival!! Me and the guys ( the cast) enjoyed the bar, food and service!

    We have been here before and never had an issue! Good food. Comfortable seats. However this most recent time 😲 it was horrible. The theater wasn't that busy as it was a weekday. But we couldn't get our drinks for like 45 minutes. Then they forgot my child's food and I kept asking everybody where it was, pushing the red button and he didn't get it til about 1 hour into the movie. While the rest of ours came out in about 30 minutes. So our food got cold waiting. To spend $150 in total was super disappointing for what we received. The waiter kept adding a bunch of things on, do you want an extra patty, you want this, asking my kids if they want dessert before we ordered food.. like if we could just get our children's food out next time before waiting an entire hour, that'd be good enough!! Chairs and tables were really sticky this time too.

    The theater is very nice and clean. The wait staff was friendly and food came out quickly. The food was really good and good prices. Bathrooms were clean and well kept. Overall the value is great. Ticket prices are comparable to standard theaters and food prices compare with area restaurants. It was definitely worth the drive for us! The only thing it loses a star for is the area and they can't help it. The shopping center and parking lot are dated and empty.

    Every staff member was warm and helpful from the ticket counter to the bartenders and servers. I was expecting extremely inflated prices like most movie theaters, but I felt the prices were very fair, almost low, in comparison to other restaurants in the area. Also love that they include automatic gratuity for staff. Would love to return!

    If you’re going to go, bring cash. I was charged twice for my meal, and judging by these reviews, so were many others. There was no option to contact any form of customer service aside from “leaving a message.” I left two messaging in the span of a week and received no call back. At the theater I ordered my food before the movie and never received my mozzarella sticks. I was then told they were unable to refund my card and was instead given a cash refund. Aside from that, I had a good experience. Food was good, seats were comfortable, place was clean. But, like I said, if I come back I’m bringing cash.

    The atmosphere is amazing for movie and food with the picture looking great and perfect sound. Food was also amazing! Went twice in one week and can say future trips will happen.

    A must-do experience! Food can be delivered to seats before & during the movie. Each seat has a serving table w/ call button to request service. My husband & I went here for a date night and it was our first time. Never knew they had a location close to the Big Chicken in Marietta. The large recliners are comfy, the food was good, the pricing is about the same as a regular movie(around $14 pp), and plenty of theater space. Seat assignments selected at time of ticket purchase. They have a bar in the lobby, in case you want a drink or snack before your showtime. Didn't give 5 stars because it took quite a minute to receive our food at our seats and we had to call on the wait staff a few times for ordered items that they forgot to bring us. Overall, great experience and we'll definitely return.

    I was there for a special event and I was expecting an amazing experience based on the pictures. Upon arrival we were greeted and went to the bar until the show started. On my husband's second attempt to get a glass of wine, one of the bartenders kept looking at him and refused to take his order. Eventually an older lady took care it. We were given two different theater numbers and when we got to the correct one we were told to go back to the bar because they were still cleaning. When we finally made it to our seats, there was almost an hour wait due to technical difficulties. I understand that can happen but that's a long time. When the runner took our order, he got mines completed wrong, but I dealt with it because I don't think complaining would've matter given it was a free event I attended. The major issue was that the food was cold-not even a little warm. For the company to spend so much money on an event at this theater,and for it to look so fancy, you'd think the service and dining experience would be above average. The only good thing besides it being a free event was the reclining chairs made it a comfortable experience while watching the movie.

    If I could give it a zero I would because the movie was good. But the dining experience was a train wreck. They gave us our in a trickle type of way by this I mean they brought our food to us piece by piece. Hot foods were cold. No dressing for the salad. No free refills on the drinks that the server said we could get. Then they brought the desert to us before we even got our entrees. And everyone around us got their food first, before us. We were the very first people to order our food before anyone started coming in the theater. And I'm hard of hearing and waiter and waitresses would not come closer to me to tell me what they were saying, when I asked for them to come closer to me. They would just walk off instead. So my problems were never solved. So if you go here you might just want to order something so simple that a 5 Year old could do maybe just a drink and popcorn. They can't mess that up. Or maybe they just might. So you've been warned. Oh by the way this was me and my husband first time ever. And this is how we were treated during the dining experience. As for me and my husband going back, we will not ever go back there again. So this was our first and last time. So beware you've been warned.

    This was my first time going and I really enjoyed being served food while watching a great movie. The seats can be let back and they have trays to hold your food. The menu has something for everyone. I recommend reserving seats online so that you will have a guaranteed seat, especially if the movie is popular or you have a large group. My only complaint is that they fixed everyone’s food at the same time, so my food wasn’t as hot as I would have liked by the time I received it. But, other than that it was a great experience.

    This was our first visit back since Covid began. I have to say we had high expectations and took another family member who had never been before. I have to say that the staff was very nice and we had no complaints in that regard. The state of the theater and the quality of the food was a miss however. The theater was dirty-the tray tables had not been cleaned and several of the chairs had drink stains where it had been spilled and dried that way. The food is not cheap and while not inedible, it was not worth what we paid. While we may go back to this location, we will not eat there and that defeats the purpose of the experience that is advertised.
