Other than our server, Jennifer, this was not a good experience. First off. We had to send our silverware back twice, as they were just not clean. Settling for plasticware , we waited. Wife and I had fried catfish meals. I had a fully loaded baked potato and pinto beans. Her sides were greens, pinto beans, and macaroni and cheese. As seen in the photo… my baked potato obviously sat under a heat lamp for far too long! I was brought another and it had been microwaved. Pinto beans were cold. Greens had an odd taste. Fish was a bit overcooked… As I said. Our server Jennifer, was cordial and understanding. As we were leaving, wife went to the restroom and came out to tell me how nasty the restroom was. Look… I get the fact that there are a ton of lazy people who don’t want to work, but this should not affect the quality of the food. And if you’re suffering from being short staffed? As Gordon Ramsay would say, “Shut it down!”

I had family in town from NewYork and we went just for the gift shop area. I was decorated beautifully. Apparently Cracker Barrell was the only spot in Cobb out of 7previous places that carries Georgia souvenirs. Im not talking about Falcons , UGA or GTech stuff just Georgia trinkets. It was pretty cool, they had Keychains, magnets and some cups.

Food was fabulous, we were told a 40 minute wait and got seated after only 20. The sweet tea was homemade and amazing. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because our server never checked on us or asked how our food was, my husband sat without a drink for a good 15 minutes.

I'am so dissatisfied with my order. Today I went to cracker barrel in Marietta Georgia on DelK Rd. I had ordered the "Heat and Serve Family meal that supposed to serve's 4-6", online for pick up. When we got there the place was so unorganized. Employees running everywhere. We waited 45 min for someone to find our order. And when they finally brought it out, we noticed the order was small and all in one small box, instead of the big long box that others where getting. The food we received will only feed 2 people. It is not heat and serve either. I will have to transfer every thing out of these 7x9x2 plastic containers to put in oven. Other people orders where in big aluminium pans. I spent 105 dollars and this is all I got. I have to go to the store and buy more food to add to this. I'm so so dissatisfied. Christmas is ruined.

How I loved this place. My partner and I went to 2 different Cracker Barrel. We went to the one in Huntsville and the other in Georgia. I can say the one in Huntsville, was the better out of the 2. The staff were lovely and we were all taken care of. The food was really good and the price was just right. I loved the little bottles of syrup that came with the pancakes. I'm vegan so having the beyond meat option was amazing. My next trip to the States, I will be coming back again.

I've ordered food to go a few times and the food is always hot, the service is always with a smile and the gift shop always has something cute for me to buy while picking up my to go order. I will say the best thing I've had so far which is going to be my new favorite is the breakfast skillet. Man, that thing is good! I haven't tried to sit down at the actual restaurant cause it always looks crazy busy. So, I love being able to order my food to go, it's quick and easy. 🍳 🙂

The restaurant itself was a 5. It was clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. If you plan on pulling your RV in and staying for the night like we did, I'd think twice. Drug dealer and addicts walking through the parking lots all hours of the day and night, gunshots, sirens, people partying in the hotel parking lots. Very sketchy. But, for a spot to eat, it's good. Just park toward the front

We were traveling from Canada and a relative recommended we try this restaurant/store. They did not disappoint. Once we're visiting family in Sarasota, I'll take more time in the store.

We sat at our tables at 3:30pm and left at 5pm. Some context: its Thanksgiving day. I understand the chaos and staff working on the holiday. Pros: food was great as always and only had a 20 minute wait for the table. Waitress was polite and brought plates for our biscuits. Placed a to-go order that came fairly fast. Cons: 30 minutes till we got our drinks. 15-20 minutes before we would see our waitress again. Had to ask for our biscuits 3-4 times and finally got them 30 minutes after our meals. Only got half our meals and waited another 15 min for the other half. Waitress didnt know we were missing three meals and two sides. No refills No napkins No straws I completely understand that its Thanksgiving and no one wants to work that day. I just saw other wait staff provide good service getting their meals and refills in a timely manner and this is frustrating. Half the tables were empty. I just want the expectation.

If I could give 0 stars or half a star I would. Very disappointed in the food and service, I usually don’t do curbside I sit inside so that might have been my first mistake as their curbside service is not caring of all customer only inside and catering orders. I already had a mishap on the website that over charged me twice and when I called to get a refund they couldn’t give it to me because they are backed up on catering orders. Your telling me you can’t stop for two seconds to give me my money back on food that I didn’t mean to order twice and now I have to wait til 2:30 to call you back not the other way around to get my money if that. And then the person brought our food out and the food was tossed all over the place in the bag and I one of the containers were open plus I got the Benny biscuit breakfast and it didn’t even come with the sauce or veggies that’s suppose to be on top and look like it was just thrown together. Plus they forgot to add the five pancakes that was suppose to be for a side and a meal and I had to go back in to get it. Ridiculous and will not be returning to this location. Hopefully they give me back my money for the other order I did not mean to order.

Cracker Barrel provides a nostalgic and cozy dining experience with its rustic decor and friendly staff. The menu features delicious comfort food, including their signature biscuits and country-style dishes. The country store is an added bonus, offering unique gifts and old-fashioned candies. A satisfying stop for Southern comfort cuisine.

The food is great but the staff needs more training. When I was called for my table it was not ready. I just stood awkwardly in front of the other diners waiting to be seated. When I did get seated my waitress was not the friendliest. She never smiled and seemed like she would rather be somewhere else. When she brought our food out I asked her nicely for some ketchup but she never brought me any. I ended asking another waitress for the ketchup. While we ate I observed other people encountering what I encountered - being called for their table and actually being walked towards it only to have them turn around and go back to the front of the diners and wait because the table had not been cleared. Finally they need to take some time and dust the amazing decor items they having on the walls and up on shelves. The layers of dust on everything was alarming. Especially on top of the shelves behind the checkout counter. The food prices are definitely affordable and the gift shop is full of all sorts of cool items.

It's still a great place to eat and good comfort food. Inflation seems to be taking its toll as it has everywhere else. The portions are a bit smaller and the prices are a bit higher. However, the food is still my kind of food - good, country style cooking. We each had the Old-Timer's breakfast . My eggs were Sunnyside up, and a little too done, the sausage patties were very flat but tasted good, and the grits were Goldilocks - just right. I still recommend Cracker Barrel - it's good value for your inflated dollars.

This was my first time ever going to a Cracker Barrel ever and I wanna say this will probably be my last we had a server that was clearly on drugs took 30 mins for water than another 40 mins for food than the only thing hot was the pan cakes

My chicken was so hard it didn't want to come off the bone. The extra extra extra crispy skin had a nice taste when I could get enough. It was so hard and crispy that it was literally breaking apart. You can see how hard the inside looks when torn apart. The wait was extremely long, and I didn't mind getting fresh cooked chicken, but after waiting 20 minutes, they could have at least offered a cup of water. I was there around 35 minutes.

Our family has been long time Cracker Barrel visitors. On our most recent visit, this particular location exceeding all visits prior. The food was cooked perfectly! The table, floors and chairs were cleaned and our server was attentive and patient with our requests. Only took a pic of the bread that comes to the table but believe me, the food was cooked to southern perfection!

We are staying at the hotel next door and decided to have dinner here since it is so close. The service was excellent, the food was excellent and reasonably priced. Shout out to the young girl at the checkout counter that helped me find the boxed salt and pepper shakers. She went above and beyond. If I'm ever in the area again I won't hesitate to return. The experience has made me reconsider visits at our local cracker barrel.

My wife and I have eaten in Cracker Barrels for 30+ years. All over Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arkansas, etc. lately, the quality has fallen tremendously after alcohol was introduced. I don’t know if the stores are focused differently, but our experience over the past few years has been very disappointing. Yesterday, we were at a store in Mississippi. The table had been barely cleaned and I had to clean some food off using sweetener packets. The food was so unsatisfactory that we stopped trying to eat. Chicken strips were cold and tough. Chicken and dumplings were cold and a large lump of hard paste. The mashed potatoes were cold and hard. No sauce was offered for the chicken strips. The waitress had to be reminded that an order included green beans. When we decided to leave, we asked if they had stopped giving out biscuits. They said they had just forgotten. After we complained, the waitress told a manager and she came back and said he took off the price. We appreciated the price reduction, but that hasn’t served to help our disappointing experience. We have four grandchildren and a daughter in law that have all worked at Cracker Barrels. We most likely will never go there again.

Super tasty! I tried the new cheesecake pancakes. I swear if goodness had a taste that would be it. The only complaint is that they forgot something in our order. No rush, they gave it to us and gave us lots of free cute mini syrups! Super pleased. I love Cracker Barrel!

Well, the good news is this time we were greeted and seated!! I keep promising myself I won't go back to this location as it is the least efficient most overwhelmed Cracker Barrel I've ever been to. Our server was good, our food was okay. They've definitely shrank their menu a bit, which is fine. The food quality, freshness, temperature at this location doesn't trigger my desire to go back for Cracker Barrel comfort food home cooking.
