First time here. Good ice cream. Friendly staff. I read the negative reviews about being denied service due to not wearing a mask. I hope Sarah Jeans is still sticking to their guns on this. I feel even more safe returning here! People need to realize you don't have any rights when you walk into an establishment. Their house, their rules...

Visited for the first time yesterday and this was a great place! Staff was nice and welcoming and the store smelled clean and sanitized. Will definitely go again.

I've visited this ice cream shop before and again recently. Service is friendly and the ice cream is good. The atmosphere could use a bit of work though. It looks fun from the outside with the painted glass. But once you're inside, it's rather drab. No bright and welcoming colors on the wall. No music. Just ice cream. If that's all you want, great. If you're treating yourself and/or the family, it lacks in overall experience. If come back for ice cream, but would take it outside and enjoy it on the square.

the ice cream here is so delicious and taste so fresh, the place doesnt look so well but the inside is pretty cool, i would also recommend the cotton candy ice cream!

The staff is extremely friendly! The prices are reasonable.They don't have 40 flavors and the ice cream is just Hershey's so nothing special or homemade. I ordered a milkshake which was ok but not blended enough. I would definitely give them another try.

We all got malts of all different flavors, and they were excellent! It's always nice to get ones that are actually malty. The banana pudding one worked surprisingly well and was super banana-y, the chocolate was obviously delicious, and the bourbon butter was very rich but very good.

Lovely place! Appears to be family-owned, which is nice. Everyone was very friendly and genuine. My 4 yr old and I really enjoyed our ice cream, especially the key lime flavor, which the young lady said was a seasonal flavor. So yummy and so glad I got it!

We you walk in, get ready to be hit by the biggest smiles in the area and the biggest selection of ice cream to boot. But this is where Miss Sarah Jean's outshines the rest. When you've got staff like Andy and Elizabeth that not only know every flavor but know the town like the back of their hand. That's service, just ask them what's good.. And rest assured they got ya' covered.

Asked for chocolate malt with extra malt gave me a chocolate shake no malt. And when I asked where is the malt the kid just apologized for no malt and that was it didn't offer to fix it or anything. The older guy manager or whoever he was standing right there should have made it right immediately but nothing. I don't get it, and my business I'm all about going the extra mile to make a customer happy because that's why we're in business to begin with it's about the customer end of story. Definitely won't be back and for the portion size of the ice cream cones smaller than any other place I've seen.

DO NOT support this business under ANY circumstances. The ice cream is old, and not fresh and has the potential to make you sick and they are aware of this. They don’t hesitate to sell ice cream that has freezer burn. As others have said if they make a mistake they don’t offer to remake or refund. They are shady and dishonest. The young brunette girl that works there and refuses to tell you her name after being EXTREMELY rude has got to be related or family because no employer I’d imagine would allow her to behave and mistreat customers the way she does otherwise. Later she claimed her name was supposedly Sylvia.... who knows. That girl is MEAN as a snake and has a lot of pent up hatred and bitterness. For such a young person she’s very mean and evil and even intimidating not to mention she talks down to her elders as customers and is a bit frightening to be frank. I can’t say enough that this girl is NASTY to the core and to the point that it’s scary and in. Stay away!!!! Bad place. Needs to shut down. Don’t care about people or customers and the owner supports this attitude and behavior. That’s fact.

Friendly staff, but the ice cream 🍦 itself was old?, tasted nasty and I literally threw it out in the garbage after one scoop. I’ll stick with the other ice cream shop in the square as my go to spot.

A great ice cream. Now chocolate on the menu but the praline was super. A medium size cup is a very healthy serving.

I tried the salted caramel ice cream and it was delicious! The service was great as well and they were fast at making our orders.

I have been 3 times now and EVERY time they said they were OPEN on Google and their website and each time I've been disappointed. You're closed on Sunday and Monday to clean the freezers. So frustrating and I've given up. Not coming back. 3 times and you're out.

I had the gluten free lemon based ice cream ...so good made me forget about the chilly weather

I LOVE the dairy free ice cream, but on my most recent visit it was not a family friendly environment due to the raunchy music playing, which is unfortunate for an ice cream shop... And while the staff was friendly and helpful to customers, they seemed to forget that people could hear them being unprofessional and loud behind the counter.

Nice addition to Marietta square! What an upgrade from the old place. Actual good service is refreshing to see, and the selection and quality are top notch!
