I'm
not
ashamed
to
admit
that
my
husband
and
I
love
to
do
our
date
nights
at
Dave
&
Buster's.
As
a
couple
with
no
kids,
we're
silly
and
carefree
enough
that
arcades
are
one
of
the
best
ways
for
us
to
let
loose.
We've
come
to
this
Dave
&
Buster's
a
few
times,
and
in
most
recent
months,
it's
clear
that
this
location
is
making
an
effort
to
heavily
improve
its
game.
The
dining
area
has
received
a
huge
refresh,
and
they've
acquired
a
lot
of
fresh
new
games.
I
was
most
impressed
with
the
prize
area.
We
generally
don't
play
for
prizes
because
most
D&B's
tend
to
have
really
tacky
toys
and
knickknacks.
But
the
last
time
we
were
here,
there
were
all
kinds
of
neat
and
practical
things
that
even
adults
could
get
into
(face
masks,
tech
gadgets,
double-walled
coolers,
cooking
tools).
We
instead
opted
to
use
our
tickets
toward
an
entree
and
appetizers
(yes!
Did
you
know
that
was
possible?!),
and
the
food
was
just
all
right.
The
pepperoni
flatbread
was
a
little
soft
on
the
bottom,
but
I
appreciated
that
our
server
went
all
the
way
to
the
back
to
fulfill
our
request
for
hot
chili
pepper
flakes.
As
a
non-meat
eater,
I
also
appreciated
that
they
let
us
swap
the
patty
of
a
burger
for
a
Lightlife
veggie
patty
for
a
slight
upcharge.
The
service
at
the
bar
can
be
a
little
touch
and
go,
especially
on
half-price
Wednesdays
when
the
workers
there
are
getting
overwhelmed.
More
than
once,
my
husband
and
I
felt
bad
for
the
workers
who
were
clearly
frustrated
by
impatient,
aggressive,
or
demanding
customers.
That
aside,
we
always
have
a
good
time
when
we
come,
and
we're
eager
to
see
what
new
games
will
be
there
next.
In
fact,
the
last
time
we
went,
we
noticed
an
entire
rear
section
being
opened
up.
More
games
=
more
fun!
