Worst experience ever at this establishment. I will NEVER order their food again. I wish there was a zero option. This experience is too long to explain but some of their staff and manager customer service skills suck at this location. I don't live in GA, so I won't have to worry about coming here again. I wasted $43.00 including with my military discount. I should've follow my instincts by not ordering food here especially after my encounter with our server. Make sure your sticky ribs aren't burnt so you can eat them . I had a much better experience at The Cook Out after leaving Dave and Buster's.

Upon arriving at 10:45 a.m., 15 minutes before they opened on Sunday, there was someone sleeping and making sure the presentation at the front entrance was good and clean. This was out first time at this D&B location. They opened the doors 2 minutes early. We were directed to the games right away - lots of space inside to play, eat, drink and be merry. Some of the game did not work right away when you tapped them, but otherwise we had a lot of fun. The sweet tea was on point! The lemon pepper wings were too salty. My wife's burger was good; though it did not really have any taste to it. I ordered a full rack of ribs with mashed potatoes and french fries. The mashed potatoes were okay. The french fries are okay. The ribs seemed overcooked, but I still ate them because it was tender inside when cut. Everything was fine until my wife noticed a hair baked into the side of the ribs. We alerted the manager and he swiftly aided us with our situation. Everything was made right and we checked out. Hopefully this was a one-off issue. Might attempt to check this location out again, but not anytime soon I believe.

Okay so I used to be a really big fan of Dave & Buster's but I must say they have certainly fallen from glory. My experience here was very much so below expectations. The service was terrible the food was even worse I think I would have had a better experience just giving somebody $70 rather than spending it on this food. Oh yeah about the food... they used to have such great selections but they have narrowed it down so much that it's like I didn't even know what to choose because I didn't want any of it. Also no one comes to take your order you have to order from their app so you're literally sitting at the table downloading the app just so you can order food. No one will come over to serve you until you do so. I found this to be counterproductive. It was hard paying that much for food that we didn't even enjoy. The place is just a bit old and run down the bathroom was as if it hadn't been cleaned all day I didn't even want to use it. I just had a really disappointing experience and felt like it was such a waste. The game selection is okay and inside of the store where you redeem your tickets the selection for prizes has certainly declined. I don't know if this is a result of Covid or a lack of care but I certainly won't be in a hurry to visit here again.

D&B food is great. I was craving a burger so I tried their beast mode bacon burger well done and it was perfect! The strawberry shortcake is to die for! They are renovating but the bar, pool tables, and arcade are open. It’s a fun place to eat and play, they close late and give 15% military discount off food everyday!

Ordered food, took forever. Ordered drinks before the food. Had to ask for drinks 3x. My original drink went to the wrong table, she brings it back to my table. The bar tender did not know how to make it. The drink came (blood orange Paloma) looked nothing like that the advertisement. Looked like pink lemonade on ice. Sent it back. The server asked me if I want yes something else, I selected another drink. I am now sitting here, finished eating…. Still don’t have my drink. There’s a ton of people waking around, 3 servers taking orders. The place is a whole mess. Construction everywhere (red flag). Limited games. Dining area busy with a bunch of nothing going on. I would recommend that you come when they are fully staffed, completely open and food and drinks are timely. This was a terrible experience. **You should probably know how to make the items on the menu. This experience felt like a soft opening with a bunch of people who don’t really know what to do. Don’t recommend. 2/10

Fun place for kids and adults. My son loved all the different games. The points for the game cards are affordable and they have many options. You can get food and drinks. I did sit at the bar (the service could have been way better but maybe the bartender was having a bad day). My food was good and came out in a reasonable time.

Took the kiddies here. Ordered the Voodoo Pasta and a Chicken Cobb Salad. We all enjoyed our food. The only thing I didn't like is that the server took a picture of the table before the entire party was present and didn't come back to retake it.

Had a blast a D&Bs on their Half Prices Wednesday. Dinner + Games was very affordable. So many games to play and plenty of parking. There are two bars and HUGE tvs to watch the game on. It’s a vibe. Restrooms a little dirty but not the worst thing. Staff is friendly. The salmon dish was fire

The gaming area at this location has always been a lot of fun. They've added some new games, and they have discount days, too.. Arcade: 5 stars The restaurant ... it's overpriced for a lot of things ($14 for a Pretzel, $25 for a "steak" (unspecified cut)? Who are you? Disney?). However, the food has, in the past, been pretty good to very good. My daughter and I went there yesterday, and her entree was ultra-bland (this from a teenager who mostly likes pretty bland food to begin with). I ordered a Steak Salad, requesting the steak "medium". What I actually got was medium rare, closer to rare - made worse by the fact that the meat was completely cool to the touch (not warm at all). Kinda gross to eat barely cooked, cold and somewhat chewy/tough steak on a salad. Add this to the fact that they no longer offer menus, using a QR code to send customers to a web ordering page which is fine except for the fact that you pay ahead of time - including the tip. I pride myself on tipping well. I know working as a server is a hard job. However, had I known the server would not be taking our order, bringing our food, or checking on us other than exactly one time, I don't think I would have determined the value of that one check-in as $8. Retaurant rating: 2 stars Very mediocre experience, subpar food, overly loud area. Would recommend to anyone coming here - eat elsewhere, come here for the games!

I took my kids to D&B to get them lit the house for some fun and fresh air. Wh had a ball. We haven't been to D&B in a long time so there were some nice visual upgrades to the facility. The kids had fun playing game and the virtual ride was enjoyable for them. The food was good and quickly served.

What fun we had! Our party was from ages 4 months to 88 years. The atmosphere, the games, the screens for football was fantastic. Yes we will return. As expected with so many children as guest, the bathroom was messy. The food servers was friendly. The wait time we received our food & drinks was 30-45 minutes.

I haven’t been to D&B since 2013. So, it’s been a minute. They have upgraded and made things look more advanced. They are all clean and neat. But one thing they shouldn’t have changed, was the food (choices, amount, & type). It was great all way round back then. But now it’s totally horrible, taste like stuff we can buy from the store. Keep more security alert at all times. Keep everything else.

It took a pretty long time for the food to come out when I dined in ,but I will say the food was very tasty. I really enjoyed the games as well I had a good time. Honestly you should definitely take your family or just take yourself if you get the chance.

11/1/2023 1st time at Marietta GA Dave and Busters. It's a little different than others I've been to. No one greeted us, so we all was walking around to find someone. So, we went to the bar 🍸, the bartender did not acknowledge us. Maybe he was tired. Anyway, the food was good, but the service was blahhhh. Now, on to the games. Some of the games just was taking our funds off the play card. In other words the game would not work. So, we stop playing and left. Our time there was abt 2.5 hours. I will use the remaining funds at a different Dave's and Busters

the game was good, Food was great. However I wasn’t too happy with food sever Key, she was very unprofessional about how she handled customers. She was standing up and doing nothing when I look for her she was acting like she didn’t hear me. I was very unhappy about how she treated the customer very differently from another customer. Take me at least an hour to order my food and not a lot of people weren’t seating either. I hope this misbehavior could fix.

I went for first time here in GA to a one Dave & Buster location and was a OUTANDING experience, i like so much the atmosphere that you could experiments here, doesn't matter your age you can feeling like a kid again with the variety of arcade games here. My favorites are the VR ones and basketball ones. The games to pick up plush toys or ducks are super hard and tricks but at the same time funniest. I recommend u go with your family or if you go alone doesn't matter too you also gonna enjoy a lot. The prices are aceptables and the ways to pay and using the cards are super modern (also the way to earn points that are directly from the arcade games) they don't use the old methods like the tickets, I love so much that part. Btw the part of the restaurant was good too i dont feeling that was expensive and the food was delicious. (They also had drink bar) The only bad part was that the customer service wasn't excase bc they weren't enough hosts in that time but the rest was an amazing experience. Definitely i saved my points in my card to go later and will accumulate more poins to claim best rewards in the win claim shop 😃

I wanna give it a 4 star rating because of the food, which was very satisfying, though the ribs were slightly over seasoned. Still, the other aspects of my visit made it a 3 star. The drinksststers, Long Island Ice Teas were so weak, you couldn't taste any alcohol. They were replaced without any problem though, and the replacements were more on par with an adult drink. Then there were only 3 cramped pool tables, and the gaming section wasn't as good as other Dave and Busters' establishments I've visited. I'd go again for the food to watch a football game though.

My husband and I come out the house for date night every Thursday. I’m glad we came to eat some good food and have some drinks and play games in the arcade. We’re pretty competitive so this place was perfect. I had the pasta and it was okay. Was expecting shredded chicken, tenders or something. It was a fried chicken filet placed in the center of my pasta. The sauce was creamy and just spicy enough. My husband enjoyed the Hawaiian chicken sandwich he was just expecting a filet instead of three tenders on a bun. I had the strawberry watermelon margarita it’s sweet but strong. He enjoyed the Long Island. Our ticket was $50 For both plates and a drink a piece. We paid $20 for 100 tokens and of course had to reload each game we played was 5 tokens or higher per player. Overall I enjoyed a small crowd and spending time with my love. I would recommend this place to any friends or couples that are just trying to get out the house for some affordable fun.

Your experience is completely determined by who you are with! The drinks are expensive, small and weak. The food, expensive as well, is not as good as it was. Go with fun people and you will have a memorable, great time 😊

Wow. I hadn’t been to D&B in over 10 years. It looks amazing. Nice fresh welcoming environment Staff were patient & kind - I was with a group of about 10 We went on a Thursday so not much happening Food was slow to come out but it was good when it did arrive. I also ordered the fish & chips which were very good. I’ll be back again in the near future I play some games. ☺️

We visit D&B quite frequently, and it has consistently been a good time! Please note, we have not ever eaten here, so we can not comment on the food. I can say that the bar and dining area look nice in size and very clean. There are a variety of games, something for most people's interests, and most ages. Overall, the price for games is pretty affordable as well. So far, I've never had trouble with broken games, and things seem very well kept and clean.

The bar tending staff was amazing, the rum milkshake was divine, and we won every animal out of the claw machine hahaha. 10/10 would recommend. Great night, great drinks, great woman, great games, great staff! Hopefully I can convince her to go back with me again soon!

Family fun👍🏾! However, bartender Lauren was rude, ignores needs of customers, not helpful with questions, waives off customers, as to be reminded trying to pay bill!👎🏾 Party waitress overwhelmed with party of over 12, should have two waitresses assigned to parties over 10!

first of all let me see the atmosphere is fantastic nice family fun atmosphere more adult adult orientated 60/40 so you can monitor the kids playing video while watching football andyou have ice cold. the service is probably a b-minus C+I ordered one single fish dinner to-go and it took 24 minutes for the to go order to come out and I was there while they had groups of six to eight people who ordered food a single order for one person should not take more than 8 to 10 minutes. the food gets a d-minus why because the quality of the food is not that good and I paid 1799 for a fish dinner and the portion of the fish was what you would get in a Swanson TV dinner. any event I would go back to Dave & Buster's great atmosphere but they're getting over on people with the food prices.

This place has really good food, however I hate having to order and pay from the phone. It makes it where the waitress doesn't come around and get refills and if I want to order additional drinks, we had to hunt someone down to pay the rest. I wish the games worked. We wasted so much money on the Star trek coin pusher! I loaded it up and the coins ran out so someone had to come try to fix it but it ran out of coins a few minutes later. Then we got someone else to fix it and he went in from the top and pushed all the cards back to the end so all the work I had done was for nothing. We just left the game because it made us so mad. Also, my favorite game was out the last time I was there: tailgate toss. Zombie snatcher was also broken. We got the 500 ticket puck in the slot but it wouldn't go down. It got lodged. Turns out, there was already one lodged in there prior. Luckily, someone was able to come fix it finally and we got our points this time. The bathroom was out of toilet paper, so I had to use toilet seat covers to wipe myself with.

I'm not ashamed to admit that my husband and I love to do our date nights at Dave & Buster's. As a couple with no kids, we're silly and carefree enough that arcades are one of the best ways for us to let loose. We've come to this Dave & Buster's a few times, and in most recent months, it's clear that this location is making an effort to heavily improve its game. The dining area has received a huge refresh, and they've acquired a lot of fresh new games. I was most impressed with the prize area. We generally don't play for prizes because most D&B's tend to have really tacky toys and knickknacks. But the last time we were here, there were all kinds of neat and practical things that even adults could get into (face masks, tech gadgets, double-walled coolers, cooking tools). We instead opted to use our tickets toward an entree and appetizers (yes! Did you know that was possible?!), and the food was just all right. The pepperoni flatbread was a little soft on the bottom, but I appreciated that our server went all the way to the back to fulfill our request for hot chili pepper flakes. As a non-meat eater, I also appreciated that they let us swap the patty of a burger for a Lightlife veggie patty for a slight upcharge. The service at the bar can be a little touch and go, especially on half-price Wednesdays when the workers there are getting overwhelmed. More than once, my husband and I felt bad for the workers who were clearly frustrated by impatient, aggressive, or demanding customers. That aside, we always have a good time when we come, and we're eager to see what new games will be there next. In fact, the last time we went, we noticed an entire rear section being opened up. More games = more fun!

First time my family and I have ever been to this location and we was disappointed. A lot the games wasn’t working/ out of service. It seems like this location is a little out dated and needs a major upgrade. The staff was super friendly and pleasant. I hope good changes will be made to this place soon.

They have a shortage and the food and drinks literally took 1hr 45 min. Our waitress Sarah Money was great though. A lot of the games were down. Overall, I had a decent time.

  • 3/5 Lady T. 2 years ago on Google
This was my first visit and I had a decent time. There were many games available to play. I stayed about 2 hours it wasn't too crowded when I arrived around 6 but when leaving a lil after 8 I seen there were many people coming in and a line at the registers, and at the restaurant area.

It's a Dave and Busters, so you know what you're getting into. I have been going to this one for years. Games are still pretty great, pool is very good. Drinks have gone really downhill even before the pandemic. Selection has really dwindled and the service is not great - the people are nice I just think they are short staffed and overworked. Food is also not as good as it used to be (wings in particular), but it's not expensive. Overall, I used to love coming here weekly (Wednesday drink specials!), now I'll still come but not as often and it's a little sad.
