Great location right on a municipal golf course. The facilities are clean and spacious. There are lots of rooms and they strike me as small but up-to-snuff for a good mid-tier hotel. Caution that the hotel is “Pet-Friendly” (we had an incessantly barking dog across the hall), but for some people that will be a good thing. Finally, we only ate the buffet breakfast at the hotel; although the facility is nice and the service pleasant, we felt the food was below par.

The property is beautiful. The staff is great. The rooms are comfortable. I was there for 4 weeks, (different room, each week). For the most part an excellent experience. I do feel they need to make better use of the facilities to generate better revenue. Lounge hours are pretty minimal for the beautiful bar room they are under using. The restaurant, Hamilton's is only open for the breakfast buffet. What? You could do so much more with this place! Now...for the rest. Pillows are terrible, the TV reception is awful. Each room I stayed in, the TV lost signal exactly an hour into use. Never to restore. Every room smelled strongly of men's aftershave upon arrival. The breakfast buffet has serious temp issues. Hot foods remain warm at best. Dont hesitate to check cleanliness. I didn't realize it until I went to use it. However there was a bunch of long black hairs all over the shower walls. I mean. I can see how things can get overlooked when rushed. But, that was a bit much. Other than these few strange things, the place was amazing. Loved it!

Out of all the vendors, restaurants, venues, etc., this was the ONLY disappointment of our wedding weekend. I'll start with the positives: the hotel and suite were very nice looking, the breakfast was very good, and the servers were friendly. Now on to the bad. We had been in contact and signed our hotel block contract with Debbie 11 months ahead of time. She promised us several things that apparently turned out not to be true (these were not in writing, so shame on us for that). - We were promised that we could increase the size of our hotel block whenever we wanted; turns out that's not true. - We were promised that if we booked x% of our hotel block that we would be given our suite for free; turns out that was not true. - We were promised to have a private room for breakfast for all our guests; turns out that's not true unless we paid a significant fee for it. - At a certain point Debbie stopped responding to any and all of our attempts to reach out, and when we finally got a hold of somebody else at the hotel we were told that Debbie had retired. After explaining everything that Debbie had told us, the new staff essentially said they didn't promise it and that's not how it works so tough luck. The only consolation that we got from the hotel was after my wife going back and forth with them, they were gracious enough to give us a suite for the same cost as the block and not full price. For a company in the hospitality industry, this was the worst customer service we’ve experienced and do not recommend using them

I have stayed here a few times in the past. This time was no different. The room was spotless and so was the bathroom. The property is well kept and modern. The front desk clerk was smiling and greeted us although we used online check in. The grounds are beautiful and the golf course view is really nice. Parking is easy. Also the bathroom is well stocked with towels, wash cloths, etc. which is not the norm with other hotels these days. I could go on and on with the positives. I don’t usually leave reviews but I thought I would share because everything is super nice.

The staff was very friendly! Robert at the pub waited on me my first night here, I was here for 2 more nights and he remembered me and made it a point to greet me with a smile, and always asked how I was doing. We need more Roberts working in customer service! He is definitely an asset!

The front desk is always the first impression of any hotel when you walk in, and the impression I received here was welcoming and phenomenal. Mrs. Vicki and Mr. Kenny went above and beyond for me, taking the time out of their busy morning to help me with my need, without the slightest hesitation. They exceeded my expectations to say the least. I also would like to give Mr. Cleveland in the Hamilton’s restaurant much praise for chatting with me and being so friendly and warm, made my experience even that much better.

The room was extremely clean. Check-in was pretty easy and straightforward. No complaints there at all. The hotel has a small gym compared to the size of the hotel. But, if you catch it at the right time, it isn't crowded. The bar/restaurant downstairs is pretty good too. I had the burger and fries two times. Both times the burger was cooked good. The breakfast is a little under twenty bucks and it is a full spread. It is worth the money. They have just about everything that you can think of.

Outstanding!!! Loved it from the first minute of arrival! Lezlie was so friendly, welcoming and professional! She made sure we are in the best hotel in the area! And it was true! Also, we met Olivia and Cleveland who made sure we are comfortable and well served!!! Because of such people this hotel will prosper!!! Looking forward to comeback and can't wait to share our experience with the whole world!!!

We stay here each time we visit Marietta for medical appointments. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The remodeling looks so beautiful and the bathrooms look amazing. The showers have great water pressure and the water gets to the perfect temperature! The beds are comfortable and the bedding is plush. It is close to great places to eat and shop!

Very beautiful and absolutely gorgeous hotel! Great scenery with good views of the golf course and mountains. Very friendly, welcoming, and pleasant front desk staff. The 3 star rating is based on very very poor customer services received on numerous occasions from Sales Department, while trying to book the hotel for an event. Effective and timely communication are essential parts of customer service and business in general, for any organization. I did not get this when I reached out to book my event. Emails were either not responded to, or there were undue delay in responding. There were failure to follow through. The attitude of the staff of Sales Department was akin to doing the client a favor and not the other way round. I was really disappointed. If you can get pass the Sales Department, this is the hotel to stay in.

The property is very pretty and the room was comfortable with a golf course view. However, there is nothing to to eat here between breakfast and dinner. And front desk staff JORGE couldn't care less. Customer service abysmal in this regard. Sent me next door to a golf grill that didn't even appear to have table service...a snack bar. And it was closed for a private event. I went back to front desk and he wanted to argue with me that he had no way of knowing that. Well when the only option on the property for food is closed for a private event and that's where the front desk is sending people, I feel like they need to make it their business to know. The pro shop was suggested.. the perhaps I could find a bag of chips there. Or the so-called pantry which also had chips and day-old boxed salads. This is completely unacceptable and the attitude at the front desk was worse. They acted like this is completely normal and that the expectation that a guest would be able to find lunch in a huge, full-service resort hotel seemed unreasonable to them. I might as well have stayed at a lower end Hilton Garden Inn.

Came to this hotel while traveling with my wife and four children. Called and booked a room specifically say two adults and 4 young children. The gentleman that booked the room said no problem we have a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch. Came to check in they give me my room card and we haul the kids and all the luggage up and when we walk in its a standard room with two full beds.....!!!! I spoke with the front desk they say they don't actually do the booking of the rooms and they can't do anything to accommodate. So here I am at 10:30 pm trying to sleep on a chair so my family can sleep. The room is muggy and the A/C barely does a thing. Me personally would have liked to see better customer service besides saying oh well we don't handle the booking of the rooms. Basically saying we could care less have a good night. Definitely will never book a room here EVER again!!

This hotel is quiet, clean, and the staff are helpful and kind. It had everything I needed. I felt safe. I slept great. The bed was so comfortable with plenty of pillows. I went downstairs to get some water around 9pm and there was a party of some kind happening in the conference area. I had no idea. In my room I would have thought the hotel was empty! The lobby, lounge, restaurant and work out room were also clean, comfortable and inviting. They had great workout equipment including peloton bike.

In the hospitality sector, attitude of the staff is the bedrock of success and this location is what we’ve all come to expect from the Hilton brand. This very clean and modern location is staffed by very friendly and knowledgeable hosts. The front desk helped with a reservation issue and bumped me up to a nicer room with a view over the golf course. Breakfast dining is once again something to be enjoyed in this lovely dining hall. Getting this hotel at the Government rate was a very pleasant surprise. Quiet and comfortable with ZERO complaints!

My wife and I spent four days at this beautiful location. The professionalism and kindness was overwhelmingly unique. The following deserve our recognition, and appreciation: Erika Garcia(waitress) her mother who works with her, Bartenders Robert & Josh, Michael, Front Office Supervisor, Mike,Food & Beverage Director, Kendra, Director of Sales, Derrick, Front Desk Supervisor. Once again, our stay was so important for my wife of 55 years will be undergoing chemo by the end of this month once we return home. We were here to visit with our oldest of five who lives here Marietta as a high school teacher. The entire staff from February 19 to February 23, gave us a most happy visit. All so unbelievably kind!!!! Jim And Donna Bandy

Clean, classy. Everything was great . Friendly staff. Room was quiet with a super view over the golf course. The Pub was fun — there’s even a pool table. One minus was the breakfast dining room was a little chill—possibly because of the cold snap. But, the breakfast selections were great: creamy, buttery grits, oatmeal, eggs, French toast, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereals, yogurt, and a huge selection of fruits and berries. All for $12.97!

It was a very lovely hotel, with a beautiful lobby and rooms. Vicky was very helpful at the front desk! She was super nice, efficient, and was exactly the type of person you want to meet after a long day of traveling. Thank you Vicky!

Beautiful views of the golf course. Upscale lobby. Rooms are updated. Beware that the Junior Suites are not actually suites. They are just bigger rooms with a couch. Service is mixed.

Loved this hotel for its location. Being so close to Marietta Square is a huge bonus. The rooms appear to be well kept. Our bathroom vent did have some excess dust on it and the main cabinet in the room had a cracked corner that should be replaced. I did have to request for a portable crib for our son and the one that was brought to our room was very dated. These should all be updated with newer safer versions. The linens were soft and clean. The outside of the hotel sits on a beautiful golf course which makes for a very serene setting. The pool could use some attention. The pool was routinely filled with leaves and the grounds around the pool have not been kept up. Mulch is missing with dead over grown plants around. The staff all seem pleasant. The breakfast which would be complimentary at any other Hilton hotel is underwhelming and overpriced. Most of the options were cold or luke warm making my $54 breakfast gross to my satisfaction. That’s an easy fix— hit up downtown for a delicious breakfast. Bring a jacket! The halls and lobby are freezing!!! They are kept at 65.5 degrees. All the hotel windows are covered in condensation at all times of day. We will be back to stay! This place is clean and so convenient. Next time we’ll be sure to pack our golf clubs!

The location is far from downtown Atlanta. Its 30 minutes away. Not only that there is no airport shuttle. However this is the best hotel with friendly staff. I love the bar area at night and the golf course. There is 2 gas fire pits outside that goes perfect with a margarita. A lady name Debra works there and hands down she was there best employee. I was in town for a wedding so I got well acquainted with the hotel due to wedding activities. I would say if your doing more of a stay -cation then go here. The rooms were so clean and the lobby is beautiful. Its 18 minutes walking distance from the marietta square that has so many restaurants. It was awesome. Rating 8.6 to 9.5. Needs hot tubs and a shuttle.

I found the rooms to be quiet. I had a parking lot view but would recommend a room on the golf course side. The outside patio was relaxing and it was a great place to watch the storms rolling in.

The staff at Hilton Atlanta/Marietta were pleasant, warm, and incredibly welcoming. We walked into the hotel amidst a flurry of families with children playing in baseball tournaments, but the staff processed everyone with efficiency and friendliness. Later in the evening, the lobby was packed with people milling around for no reason, but the staff remained professional and curious. They were quick to be helpful and answered my questions about the best local restaurants we should try. The hotel is set away from the road and the city, which makes it feel like a retreat. Downtown Marietta is only a couple of miles away with a great selection of restaurants and activities. The hotel is adjacent to a golf course, so if you're positioned just right, you can watch the triumphs and heartbreaks without ever having to leave your room.

Great stay, despite the emergency (false) alarm late one night. Front desk and room cleaning employees are all great. The pub food and service was good too.

Very nice old school hotel. Very close to Lockheed's facility. Comfortable and pleasent. I particularly enjoyed the patio out back looking over the golf course enjoying the sunset.

Front desk staff very accommodating and friendly. Twin beds are narrow width wise. No executive lounge which was a bit disappointing.

Check for bed bugs before accepting a room. I was disappointed when I woke up on check out day to find out I wasn’t the only thing in the bed. Bed bugs in multiple locations. I informed the clerk in the hotel and was offered a snack no charge which I did not accept. I had to bag up and disinfect my clothes and myself when getting home to prevent any potential spread. Will not be staying at this location again. I reached out to Hilton to make it right but have not gotten any response. As a gold member and a frequent traveler for work I am thinking of switching to Marriott.

Stayed here a couple months back with my wife and son. I had an awesome stay during our Georgia visit and can’t wait to visit again. The rooms and common areas were clean and welcoming. The staff was helpful and very nice. Just overall a great experience here. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is beautiful. Walking in, the setting is very bright and welcoming. The staff greeted me warmly and provided everything I needed to navigate the hotel. The grounds are well kept. No trash anywhere. The decor is beautiful in the lobby. The room was comfortable. I will return!

Did not stay here. Just had cocktails and a cigar on the porch, overlooking the golf course. Peaceful, picturesque, relaxing and great service at a reasonable price. Just what we needed after a rough week. Thank you!

We booked this hotel last minute for a baseball tournament. We loved everything about this hotel! The service, the amenities, the cleanliness…All were top notch. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with the sweetest voices and smiles from the front desk ladies. They made us feel welcomed and right at home. Every time I saw a hotel employee, they were helping accommodate a guest or tidying the hotel. Also, drink your coffee on the back patio…you’ll thank me later! We will definitely be staying here again.

Mrs. Deborah at the desk was extremely pleasant and welcoming! She greeted us, walked us through check-in, fixed an issue we had with our room, moved us to another, and made sure we were good to go. The manager apologized for the issue as well, which was appreciated and made it right. We saw them every day, and each day, Deborah checked to see how my stay was and if I needed anything. Rooms were clean, everything worked, and was stocked. The furniture was your basic wood desk and headboard, but it served its purpose. Some rooms seem to have minor upgrades while others (our 2nd room) were a bit dated. There is a refrigerator in the room and microwave downstairs near the mini store area by the front counter. The hotel lobby, dining, and halls are beautiful. Breakfast is not included, but it is buffet style for about 18.75 per person (breakfast staff was very nice). Check out was simple, late check out available for extra fee. Overall, I liked the location being tucked away, I had a clean room, hot water, and amazing service, so I will be returning. Thank you, Mrs. Deborah, for making this a great stay!

I’ve paid to host two very large family events at this conference center in the past. They had no problem taking my money then and the experience went well. However, recently in the middle of a family emergency I booked multiple rooms for a family coming in town. I booked them at 7pm. Then I realized the family I was trying to help had someone else book the exact same reservations earlier. By the time I realized this 1 hr had passed. I called the Hilton to let them know this was an accidental double booking and I was trying to cancel the reservation I made less than 1 hr ago. You guessed it: they said sorry but our reservations are non refundable. This was a weekday night. Not during a holiday season. And we literally told them less than 1hr after asking for the multiple rooms that we would not be using them. I spoke with multiple staff members and the manager refused to even speak with me. They stuck to their company line over and over again: “non-refundable.” It reminded me of dealing with a bank. Unbelievably impersonal, inconsiderate, and obviously prioritizing unreasonable exploitative fees over caring for the clients- let alone a past client and local neighbor. Very disappointing to be robbed hundreds of dollars for what felt like a harmless request. The manager seemed so embarrassed of how they were refusing to refund me for something I never used and something they didn’t provide that he ordered his staff not to connect us and he never called back as they promised to do. I will never go back to this place and never ask family to stay here again. I know they could care less…it’s all about their balance sheet and nothing else.

When arriving to the hotel it can seem like a nice place to stay but our stay was not nice. After checking in to the Hilton for a two night stay. My card was charged twice coming out to be $906 when originally the room for two nights was suppose to be $453. Then I was charged twice for the rooms incidentals deposit which was $100 totaling $200 with the double charge. I do not notice these charges until my second night. I am currently still waiting on $200 of this to be refunded. As for this inconvenience then there is the rooms. For this much a night you would think the rooms were at least comfortable but they were not. You have to squeeze through the bathroom door when opening and shutting it, the air did not work in our room the whole first night leaving it as 75 in the room, and the walls are paper thin with neighbors waking us up all through out the night. With all of this we were completely and utterly disappointed with this stay as we drove 15 hours to be extremely uncomfortable in a hotel that looked nice. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful. I have traveled a lot and I have never been more pleased. Rooms are immaculate. Staff is wonderful. Location is easily accessible. Prices are very reasonable. We will be back for certain. Shout out to Julie Harris who made us feel Like home again.

Left the room for a few hours in the morning. Returned at 10am. All my stuff was gone and the room had been cleaned. Last I looked, checkout was 11am. Whatever staff member that eventually brought my bag back kept apologizing. I checked to make sure my belongings were re-secured and left without saying a single word to the staff. Out of the thousands of nights I've spent at a hotel, this has never happened. I do not recommend staying at this hotel until Management gets their act together.

AWEFUL! the housekeepers did an amazing job... but that housekeeper manager needs to calm down and respect these ladies. i heard him from my room yelling at them to hurry up because he wanted to go home early. NO TYPE OF RESPCET. i went up to a worker and saw she had 14 CHECK OUTS no service CHECKOUTS and he expects them to finish by 1????? is he out of his mind???? not once did i see him come by to check if the rooms are ready NOT ONCE and the only time id see him hed be yelling at the ladies. what type of manager does that. i saw the 2 supervisors during my stay amazing ladies. but if i was the owner of the hotel that manger of the housekeeper would be out of my sight. he is awful, lazy and pathetic. till that man leaves ill never be staying here again. i hope those ladies speak up about him. he is aweful.

I stay here when I can, when in town. It's a very nice facility, although there are concerns. Pub was not open last night because of a problem. The other restaurant was not open either. What's the deal? $5.00 parking fee for all guests. Really seems petty for such a nice facility. It just seems like the services and policies don't match such a nice facility in a terrific Marietta location.

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding weekend, it was perfect. Everyone from the front desk, security, and staff were so kind and helpful. The view from our room was gorgeous, couldn't be a nicer stay. We would be happy to stay again if in the area.

This is an absolutely stunning location. I almost wish I didn't live in Atlanta so I had a reason to stay there for a couple of extra days. The service is friendly and the rooms are nicely decorated and clean. The showers are like a spa in and of themselves! The only downside is the $5 charge for self parking, which seems a little silly given the location and how much available parking they have, but other than that a great experience.

This place was simply gorgeous! The accomodations were great. The grounds were amazing with the golf course and right off a main road. I was surprised everywhere I looked. Also the price seemed quite reasonable considering the amenities.

I was there for a Surge Life event with Flipped Life. The space was beautiful, comfortable chairs for the setting and the temperature was great in the room. The attendants kept all refreshments filled both days ril the end. Beautiful seating and tucked away niches to sit and teach a quick Zoom scheduled Sunday School class. The whole building looked very stately and all stalls in the restroom were kept very clean and ready. Great weekend. I would consider staying here on my next visit to Marietta.

We greatly enjoyed the spectacular golf course view and variety of games (golf, ping-pong, chess, pool tables, corn hole, and outdoor pool). Even it weren't so close to other activities I doubt we'd have been bored. My one complaint: no microwave in the room. The staff was polite, professional, and expediant. Overall a definite recommend and not bad price.

What a stunningly beautiful place! Great staff, gorgeous rooms, common areas, and a wonderful back porch overlooking the golf course. We spent our evenings watching the sunset while relaxing on the rocking chairs. Lots of fun shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.
