The office is brand new and very clean. By clean I DO NOT mean I could smell the cleaning products they use. I mean the air was fresh and free from environmental pollution, and in the late afternoon everything appeared spotless and dust-free. Everyone acted with compassion and professionalism. Front desk was helpful and communicative. I loved the paperless registration. Medical assistant listened and took good notes. The physician recalled what the MA told him and asked his own questions based off the info I gave earlier. He could have ordered an X-ray but he was honest and referred me to the ER because he thought I’d need an MRI. He gave me injections that helped me bear the pain I was in to wait the 8 hours until the ER doctors were able to treat.

Super clean new facility. Nurse practitioner was great. Also good follow up which doc-in-box doesn't typically do. I called to F/U on test result on a Sat. and Dr. Richardson (?) was great. My only negative comment is on my initial visit the receptionist was not friendly or helpful and frankly had kind of an attitude. I will definitely go back because of the awesome care I got.

Quick and convenient. On the fifth morning of unimproved upper respiratory symptoms, I scheduled an appointment that was available within the hour. Online registration was easy. The staff was pleasant. The facility clean. I felt confident in the clinician's diagnosis. I started feeling improved within hours of taking the prescribed medication. I am thankful for this convenient mode of healthcare.

The NP and assistant were both attentive, professional and caring. Solved all my issues and helped with a secondary issue related to the reason for my visit. Thanks so much to both attendants! Bonus for clean facility and quick service. Will use again if needed. Definitely recommend.

After waiting for over an hour and a very expensive co pay. I had a doctor that offered very little help and was very hard to understand. After the appointment I had to go to another doctor to actually get help because this place said I would have to come in for another evaluation and pay all over again for sub par medical care. Weeks later this company has the audacity to to charge my card $45 because they deemed that I still owe them money. If you have to go here, pay cash so they cannot back charge you for things.

I do not recommend this place. I took my mother to this clinic and the lady that took her X-rays did not know how to take the X-rays that were needed for my moms head injury , she proceeded to ask my mother for help. With this situation they left us feeling uncertain about her diagnosis which lead us to seek for a second opinion from another hospital. At peach tree immediate care they told her it was bone bruise but after a few more scans at another hospital we discovered she had a mild concussion after they had reassured us that it wasn’t a concussion and that she should just ice the bruise.

This was my 2nd experience here. Both times the doctor, NP and staff were courteous, professional and addressed my needs and concerns. I would recommend this facility and will definitely use it in the future. My 2nd visit the doctor got to the root of my issue and was able to ease the pain that I was experiencing. Thank you to you and your staff!

Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. Had x-rays taken but were sent out for review (presumably to Emory Hospital). They called with results in less than an hour. Since it was recommended I see an orthopedic as soon as possible, I think the results and x-rays should have been automatically sent to me by email, but I had to request them.
