After my insurance changed this year, I was required to start a new medication at a brand new infusion office. That’s when I learned about Pure Infusion, and all I can say is WOW! The office is very clean, the staff and nurses are super friendly and professional, especially my nurse Aaliyah whom I’ve seen multiple times! I would recommend Pure Infusion to anyone who wants a comfortable, private, and relaxing infusion experience!

Pure infusion was very helpful in getting my sons infusion set up with the insurnace company and was also very helpful with the process. The place is fantastic clean, comfortable and very accommodating.

Very relaxing infusion clinic, staff treated me well and put me in a comfortable chair. Everyone from the front staff Amanda to the nurse provided excellent care. Can't wait to come again.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Yes, this place looks and feels like a spa, with amenities like private rooms, a tv for streaming, drinks and snacks, and very comfortable chairs. But it's the staff that really makes a difference. They will make you feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment you arrive. Five stars isn't enough!

I am VERY FRUSTRATED & ANGRY about the lack of service from this facility! I am in desperate need of Iron infusion therapy. I reached out to Pure Infusion Suites, the Front desk person, I believe her name was Neesha was very kind & helpful, she took all of my info, she checked to insure that they did in fact accept my insurance & they did the type of therapy I needed (Venofer &/or Injectofer), she told me it could take approx. 15-30 days to hear back as to how much my out-of-pocket expense would be since it would be partially covered by my insurance. Well 2 (two) days later I get a call from Neesha that the team that is responsible for obtaining my insurance coverage decided that I would just have to pay out of pocket, because they decided that they weren't going to pursue checking with insurance to obtain coverage! Even though I know for a fact my insurance was/is willing to pay ½ because they already approved it for infusion at the GA Cancer Center, but the facility charges (which isn't covered under insurance) were so high that I couldn't proceed. Thus the reason that I reached out to the infusion center because I was told it could possibly be less expensive. But because Pure Infusion Suites Accessment Team decided it wasn't worth their time or energy to check with my insurance company, they made the executive decision that I just needed to pay completely out of pocket!! Unbelievable!!! I will discourage anyone to avoid this facility, so unethical!!!
