I
am
VERY
FRUSTRATED
&
ANGRY
about
the
lack
of
service
from
this
facility!
I
am
in
desperate
need
of
Iron
infusion
therapy.
I
reached
out
to
Pure
Infusion
Suites,
the
Front
desk
person,
I
believe
her
name
was
Neesha
was
very
kind
&
helpful,
she
took
all
of
my
info,
she
checked
to
insure
that
they
did
in
fact
accept
my
insurance
&
they
did
the
type
of
therapy
I
needed
(Venofer
&/or
Injectofer),
she
told
me
it
could
take
approx.
15-30
days
to
hear
back
as
to
how
much
my
out-of-pocket
expense
would
be
since
it
would
be
partially
covered
by
my
insurance.
Well
2
(two)
days
later
I
get
a
call
from
Neesha
that
the
team
that
is
responsible
for
obtaining
my
insurance
coverage
decided
that
I
would
just
have
to
pay
out
of
pocket,
because
they
decided
that
they
weren't
going
to
pursue
checking
with
insurance
to
obtain
coverage!
Even
though
I
know
for
a
fact
my
insurance
was/is
willing
to
pay
½
because
they
already
approved
it
for
infusion
at
the
GA
Cancer
Center,
but
the
facility
charges
(which
isn't
covered
under
insurance)
were
so
high
that
I
couldn't
proceed.
Thus
the
reason
that
I
reached
out
to
the
infusion
center
because
I
was
told
it
could
possibly
be
less
expensive.
But
because
Pure
Infusion
Suites
Accessment
Team
decided
it
wasn't
worth
their
time
or
energy
to
check
with
my
insurance
company,
they
made
the
executive
decision
that
I
just
needed
to
pay
completely
out
of
pocket!!
Unbelievable!!!
I
will
discourage
anyone
to
avoid
this
facility,
so
unethical!!!
