My Dr was never on time for her appointments or even showed up at all. I've had 6 appointments with them probably 7, and seen my Dr twice. Looking somewhere else. Besides that, my Dr has been great, when I saw them. I understand mental health field lacks workers, but the fact I can't see them in person and only through a virtual app, has been frustrating. There has to be a better way of doing this.

I came here for several months but will not be coming back. First you have to sit on hold for unbelievable amounts of time just to be able reschedule or cancel and appointment. They say “we will call you back and hold your place in line” but that has never happened. I’ve spent the last four months going in circles with treatment and it feels like the the goal I am working towards is not being respected by this facility.

Some of the absolute most stressful experiences working with LifeStance and Marie-Andree Parent. Office staff are rude and generally unhelpful especially considering they are serving mental health patients. Overall poor communication. On several occasions I messaged the provider and got zero response. It was so difficult to get prescriptions filled in a timely manner without multiple calls. Also, I think Marie-Andree Parent lacks empathy and respect for her patients. I would advise anyone to seek help elsewhere. You will not find what you need at this practice.

I have never had a worse experience with a mental health provider. I saw Marie Andree-Parent directly after I saw my cardiologist who advised me to immediately switch medications because he believed they were causing a potentially fatal heart condition. She did not listen to me. I offered to show her their recommendations and she dismissed me. She switched me to another med which causes the exact same issue. She basically told me I was out of options and to seek therapy even though I told her every time we spoke that I was in weekly trauma therapy. The complete lack of compassion and empathy is beyond my comprehension. Update: I was told to reach out to the email address provided and no one ever contacted me. My doctors are shocked this provider would put on the medication she did after explaining what was happening. Y’all need better providers who listen and don’t dismiss patients simply because they have a condition that limits medications that are safe.

The clinicians are okay but the way the offices are run is TERRIBLE. Front desk/scheduling staff is largely unreachable. I’ve been on hold for 30-45 minutes to reschedule an appointment. I had multiple unauthorized charges to my card because LifeStance was billing the incorrect Insurance (despite having the correct one on file) and it took months to resolve. My provider is typically late to appointments, the most egregious being this week when she was 20+ minutes late to my 15 minute check in appointment. I wouldn’t recommend the practice but they have bought up most businesses in my area so my options are limited.

Been trying to book an appointment for my clients for several days. Old hold for over 30 minutes each time ans still no one

Ms. Parent is an excellent provider. She asks questions and gets details on your situation. I recommend her highly!

They treated me so well & understood my concerns. And they are willing to help me in all that i need. Absolutely recommend!
