    After visiting this McDonald's, I wondered why. My order: Two McChickens: Why did ordering both McChickens with no mayo result in receiving extra mayo. Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese: Why was the meat old and dry. Large Fries: Why were the fries half full. Large Coke: Why was this so watered down. That is the simplest way I can summarize my visit and experience at this McDonald's. I hope yours will be better than mine.

    It was 10:30, Website says they close at 12pm, they closed 20 minutes before. Held up the line arguing with an SUV for those 20 mins, then became Irate when i pulled up. Man behind the Intercom sounded Annoyed, Flamboyant, and Ignorant. By the time we pulled up he was yelling "It's Monday, We're closed, bye" then followed with "We close at 11pm" I asked about the website saying they close at 12pm, this made the man get offended. He said "Excuse me?! I said we're closed, goodbye. I'm having a blessed night." as he seemed to want to say more, but he caught himself however. Just about a Dozen Cars in line for the Drive thru too, so they denied all of them service. What an absolute pathetic attempt, at being a McDonald's restaurant. The entire night staff, really need a thorough review.

    I have never had a correct order from this location. The staff is always rude. I am sure they are understaffed and that mixed with the fact that they are right off the highway I'm sure is a contributing factor. That however is something the management of the restaurant should address. Happy Employees = less mistakes = happy customers!

    I ordered a chicken buiscut with honey and these guys put a McChicken patty on a buiscut and gave me honey mustard. Morning. Ruined.

    Very inconsistent, customer service has improved (during certain shifts) but the food quality needs to improve ASAP. This is biscuit is unacceptable!!!

    I had a bad experience at the drive thru. Ordered my food and was asked to move to the front but they never came out. I tried to make contact with employees but felt ignored. After 30 minutes I drove back thru the line to cancel my order and speak to the manager. I spoke to Larry and he was amazing. He apologized for the wait and made sure our order was made fresh. He really made a difference and will be returning to this location just because of him.

    I go to this location in the mornings and it’s really great. Not so much at lunch or at night. Got a chicken sandwich and it looked this. Inedible. Pretty much wasted my money. Fries were okay though.

    Extremely busy and seems to be really understaffed I would assume that the orders being served are being recycled from orders other customers left because they were waiting far to long burgers are kinda soggy and the fries are not always fresh and taste like the oil doesn't get changed at times probably because they don't have the time to. the people are great but there are times they look unpleasant maybe because they are overwhelmed by the traffic and happy hrs.. I think this could be a great McDonald's based on its location and sometimes you get lucky with a fresh tasting meal when it's not busy

    Arrived at McDonald's around 11pm to pick an order and when getting there the front doors were locked. The lobby doesn't close until 12 when I went to the drive thru to ask for an order they told me to come inside. How is someone supposed to come inside if the door is closed. Then the two people they had interacting with customers were both rude and didn't seem like they like their jobs no just attitude about even giving out a mobile order that was already complete. When handed my food they basically said here you ok bye. Then she closed the window and walked away this place needs a whole new staff.

    One day McDonald's will go back to cooking a hamburger fresh, like five guys, stake and shake,and most sit down restaurants.that is the number one reason I here from people why they abandon McDonald's. Burgers not HOT! try using a steamer if speed is still what you're after. WE WANT MELTED CHEESE.

    Food was as good as McDonalds food is supposed to be. Service was quick and easy. I’m a bit picky and my order was made perfectly. Bathrooms were clean for our break on the way home

    Ordered once from here via door dash-double cheeseburger meal came without the meat inside the burger. Two buns with cheese inside … What was the purpose in doing that ? And the redelivery there was a ‘short curled hair’ suddenly in the second burger. You will get caught ..

    Omg if it was a way to give no stars I would kept telling the young lady the order is not mine. Every Sunday I come and every Sunday the order is wrong and she got mad took off her headset and all I kept saying a number 2 a nice young man help the manager looking dumb all I wanted was the right order for once I hope you enjoy that $7 because I will not spend another penny there the WORST

    It depends on the people that are on schedule there is a crew that is nice and helpful and then there is a crew that just mad about anything and will get defensive if you ask a question or if they run. Out of something get angry as if you should know they don't have that item which is an issue when ordering on the app before you arrive. Not bad bur not great all the time either.

    I placed a mobile order and when I got to the window they said I needed to pay even though I had already paid online. I showed them my bank transaction proving the date, time and amount charged and that the order was placed and they still said I needed to pay again. They refused to give me my food or a refund saying my card was never charged but my bank account says otherwise. Avoid placing a mobile order with this location.

    Classic McDonalds experience in a clean new store. Hit the spot late at night when the other local fast food was closed. Pretty good value considering the food received. The chicken sandwich was thick, moist real chicken - not a composite patty. Burgers were classic lifetime flavor. Fries done just right.

    The service was quick, friendly and served with a smile, but that isn't the part that impressed me the most. The woman who took my drive thru order asked if I needed any condiments... whaaaat?! I requested a side of Mac Sauce and then i pulled to the window. She handed me my food and let me know that the Mac sauce was in the 4 PC. Nugget box and my straw was in the bag too. For the first time ever when leaving McDonald's, I didn't feel an overwhelming urge to check the accuracy of my order. If McDonald's has a training program, this young lady needs to be in charge of it lol

    It depends on who works that you get good service. I went there tonight and they left out half of my order and the guy in front drive thru didn't know anything and then the manager tells me I have to drive back around because they left out part of my order..I go to this McDonald's because it's closer and being a assistant manager at McDonald's for 24 years I never had worse service..I probably won't be coming back.

    To be honest this is the best McDonald's I've been to in Georgia and the area. The food is never cold or stale. Always fast lines morning or evening. No issues.

    Was not my first choice but the first choice was taken away and this McDonald's was right there ready to serve. Used the kiosk inside, those things are the best. Food was ready quickly. It was hot and ready to carry out. Double Quarter Pounder was really good and hit the spot.

    Every day I take my Mom here to get her a Medium Hot Mocha. My Mom is battling Leukemia and getting this Mocha is part of her day, along with getting my dogs hash browns or chicken nuggets. This staff has always been so friendly to my Mom, so personal. I am forever grateful.

    If you’re using cash in drive thru make sure you count your money . The girl tonight tried tipping herself over $50 when I gave her an $100 bill for a $3.38 meal my change was $50 then tried to say I was lying about it and only gave her a $50. Why would I lie? That’s child’s play we’re grown and I literally see you almost every other night since I live down street and stop on my way home from my job . Smh thank you to the acting night shift manager for getting it right , I will not be back though.

    They don't give you your full order When you ask them for the missing burger they park you on the side. You wait and wait and wait. When you go and check your your order the forgot your order. Then they start making your burger. If you guy cab find a better location with a better service. Please let me know. To avoid this particular place

    I love how my fries 🍟 and McChicken are always hot! Takes some time sometimes getting your food in a timely manner. Especially at night! A lot of customers complain about that the most. Probably because of the lack of communication and or the speed in which one’s caring about customer service or not wanting too be there is? Some managers do need too not be afraid to get on the crew; slid into a different position while putting other employees where need be. More so the expediting is where it’s slow. Team members need too identify and execute without being told to do so. Other than that I love it! Not trying to be rude or anything like that. I’m just honest in EVERYTHING I do. Keep up the good work.

    I was in the drive thru line for 45 minutes and I had a mobile order. Them when I got to the window I still had to wait. Although the girl was very nice.. no once wants to wait that long for fast food for them to mess up and still give cold fries.

    I have been to this location a few times at various times of day since a friend moved to the area and always been a great experience. Everyone loves McDonald's fries and I can't resist stopping here for them. They are so fresh, piping hot, crispy, and the right level of Saltiness. This locations staff is quick and friendly!

    Messed up our order even after multiple repeats... requested refund on stuff we didnt order and they couldn't even get that right. I'd avoid this McDonald's. Also both juice boxes were completely watered down and gross. Not sure how thats possible?!

    Ordered our dinner on the road. Pulled back onto I75 only to discover that our burgers (that we had to wait for), weren't cooked and still very pink! Should have just taken our money and thrown it away. Only the chicken sandwich was edible.

    The food was good; nice & hot. BUT - there are no changing tables in the bathroom, the soap dispenser wasn't working, & there were no paper towels. Also the soda dispenser does not have water as an option. I'd stick to drive thru only for this location.
