I would give 0 stars if they had it. If you like having to deal with a nasty unprofessional service crew, this is the place for you. The chicken looked like it was fried in last months oil. Customer service including the on hand manager was nothing but unprofessional. Just give me my money back. BE AWARE, if you like dealing with rude, nasty and unprofessional staff, and food cooked in last months oil this is your spot.

Had several teenagers at the house so I decided to call ahead to place an order. Spoke with the manager and he was awesome. He said he'd make sure we had freshly prepared food in about 30 minutes. Will definitely return!!

Noon and the wait was not that bad, they had no livers but I got a deal on a 3 piece chicken thighs and drum for $3.99. The service was ok. At first the chicken looks great and it was crispy and a good temperature. But I have worked in the business and the metallic aftertaste on the back sides of my lounge tells mr the frying oil is old and beginning to break down. On a Monday at noon the oil should be good but IMHO they are trying to extend the life too long. BYW not open to dine in drive thru only.

There was no church in this chicken! Fried so long it was like eating pork skins. Looked like fried baby shoes. Fried rubber ducks and belt leather. Unseasonably unseasoned. Unnecessary rough chicken. I will never go back.

God awful service. The lady at the drive-through had an attitude I ordered a $20 meal that came with peppers there is no peppers in my bag or hot sauce. I’m not sure how hard is the work at a restaurant and put the Proper items in a bag

Ok so where do I start!??! Is everyone that works at Church’s Chicken angry? I have been to numerous Church’s Chicken establishments, and I have yet to be greeted by one one pleasant!! I would even settle for cordial, but that hasn’t happened either. This Marietta establishment was no exception. Angry employees taking your money, getting you order wrong and handing out old, room temperature food. I ordered 2 meals, all white meat, they gave me dark but charged me for white. Ordered 2 okras, I got one. Ordered fries, they were chewy and cold. Ordered peppers, got none. And sadly, the only thing that was hot was the coleslaw. When mentioning to manager, was not apologetic and seemed to be upset that I had the audacity to ask for what I paid for. Y’all need to do better.

Do no go here, especially if you’re a woman. I waited at the speaker for a while to order then the guy yelled at me to pull up to the window to order. I literally just wanted a chicken sandwich and the guy was so on drugs he asked me about 15 times to repeat myself. He told me to pull to the back door even though I was the only one in line which I thought was weird. I waited for a while and he comes out saying I only told you to pull back here so I could see you again. Then he tried to get me to go inside and he would give me free food if I hang out with him. I was so grossed out by him that I couldn’t even eat my sandwich.

Was there at dinnertime for a drive thru order. Ordered two 3 piece , coleslaw which they were out and three biscuits. Get to window and was told they were out of dark meat and white meat would be an additional charge or wait 10 minutes. When we said we weren't waiting 10 minutes they came up with the chicken. It's dinnertime and out of slaw and no chicken ready is ridiculous. All you sell is chicken and it's dinner. Needless to say, girl had an attitude and we didnt even get our biscuits. Last time here.

Heads up. If you're pressed for time you may want to choose another place. The food was ok. Nice and hot temperature wise. A bit too crunchy for my liking today. If it weren't for the fact I usually enjoy any chicken I'd probably had rated here a 1 ⭐. Had to wait in line for 15 minutes for my drive up order. Saw at least 3 different customers walk in and out with their orders while I was still waiting in drive thru line. Pulled out of line went in to get my order. Told the guy I was in a hurry so I needed my order. He asked me what I had. I told him and he asked if I wanted anything else. I told him a complimentary biscuit, drink or additional piece of chicken would be nice since I'd spent half my 30 min break in line waiting. He turned away, without uttering anything, to get my order. He turned around & got my order. Didn't give me a receipt and didn't bother to respond or give me anything complimentary for my wasted time. Not to mention it was cold and rainy weather wise. He really showed he appreciated my business (sarcasm). I probably wouldn't have been as disappointed if he would have at least apologized for my wait or anything to acknowledge my horrible wait/experience. I understand times are challenging. So giving away profits may be a concern. But an acknowledgement & thanks for your business doesn't cost anything. However good customer service is free & goes a long way.

This place needs to be shut down!!!! Chicken over cooked in old grease! My extra fried pie had no icing on it! My okra cooked hard and it was cold! My tea was not sweet! My bombers was over cooked!! I used door dash! I work 12 hour shift, I was starving and I had to throw my food in the trash!

OWNER'S OF THIS LOCATION. II hope you are reading that EVERY comment is negative. For the same exact reasons... Since nothing has changed. One can ONLY concluded that you DO NOT CARE. about your business nor those who supports it..... This is the worst facility I have ever dealt with. It doesn't matter what time you come. If you come 1 hr30 minutes of closing. They are out of EVERYTHING.... sorry we don't have any SIDES.... Different day we don't have any chicken you need to wait. Sorry we don't have spicy until tomorrow. But you still need to wait. Sorry we don't have biscuits. Please get it together. Then they argue among themselves about chicken. Like you are taking what one of them had planned to take home. Literally screaming we don't have any chicken..... And another employee came out and apologized and asked what I wanted. That they are reporting them to a manager. I appreciate the person who came out. But, this type of foolishness is EVERY single time you come to this location..... PLEASE DO BETTER!!!

Got a view of the kitchen while waiting in the drive thru and it was pretty filthy, horrendous. I contemplated asking for a refund. We waited a very long time to get our food, and once we did get our food, you could tell the chicken had been cooked in old grease. I love Churches Chicken but will not be going back to this location.

I made a pickup order and thirty minutes later, it still wasn't ready, they had run out of ready chicken. The staff were apologetic about the situation and offered drinks to the few people waiting. Despite the wait, they did well and my family loves their okra.

Just no. Drive past. Chicken was old, stale, more gristle than meat. Drive thru lady was nasty, that's to be expected unfortunately. I could deal with a nasty attitude if the food was good. There was no wait on a Sunday which was good, but then there was a reason. This place should close and that's unfortunate since it's the only Church's near me.

Food is good however, the entire building needs to be remodeled or torn down and start over. Kinda don't want the good food cause building is dilapidated, worn out, old. Staff super nice, giv them cleaner, better work area.

I ordered the shrimp and French fries. I was told to pull up to the yellow pole. In the background I heard someone say to drop 8 shrimp. I waited 10 minutes before a man came out to ask what I had ordered. He apologized for the wait and said it would be right out. I waited another 3 minutes and someone covered with flour bought my food out. It takes 7 minutes for me to drive home and when I got there, the food was lukewarm, 3 of the shrimp were fried dry and the honey biscuit hard. I didn’t waste my gas to go back and complain. Never again!

I visited this Church's Sunday (2/26/) evening about 6PM. I went thru the drive thru to order a 10pc. Lady stated the wait will be about 20 mins. I knew then I made the mistake of coming here!! My guy wanted "Church's" instead of Popeyes, so we waited and waited and waited until I pulled back around and stated "it's been over 20 mins, what's taking so long?" After I asked the question, I saw the lady who took my order, proceeded to "another" car (that came 10 mins after me) to give them their order! I asked how'd they get their food before me and I've been here over 20 mins. The mgr stated they had smaller order and I'm looking at 2 big bags the lady handed them! I order 10 pcs of chicken only! How long did it take for them to flour, drop and cook the chicken?? I assume the grease is already hot.....sigh 😑...I didn't even get offered a courtesy drink, biscuits or nothing!! I understand most places are short staff, but customer service is still a main priority!! Best and only part, chicken was hot.

I went back for the bombers on 1-11-23 and finally got them. But I seen they had banana pudding so I tried it don't waste your time on it tastes like banana laffy taffy with three nilla wafers on top.yuck.very very small for$3

Oh where to start? They took forever on my order, forgot to put my biscuits in the bag, and then the lady had the worst attitude when I asked about my order. They were also out of mac and cheese but they always outta something smh. Never coming to this sorry excuse for a restaurant again

Experienced very rushed and impatient clerk taking orders. Dining room not open so forced to drive-thru but worker was extremely impatient and yelling she is on a timer. Got my drink wrong and then hollered that she has to keep the line moving. Seems to be under awful management and makes workers rush customers through the ordering process- very unprofessional.

Food was good, service was good and friendly. .... restaurant could use some remodeling. It feels dirty and the guy roaming the parking lot was off-putting but he wasn't aggressive. Hopefully it'll get a make-over

This is my first time at this location. I pulled up at the drive thru window and paid for my food. I was told to pull into a parking space and my food would be brought out to me. This happened at 6:45pm on a Tuesday. I figured it would be a few minutes. However, I didn’t receive my food until 7:35pm. I didn’t get any kind of warning from the person in drive thru that they had to cook chicken and it may be a while so please be patient, etc. Myself and about 6-7 other vehicles just sat there waiting. Now, I don’t blame the drive thru worker because she was just trying to do her job. I blame the management for allowing her to take orders and payments from people without letting them know beforehand that it could be over 10 or 20 minutes before they get their food. I find this to be misleading and slick. You have to do better, Church’s. Waiting 45 minutes for chicken with no warning is simply unacceptable. If I would have read the other reviews before I stopped here I would have kept on going. The owners either don’t care about customers coming back or they aren’t aware as to just how bad this place is. I’ll come back and update this review to 2 stars if the chicken is good. UPDATE: the chicken was good so I'm updating to 2 stars.

WARNING!!!!! This was by far the worst chicken I've ever had. Ordered the butterfly shrimp and chicken tender meal. The shrimp were hard as a rock and not even fried to a light tan color. Had to wait 10 minutes for the tenders to cook and was not fully cooked and the same color as the shrimp. The French fries weren't even fully cooked. The only thing was edible was the damn biscuit. If a chicken place can't cook chicken then why the hell are yall cooking chicken? I should have known by the looks of the place that it wasn't going to be a good experience.

I’ve come to this place a couple of times and have never been able to get food. How does a chicken place run out of chicken? Health score is a 80. Don’t waste your time here. Don’t go.

I’m so upset because I love churches mash potatoes and was looking forward to it but this was not edible it was too watery a mushy and the lady cannot cook at all! Better cooks please! That was not the signature mash potatoes! I’m upset

DIRTY, nasty employees!!! I ordered around 9 PM through the drive-through and was told to pull up and wait. 15 minutes into my waiting I watched one of the drive thru worked proceed to scoop mash potatoes into the container, miss some, leaving them on her hands. This girl proceeds to LICK her hands clean, and look around to see if anyone caught her. In which I did, and drove back up to the front and asked for a refund. No one wore gloves, or even a simple uniform, I’m not a stickler by any means but this location is just pure nasty, eat at your own risk.

The food was good. The customer service was very poor. They overcharged us for our order . Also they said that there was no wait time on the chicken, that everything was already cooked but we ended up waiting fifteen minutes for our food. Also the person take the order was screaming at us in a rude manner . The receipt that was provided didn't have any totals or prices on it. The side os okra is such a small portion for a family meal. Also the drive thru is inconvenient because once you pay you have to pull around to the back of the building. The only thing I can complement is the food was delicious despite the customer service. I rate the food a 5 and the custome service a 1.

First time in Georgia and I’ve heard good reviews about churches chicken so I was eager to try it. Got to this location because it was close where we driving past and it looks old and rundown inside but still I ordered which was my fault then I got home and took a bite of the chicken it’s hard and doesn’t taste like any fried chicken I ever had(not in a good way). I would try another location but this is such a turn off.
