Haven’t ate here in years and the food and service was great. I wanted the Italian margarita but they were out of amaretto, and the tropical margarita was recommended…VERY GOOD!

Our waiter Karen was Amazing she went above and beyond to help make our experience wonderful. After coming from church and to be greeted with so much hospitality attentiveness and concern to make sure we didn't want for anything. Her service was top tier and we highly recommended her as your waitress.. I hope Olive garden recognize her professionalism and allow her to be an example to other employees of the company.

Consistent food, ambience & good service. We recently went here. It was very busy with a 30 minute wait at 8:50pm on a Thursday night. The soup was cold but everything else was fresh & tasted great. Plenty parking. I didn’t care for the tablet at the table - do we need another screen in front of us during dinner out?

My wife, Daughter and Son in law and I had a great late lunch here today. We were seated immediately and our server Jenny L did a great job of taking care of us. She took our order and in just a few minutes we had our drinks, unlimited salad and breadsticks on the table. We enjoyed the salad and breadsticks and in just a few more minutes our entrees were out. We had parmigiana chicken with fettuccine and spaghetti with meat sauce. Jenny L did a great job of checking back and refreshing our drinks. Overall it was a great dining experience.

The place is nice, nothing too new. Same thing as always throughout Oliver garden. My food was lacking salt, but it was ok. The chairs should be more comfortable. The service was ok.

Exceptional service by our server Troy. There was a long wait which was expected so we asked to have a drink at the bar. The bartender Troy suggested we just eat there as well and put together a couple tables to accommodate our party. But let me tell ya this guy is awesome. He made us feel like we were at a high ticket fine dining restaurant. Very outgoing and attentive! Thanks for a wonderful dinner.

Great service and good food! Stopped by during lunch and the never ending soup and pasta was delicious! Also had the layered brownie cake and it was worth every indulgent bite! Our server Kristin in particular was very lovely, just so sweet and attentive. Highly recommend this location!

Okay listen, I've worked in hospitality my entire life and I am always very aware of how employees treat the guests/visitors/customers. I have to say, the Olive Garden in Kennesaw has some of THE BEST hospitality that I have experienced in a loooong time. Every single staff member that interacted with me was so kind and welcoming. I know it's not an easy industry to be in, but you guys rock!

I had gone to this Olive Garden multitude of times in the past and it was just a bad experience. However it's been about 2 years and I recently went yesterday with a friend. I was hesitant but I must say it was absolutely delicious. Our server was awesome. The soup was delicious and we ordered calamari which was crispy and Light and we also ordered the fried mozzarella which of course was great as well. My friend ordered a drink and was super happy with it. We were so full by the time are entrees came. He made a build your own pasta which he loved and I got the tour of Italy which was done perfectly. It was not overcooked and it did not taste greasy. The chicken was tender and the lasagna was great. I ended up taking most of it home. I just now heated up my leftovers and I must say it was even better the second day. Whatever they change they need to keep it up because it was a great experience and worth what I spent period already

My boyfriend and I just came here for a dine-in and tbh I had my first best pasta experience here. We got ourselves a chicken shrimp carbonara and a crispy chicken alfredo, unlimited bread sticks and a home salad. I can't say enough about the taste of every single dish we got to taste here. I would recommend a visit here if you are coming to visit KSU campus. Definitely the chocolate lasagna dessert is a must try here!

Olive Garden is consistent. Decent meals at a decent price. Lunch portions are pretty small. I had a lasagna lunch and it was good just pretty small. More like a snack portion. It was also dry or overcooked in certain areas of the pasta. The salad was as expected, basic but good. The serice was good. There was an odd odor in the place, kinda like old carpet. It has been years since I ate at Olive Garden. If you want a quick inexepensive italian meal go to Olive Garden.

Me and the family were out running errands and decided Olive Garden would be dinner. The parking lot was full, so I assumed there would be a little wait, but there wasn't. See was seated right after we walked in. Our server came moments later. Took our drinks and food order. We the food came we didn't have to ask for much afterwards besides honey(which they don't carry but I think they should of you serve hot tea, my opinion) and some extra ketchup. She even noticed my son's side was more and brought him another before we asked. I was impressed because I have received service like this in a while. Besides her stopping by our table to check on us the manager was making rounds checking on the patrons as well. I appreciated this a lot. I served tables for about 13 years. It's not a easy job and I was impressed with the staff knowing they're busy but taking the time to let the customer know I'm here if you need anything without you spinning around looking out having to stop other servers and ask for things. This was a great experience. I am bad with names. I forgot my servers name. If I come across it I'll repost it here.

This Olive Garden location is very good. The food tastes great and the servers are friendly, efficient, and professional. Have tried several dishes and they are all good. My personal favorite is the chicken gnocchi soup. The kids menu is also real decent, with quality items and generous servings compared to other chain restaurants. One minuscule issue I had was size of deserts ran a wee small comparative to price, but they are top notch.

I never get disappointed when coming to Olive Garden! We came after lunch hour and on an uncommon day, so there was no wait. Prices are usually higher than the average restaurant but well worth it, the food was hot, soft, and crispy. Taste is always adequate.

Today was not the greatest olive garden experience. It was one of those less comfortable experiences. My portions were not typical of olive garden. Maybe I should buy some DRI stock because they have to be making money... the fettuccine and broccoli was my kids meal and it had arguably greater serving size and value than the tour of italy.

Absolutely dissatisfied!!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. We have been in different Olive Garden from travelling In different states and in 13 years we have never had this kind of experience. We stopped by this one; traveled for 6 hours and stoped by to have a bowl of soup and salad. When we came in Rose our waiter asked us what we wanted as drinks I said peach tea and my husband also said peach tea. She left and after a long time brought him water and for me regular watered down tea. We asked her again ; this is not what we ordered can you bring us sweet peach tea. She came back with another cup of regular tea and we said that’s not what we want ; she said we are out of syrup but I can go open another bottle for you if you want . Really ??? So we also ordered zuppa Tuscana and got watered down with nothing in it. No potatoes, no sausage , no kale . Not even salty whitish liquid. Never brought us breadsticks never asked if we wanted cheese on it ; didn’t even bring a spoon. When I asked can I have one , with a sigh ‘’ok I can get you one’’ was her response ! Ordered calamari ; never brought us that either ; hungry and disappointed beyond we asked for a check. She brought the check and when we asked why we had to pay for something she never brought ; her response was it’s prob the kitchens mistake. No apologies. Anything we asked her she made it seem like it was a chore to bring us something like grilled chicken we ordered to our salad , or plates for the salad or a spoon. Also the chicken we ordered she brought 3-4 little pieces and charged us $5 for them !!! We always considered Olive Garden to be a go to place with amazing service and most delicious food. I’m not sure about that anymore !

Ordered dinner for take out and honestly I’ve never had a bad Olive Garden experience until now. We ordered the chicken Alfredo and tour of Italy. The chicken Alfredo was dry the pasta barely had any sauce, the amount was like a snack/lunch portion which for a $20 pasta I would expect a full dinner size but either way it wasn’t edible. The tour of Italy lacked flavor, the cheese tasted stale and the fettuccine Alfredo once again also lacked sauce and experience just dry pasta. Had high expectations especially since this is a chain and the recipe/quality should always remain consistent, Im hoping it was just a bad day. But either way $45 worth of food that was inedible.

I remember the old Olive Garden, for 15 years ago, the food was just not good, it was like microwaved bread sticks, salad had no flavor and I typically enjoy Olive Gardens dressing, alot of brown and remnants of dark green soggy leaves that looked like they were accidentally partially frozen. Appetizer was good( mozzarella sticks) but side of marinara had layer or oil on top, looked like low grade vegetable oil, not Olive oil or blended oil. Kids entrees were good except sons chicken tenders came with spaghetti and sauce, spaghetti was over cooked and barely warm, sauce was deep dark red and looked like paste. Most likely a re-heat from prior service, he only ate one bite but tenders and fries were solid. Wife and I both got tortelloni entrees with grilled chicken. Bowls were nice and hot but food was warm, flavor was good, cheese filled tortellini was overcooked, chicken was ok. Daughter got pumpkin cheese cake for dessert and was good. Everything came out quick except entrees. Everyone was done, Kids ate meals and we got ours 20 minutes later. That was the food but the service was excellent. I wish I got the servers name but was excellent, fast, engaging and managing an entire packed section on a Friday night.

Elsey was extremely attentive to our table. She was careful about our daughter’s dairy allergy. When I asked her to bring me soup every 5 minutes, she did. The manager, Michelle, also came over to make sure we were doing good. My wife and I both left full and happy. We’ve been to this olive garden location multiple times and we’ve never had a bad experience.

This is by far the nicest Olive Garden I've been to. The food was amazing as always, but the atmosphere alone makes this location worth a visit. We also had incredible service. Kevin was an absolute delight, and we hope to see him next time. We will definitely be returning!

Ordered to go. That was easy. Picked it up via curbside. That was easy as well. Birthday kid wanted seafood Alfredo he said "it was really good". I had the grilled salmon and veggies. My little one had the chicken Alfredo. We shared the spinach and artichoke dip. The food is entirely too salty. I don't have high blood pressure but after eating a bit last night I'm concerned that I might. It's been 4 years since I've had food from here. I'll never return.

…Good Morning!! This was my first time back to Olive Garden in years. Selected the Never Ending Soup & Salad Entree as a welcome back meal: the Zuppa toscana soup is my favorite and I also branched out and tried the Chicken Gnocchi Soup. That was a nice surprise-creamy, filling and delicious. The breadsticks dipped perfectly in each bowl. 😋 Thank You All So Much
