Not a good experience dining here after midnight. So we went to their kiosk and fell in line to order. After several minutes of waiting in line then we placed our orders then paid using our card. Then unfortunately the key button is not working this is after several minutes of waiting and ordering the kiosk is not working properly. So we have to move to another kiosk and fall in line again. Our order number was called then only one of our drinks had a lid which is the hot chocolate I think. So we asked for a lid for the rest of our iced coffee drinks but they did not provide or give us. We asked for it because we are sitting outside and to make sure our drinks are protected from any flying dirt or something. They even served us the wrong drink. Poor customer service knowing they are situated in a prime location.

McDonald's Cafe holds its own ground when it comes to signature coffee and pastries. No need to que on the drive thru on one of the more popular coffee stores. This store is Westbound Manila if coming from Masinag.

Very busy location and they have mastered the chaos.

September 12, 2022 Monday 7:00am. I bought a cup of coffee. I've waited for 20 minutes. But the order wasn't served. I made a gentle follow up with their crew and he told me, "wait Sir it will be served. Now it's 25mins upon my order but no coffee is coming. 25mins for a cup of coffee such a waste. I approached the counter and told to the clerk. "Here's your receipt. And I don't need your coffee anymore. You've wasted my time. " And I walked out of the store and saw them starring at me until I reached the street.

Good but to noisy .. happy kids have play ground inside

Neat and very nice branch that one would like to go thru always when craving for Mcdo meals. Nakakabata ung ambiance.Cozy. Working yung 4 kiosks nila smoothly and the feature of self pay pag cashless, it's very convenient! (Credit card, debit card, e-wallet, cash accepted mode for payments) Though, medyo limited yung space for parking, mga 10 or 12 cars seemed will fit enough. This branch has Drive thru, McPlace for kids, and McCafe 😍. They also have space outside for vape, smoking unhealthy-lung people... ✌️

The store is under renovation but they were still able to serve dine in at a tiny space allocated and at the same time can accommodate takeout. I love the parking is also free for clients use!👌👍

i dont know how to use the ordering monitor yet they forced me to do it. what a great customer service experience.

Service is fast. Got my food immediately after I ordered (before I even got a seat). Food is ok. Standard Mcdo quality. Atmosphere is terrible. Aircon is barely felt (but not hot), lots of flies inside the joint, and the restroom (men's) is just plain filthy.

We’ve been to numerous mcdonald’s branches but this place is by far my favorite. ♡ Favorite features ♡ - They have a mcCafe!! Definitely worth trying their blueberry cheesecake. I personally find their iced mocha too sweet for my liking hence I switched back to their vanilla iced coffee for 87php (as of jul 2023). - 24 hours open!! - great ambiance - has drive thru ♡ notes ♡ - [renovations] As of July 2023, they’re renovating this branch so there are only limited steats available but is still spacious enough to accommodate customers. As it’s being renovated, the downsides of it is their restrooms, their female restroom is currently the only restroom for both sexes (just like other mcdonald’s branches that are being renovated aswell). - [parking] Limited parking slots.
